I dont leave bad reviews but Im literally in tears after ruining a $500 balayage. I just wanted to tone my hair and I asked the staff what to buy and they told me wella t18 with 20 developer. It dyed my natural hair red and my highlights are pretty much lavender. I look awful but I feel worse for doing this to myself. Skip this and book an appointment at a salon if you know nothing about hair care. The funny thing is I would have preferred if the women working just said they didnt know. I honestly wouldnt have cared because atleast they would have been being honest.

Generally get all necessary; however the stock is often out of some basic items

Esther went above and beyond to help me find the products I was looking for - even went to the back to get what I needed! She reminded me about getting a developer when we were checking out when she saw my purchase of dye without it (even though I had some at home)I previously had an unwelcome feeling at this location before but this visit made up for it.

The employees are doing a great job of sanitizing and wearing masks and keeping customers safe. Thank you!

Love this Sally Beauty Supply location! Very friendly staff and very clean. However, this location closes at 7 not 8.

Great place to shop. They have a huge variety of beauty products. The staff and manager are very nice but the staff arent very knowledgable about the products.

Low rating because of all the discrepancies of store closing time. On the website, it states 8pm, the hours on the phone state 9pm, yet the door states 7pm. Would have been nice to know before wasting a trip.

My husband purchased me a 25.00 gift card for my birthday at this location on March 7th. Went to use this giftcard on April 22nd and card was not activated properly so therefore Im out my giftcard and hes out 25.00. Managers response was short and sweet ( NOT) She just hung up on him when he told her about the problem. Horrible way to treat one of your members! Buyer beware

Only 1 star because of false advertisement. Website says they close at 8 pm. So when I rushed to get there with only 15 minutes to spare, to find out its now 7 pm. And you can tell that they changed the sign on door themselves..
