WORST experience ever. Call for a washer machine repair. Tech (Orlando) remove the part that was not working, went outside, and came back with a new part. HE PUT BACK THE SAME PART, when I asked him for the part that he removed he show me a completely different part (color, shape and connection). I had a picture that I took before he came to show my friend, and compare them. I took photos to compare, then he told me he cant gave me the part he removed. DO NOT call this company!!!

Will use them again and would recommend them to all my neighbors. Called them because our broken refrigerator. They fixed it in no time, and yes the satisfaction was there.

Friendly, timely and don’t over charge. It was our freezer that they fixed at an affordable price.

Made an appt for my washer to be repaired. Paid the fee upfront, was told should be a straight forward repair for the type of washer I have. The appt was made from anytime between 4-7 and someone would call 30 minutes before their arrival. At 5 pm someone called saying they didn’t have a tech that could fix it or wanted to spend that much time trying, that it would be cheaper to just buy another washer. I asked if they just didn’t know how and he basically said yeah and no one wanted to try. They guy didn’t even know the exact problem to begin with or the model. I just now saw a similar issue in these review posts. He said my $60 fee would be released onto my card. It better be. Very sorry company would not do business with them.

I thought I was getting a lake wales person, got someone from Saint Cloud. Charged me $110 for appliances (2), just to come out and check. He Wanted to charge $500 in labor for two things that when I look up take maybe 20 or 30 minutes to do. I feel so ripped off. Do not use. The person that came was from “island Repair Service”. On top of that, I was scheduled one time then on the day got a call toReschedule for another day.

Larry, our technician was nice and knowledgeable at what he does. He did an excellent job with our Samsung washer! He finished the job in no time and charged me a price reasonable for his excellent service.

My dryer quit again and I cannot get the company to give me a time they will come out. All I get is they are waiting for a part and will call me back. They never call back! They told me they were waiting on a part but when the technician finally came he did not know anything about a new part.

I made an appointment to get my freezer fixed, the problem was that the freezer door didn’t close and kept leaking water. One hour after I made the appointment, I was called back and was told that none of their techs wanted the job and it was not worth their time to come out to Babson Park, which is only 10 minutes away!! What kind of business is this!! I was livid when they told me this and I asked him,” so no one there knows how to make a freezer door close??” He replied “I guess not” I can’t believe that anyone running a business would treat their customers this way. So no good recommendation for this appliance repair from me!!

Scheduled an appointment between 11 a.m. and 3p.m. Moved things around to be available for the service only to wait here till 2p.m. to receive a call from a individual telling me they can not get a confirmation from their technician so they were canceling my service. I have never heard of a company scheduling a service in this manner. 1 star is way to generous for this kind of incompetence. Would have negated a star if at all possible. Would recommend finding another company to complete services.

I found the staff to be extremely profession. The technician arrived early and completed the work required promptly. I would recommend and us again.

They fix me the dryer it didnt last two days, I called about 5 times to get it fixed and it was easier to return the money because they dont have a technician available. I do not recommend them !!!
