Great price-quality ratio, fast service, wide selection of different fillings for bagels and toppings, enjoyable coffee and convenient location. Can do takeaway or eat at the terrace, whatever you feel like - it will work great.

The bagels were nice but not the best in my life. The filling of the bagels was generous. I liked that you can choose the style of your bagel.

Very good place for breakfast or have lunch.Both choices of Mexican bagels are excellent (we didnt try the rest ;-) ).You can also choose the type of bread.We tried smoothies instead of beer, and they are great but Id prefer them as a dessert or with it.Difficult to catch a table at peak hours but it is worth to try or to wait a bit.Staff serious but helpful.

Best bagels ever! Great value for the money. Had a breakfast bagel, Mexican bagel, salmon bagel, and even a pb&j dessert bagel! All of them are incredibly tasty and were prepared right in front of me (open kitchen of a sort). The smoothies, such as yellow submarine with buckthorn or minty green with spinach, are also amazing (try the special with peanuts and oat milk if its a available, most divine thing youll ever drink!). Overall amazing place for breakfast or brunch, loved it.

Riga doesnt have Subway. They have Big Bad Bagels! Definitely a must visit while youre in Riga. Try their menu, customise your own and have a delicious smoothie while you knoosh down on a filling bagel. Mine was the Salmon in New York, it doesnt look massive and compared to the one in the background its rather slim. But trust me, it hits the spot. I cant remember what the drink was called (mango tango, or something like that) but it was very refreshing. The staff were very polite and from what I, very hard working. Check it out!

Enjoyed a wonderful ham bagel breakfast. My son ordered the Chicken Ceazer Bagel, which had an explosion of flavor, as he put it. My other son had the Jolly Italian Bagel. The bagels were fresh, as were the tomatoes and lettuce. Quaint little basement cafe with a nice table outside. Our hostess was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had a pleasant meal. Highly rated. Of all the little sandwich shops we frequented, we came here the most during our week in Latvia.

Big Bad Bagels is a very cozy and nice place for a good breakfast. I got the Proscuitto for Modena bagel and the Yellow Submarine smoothie. Both were fantastic and the staff are very friendly. :) I would recommend a stopover here (rather than MIIT cafe just nearby).

The best, most authentic bagel I have had in Europe so far. I missed bagel sandwiches being away from America and this was perfect. The price is great too! Also I suggest you try a fresh juice. Its all delicious.

Loved this place! Thoroughly enjoyed the Canadian bagel I had - bacon, banana, cream cheese and maple syrup. You can choose your own bagel from their large range and they have a lovely selection of fresh juices. Lunch time deal is such good value, soup, bagel and a drink for 8 euro. Only 2 ways they could improve, sharp knives for cutting the bagels, butter knifes just didnt do the job and ice!! My smoothie was warm and they didnt have ice 😞.

This was our first time and we were not disappointed. I had the Turkey in Istanbul with Vegetable cream soup and my husband had the BLT on jalapeño with same soup. It was outstanding. If we could give a 10 star rating we would.

As already mentioned - nothing bad as such, just underwhelming bagel experience for a 5-star place. True, its probably the only bagel place in Riga so nothing to compare to here.

It was an okay bagel. I ordered the vegan special with beet hummus, grilled zucchini, onions, and lettuce. Kind of a weird combo. Hummus was watery and didn’t have much flavor. Bagel itself left something to be desired.

Excellent bagels. I had the Bacon in Mexico. Cant say no to bacon and guac! The guac was a good quality which is nice to find so far away from where avacodos are grown.Small shop. Only like 4 tables, but it just gives it a local and intimate feel. Very friendly staff, good food and decent prices (€9 for 2 bagels).
