Had a great lesson today with coach Russ. He taught a lot in the 4 hours and can’t wait to use his teachings in league.

Great place with awesome staff. Everyone is very helpful and the lanes are very well kept. Had a ball fit and drilled and the fit has been the best I have found. Brent suggested some changes to my fit that I was thinking should have been made without saying anything to him after he watched me throw some shots with my current ball and checking my previous drill from somewhere else. After my coaching session with Rick, within 3 weeks of working on what he taught me I shot my first 600 series on a 166 average! The wealth of knowledge that this place houses is beyond words and everyone is very willing to help out. Its about a 2 hour drive for me and I look for ANY reason to go here. Even over the 20 minute drive to our local alley. If I lived any closer I would be in serious trouble because I would be there all the time.

Coach Randy was by far the best coach Ive ever had. The Training Center and Specto as a whole blew me away. Spend day 1 working on improvements to my personal game, and coach helped guide me in the right direction. Days 2-4 were spent learning how to drill, and was blown away by how Randy was able to break down bowling balls, specs, and layouts into terms that made sense to me that I didnt know before. If youre looking for a place where you can be yourself, not have your typical classroom environment, and still learn more just in conversation and questions. This is the place for you. I will have to say that the deli during lunch is the place to be! If I could give Kegel a 10000 star rating I would. You want to be great? You want to learn from great people? This is your place! Dont hesitate.

If i could give 10 stars i would!!!!The whole experience from the sign up to the on site lesson was amazing. This was by far the best lesson i have gotten my daughter, great take home drills and practices. The follow up with all the information including videos from the lesson really made it easier to help with her learning what bad habits to change and how to EASILY change them. Cannot wait to go back for another session

The trainers and employees are extremely knowledgeable about bowling. Went to have a new ball drilled. Best fit I have had. Got a heavier ball and didnt notice the change in weight. Thank you to those who came in a Saturday morning to help me.

Rick Wiltse is the best coach I have ever had. I’ve had some silver coaches but Rick is well deserving of his gold coach status. I’ll be going back every three to four months. Also, get your ball fitted and drilled by Rick. Take the layout to your pro shop.

Amazing!! If youre a bowler looking to get better Id definitely recommend getting some training here! I do tournaments and the lanes are great!! I dont always do the best but thats me not the lanes 😂. Definitely recommend!!

First class training center, state of the art tools and instruction, awesome staff, friendly and courteous, overall a destination experience, one we drive 4hrs to come to often. Love it!! Deli has your lunch covered great selection of sandwiches and subs, salads too,

Great experience. Anyone who wants to grow their bowling game should go there use there tools. They have the torch to help you see the line, Eileens buddy tools to help with your swing to create shape and increase rev rate. They also give lessons for a fee. Havent use it, but know people who have.

If you love bowling and want to learn more, this is the place to be. I had Rich Wiltse take me on a educational path and bowling adjustment path that has me just so excited to get to practicing what I learned. The establishment is super clean, everyone is polite and so worth the money they charge for the education and knowledge you will walk away with.

Its an awesome place people there are so nice and the deli has the most amazing subs and daily specials . I recommend everyone to come for lunch.

A MUST visit for any bowler..wish we knew about it earlier we would of booked sessions for our kids...gentleman there was great and helpful.

The center itself has some really cool technology which allows you to practice with amazing visual feedback for what you are doing in your game. The coaching staff is too notch. I worked with Del who I learned demands attention to detail from his students. If he gives you one of his drills to execute and you do it wrong, hes going to call you out on it and show you how to do it correctly. This isnt the place to go to if you want people to tell you how good you are. The staff will find aspects of your game that are holding back your potential the most, and focus on those areas. They will run you through drills that will develop the feels you need to change bad habits. You can then take these drills back to your home center and go to work!

Awesome experience at Kegal. I learned so much and had a great session today with Coach Rick! He was very knowledgeable and patient. Rick was also helpful and he broke things down to help make them understandable. Kegal is a great must experience for anyone wanting to learn more about their game or trying to take it to the next level. The staff and facility are very much modern and unique. No coaching anywhere else like Kegal.

Great place to to learn, and improve your bowling game.

This place is so great I can’t even begin to describe it. My husband is a combat veteran with PTSD and when he came back from tour bowling really helped him cope with some of his PTSD. He recently went to the two handed bowling camp that was held his summer and he walked out with the biggest smile on his face every time I picked him up. My husband is generally very anxious around people but EVERYONE at Kegel made him feel comfortable and at home. I wish we lived closer so he could go more often because I feel like he got so much out of it. Also, speaking to Jason Belmonte during his time there really made his day, I’m so thankful for everyone at Kegel and Storm for making it such an enjoyable time with him. Hope we can go back really soon.

The Kegel Training Center is a bowler’s dream. I attended the Kegel Training Center’s USBC Bronze Coaching Certification class in January 2016 and also took some extra time to get lessons from Coach Del Warren. During the class and bowling lessons I was very blessed to have interaction with the students from the #1 ranked college bowling team Webber University who also use the Kegel Training Center as their training facility. It only took Coach Del about 10 minutes to quickly identify areas of improvement to my bowling form. His recommendations immediately removed stress from a shoulder strain I would feel after bowling a higher number of games. Additionally, as proven by the Kegel Training Center C.A.T.S. video analysis, his recommendations immediately increased my consistency and accuracy. Without Coach Del’s recommendations, I would have never achieved my goal of a 200+ average which I was able to achieve in less than 2 weeks after my training.My bowling has never felt or looked this good. Upon returning home, one of my league teammates said I looked much smoother. It was very motivational attending the Kegel Training Center and listening to someone like Coach Del who loves the sport of bowling. This love for the game and others carries over after training as Coach Del is willing to sacrifice his personal time by continuing to help others after they leave the Kegel Training Center. You could feel the motivation in Coach Del’s interaction with the Webber students who love Coach Del’s coaching style. He brings everything that the great coaches of any sport bring to the game (passion, intelligence, laughter, discipline, motivation, etc.). If you love bowling and want to get to the next level, the Kegel Training Center will get you there. Without the Kegel Training Center recommendations I believe my bowling would have led to long term injuries. At my age it’s even more important to learn how to bowl properly and safely. The Kegel Training Center also has a pro shop so be sure to bring an extra ball or purchase one there to get a ball properly drilled for you. After they drilled a ball for me I told Coach Del the ball felt ridiculously good. If you want to be the best then get trained by the best.
