Ive searched a long time to find an honest and fair auto repair shop. I found Ultimate Auto several years ago during that search. They are, in my opinion, one of the best auto repair shops I have ever had the pleasure to do bring my cars to. I called to see if they fixed flat tires and was told to come on over. When I arrived they were very quick to take care if my flat. Mechanic was friendly and quick. I would go back but not to get a flat fixed cause they only plug the tire and not put on a patch.

As it always happens I am running late for appointments walk out to my truck to hear air leaking out of one of my tires. Just moving to the area I did not know where to go so at first I want a good year where I was treated just like a number and for a simple tire plug was told it would be $60 and a three hour wait. I went across the street watch seemed way busier and a gentleman walked into the waiting room sweating you could tell he was busy and asked what my problem was. I let him know the issue he said no problem pulling around I’ll get you handled right away. The gentleman Jonny stopped what he was doing took five minutes to get me back on the road and the price was beyond fair. Such a good feeling to support a mom and pop shop that treat you like family. I found my new local mechanic! Highly recommended.

Great service. AC/ heat blower fan went out. It was just clogged with 13 yrs of junk. Only charged me the hour of labor to take it out and clean it out!

I thought I needed an O2 sensor replaced, turned out it was just a vacuum hose leak. They had me in and out within 30 minutes at an excellent price and theyve earned a loyal customer in the process. Highly recommend!

Im not sure what rating to give this business.It doesnt deserve a bad rating based on one employee. But because of said employee I will not return to this business.A little backstory on my situation: I had an issue with intermittent starting in my car. It was not a predictable issue, I was told it was fixed but I still experienced the issue after bringing it here. I understand an issue like this is not the easiest to diagnose but I paid to have an issue fixed and it was not.My issue isnt with the work done its with the absolute lack of people skills one of their employees are missing. Jim specifically.Im unsure if hes in charge of answering the phones but I rarely spoke to anyone else. (Though when I did they were much more professional.)

It’s hard to find auto mechanics that will be truthful to you or not fix unnecessary stuff just to jack up the bill.. I was reluctant to use someone o didn’t know but they were very pleasant to deal with and so far my problem seems to be gone. I will update if needed but as of now all is good and I would recommend Ryan and his group of guys over there

They plugged two tires for me and they work great, fixed. Was told by Discount Tire they patch holes and both were too close to the sidewalk to repair, wanted to sell me two new tires. That was nothing but a lie. Ultimate Auto repaired them both perfectly and inexpensive and extremely fast, good people!

Honest and fair. Replaced multiple fuses for a fraction of the price that the dealership wanted to charge me. Ill continue to go use them for any truck issues.

Biggest scam Ive seen in years! 1100$ later. And no fix! But obvious issues ignored! Requests to check parts not done! Ultimately ridiculous a big headache. And new parts ruined. Want it done backwards LITERALLY? Do it yourself! Congrats you will need everything fixed except your issue. And that wont last. Bitter yes. Take car someplace else first! I came here for the first time with a Sunday appointment October 1st, 2017. What Excellent Customer service, great mechanics and Dusty is Awesome! The job was done as promised within a few hours, before any work was done, they called you with an estimate to proceed. Great prices and I will definitely have all my auto repairs done here! Really a lot I could say negative about my experience, but the best I could say about them is they’re overpriced. Took to jiffy lube directly after leaving there and was quoted >$100 less for equivalent work. One star is generous.

I needed a valve cover gasket replaced. I asked the man if they could do it that day. He laughed out loud. He was rude and disrespectful. I will never consider them again when I need a repair.

Rude people. Period. I wouldnt take my ex wife there for repair. People there didnt seem to care whether I used them or not. I dont care how good they may be, customer service and satisfaction is important to me. As I was explaining to the mechanic what my problems were, I was told by a gentleman in the back office to shut up. Apparently the front office echoes and he couldnt hear his phone conversation. He said he didnt know I was a customer. Like I said, rude people.

One of the best places I have ever dealt with and I have lived in many areas. I have a great affection towards our vehicles and have taken each of them there for all of our repairs. They have been professional and the service is great. We have not been pushed to purchase other un-needed parts as some places do. Today I walked into the store because I had a far drive ahead of me and my oil was showing low. The staff that helped me said that they were booked solid and and I probably would have to leave my car. I was trying to rush to work and they totally understood the situation. They asked me to pull my car back and they ran different test to see what my oil level was since its a new car and they cant just check it under the hood. They were so kind and helpful and gave me some oil in my car so I was able to make a long-distance Drive. My family and I both go to the shop and theyre absolutely wonderful. Today because they were concerned about my safety they gave me some oil and didnt even charge me!! I thought that that was really a very kind move and they did not have to do that. If I could give them more than five stars I would! I wish I had all their names becauee I woukd thank them by name.

