After visiting well over 75 homes in the Lake Wales and surrounding areas my husband and I moved into TowerWood in 2019. We have never regretted our decision for one minute. The park managers assure that properties are maintained, land rent is reasonable and we have make lasting friendships. Love TowerWood!

We bought a home a few months ago here. The park is well maintained and each resident takes care of their own lawn. There are several people who mow and edge for the same price. There are lots of activities.There’s exercise, cards, line dance, chapel, the swimming pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, holiday celebrations, golf cart parades, craft activities, street dances, and on Tuesdays, they do a coffee hour in the clubhouse as a way to get to know other residents. And TowerWood has a website on Facebook and a welcome committee for new residents. Masks are now optional. We have an active HOA that tries to keep connections going between residents. Bingo will resume in the fall of 2021. You can be as active as you wish or stay to yourself if you choose. The community is affordable, but quiet and nice. People who live in other parks end up coming here. We really enjoy the people and they go out of their way to help if you need anything. Our realtor who sold us this home, chose to live here out of all the places/areas she sells property for. Why husband and I recommend TowerWood.

Called to ask a few questions. I felt the office lady was very rude & short on my questions. Then after seeing the park it is a total dump! Would not want to live there!!