Ive been getting my cars serviced there for 8 years now. Ultimate Auto is honest and competent. Yes there was one situation where I had to take it back due to an incorrect diagnosis / repair, but it doesnt happen often, and lets be honest - no place is going to always get it right - its not always easy to diagnose the problem and these guys are very competent. More importantly, they are honest and they dont overcharge labor - in fact sometimes when I get the bill I am surprised they were able to get the work done in the amount of time they charged me for labor. Honesty is key - its so hard to find a place these days where they will not rip you off by adding things that really dont need to be repaired and/or using fear tactics.

Brought in our auto with broken door latch. They could have told us it would cost plenty and repaired it but instead, they called and informed us it was a factory recall issue. We should take car to dealership where it was repaired at no charge. They didn’t earn a penny from us but they did earn our trust and guess where we will always go for our auto repairs, tires etc? When it comes to AC and transmission repair on a vehicle, you are at the mercy of the Mechanic shop. Your in great hands here. Trustworthy with prices that are very reasonable. No fixed evaluation costs.

Employees put your best interest before anything trust them to do the correct repair at a fair price

This place is the cheapest price in town for a reason! You get what you pay for. They do not do quality work. I had my AC Compressor replaced here, 3 months after paying them hundreds of dollar it stopped working. They said they forgot to replace a seal. Okay fine.  3 months later the AC stopped working again. This time they discovered it was leaking. Finally this week it stopped working a third time. This time a wire issue. Its a complete scam. They do just enough to keep the repairs functioning until their one year warranty expires. Not to mention they have THE WORST customer service. Both the manager/owner & the employees are disrespectful  & inattentive. The last time I took my car in to have them look at the AC they called me to tell me the diganoses by saying your car is done, you owe us $90 come get it! They never called me to get authorization for addition costs associated with THEIR ORIGINAL COMPRESSOR INSTALLATION, just did the repairs without my knowledge & stuck me with the bill. For the record I did attempt to discuss my issues with the company prior to writing this review but they were not interested in hearing what I had to say.

Wow....Where do I start? Had a Power Steering Leak in my Explorer and was leaving back to NY with my family for vacation. Noticed a small chip dot on my windshield when I picked up the car which turned into a large crack which spread all over the drivers side. This was caused at their garage and the windshield needs to be replaced! Also the $600 fix did not last more than a month and now we have to bring our vehicle to another garage. This experience has been a nightmare let it not be yours!

I dont even live in Palm Beach county anymore and I still will not take my car anywhere else. These guys are fast, honest, get the problem fixed in one shot.

This is the worst place to bring your car!!! I brought my car in for my appointment. They didnt have my appointment written down and I was told to wait. They rushed me in and put my car on the wrong jack cousin severe damage to the front end of my car. when brought to their attention, they denied it was them and proceeded to yell at me and curse at me.

Fix the hours posted. Walked in Sunday at 330 for an oil change and got turned away because you were done for the day and “cleaning up shop”

Owner or manager was combative when I asked for service. Attitude was not appreciated.

Sometimes no matter how hard you try and avoid giving a negative review about a merchant or service provider you can’t. This is one of those times that so many bad things have happened, you know now you will never use them again because what you might have thought was a fluke, now appears to a pattern. Car-2007 BMW 550IVery nice folks, but sorry that is not enough. Standing behind your work, not making simple mistakes, following specific instructions, and yes, even standing behind those you recommend is part of it as well.Item 1. Replaced Alternator but they accidently disconnected the radiator thermostat and as a result engine overheated, thankfully, I stopped and did not continue driving. They admitted to they missed it. Permanent damage unknown.Item 2. More recently, brought in for noise in front –end. Diagnosed as lower front control arms, upon further research, was told to have them check both upper and lower front, which I did, they said ok. So they replace one of them L&R. As soon as I got back, no change. What was it? The ones they said they checked but obviously did not.Item 3 and maybe not their fault but considering they send a lot of business to this body man Eddie’s (who will be reviewed separately) they had the power to force him to do correctly. Replaced and painted rear bumper which while at Ultimate’s shop (where he picked it up) was clearly pointed out he needed to replace with a new, used, or even aftermarket bumper that also has the back-up sensors. What did he do? He replaced with one without them and drilled the holes (WAY TO BIG) and fudged it. Yes Ultimate said he did a lousy job but obviously not enough to make him do it right. He took it back and fixed the gaps (I guess with Bondo or whatever). Yes it looks better but it’s not right and I know it. So after all this, after pickinjg up the car today.Item 4, I notice my music is not playing, why, because the IPOD connected via the BMW factory IPOD cable is gone, poof! Of course, no one knows why.Update several days later. My new mechanic just called me and informed me Ultimate did not even install the first set of control arms correctly. Fortunately caught in time to only require an $8.00 part. Now they are double fired!
