Here is how I see my friendly neighborhood Mattress Firm... I sent my son to buy a box spring, he came home with the wrong size. We return it the following morning.. It should have been an easy exchange but NOOOOO this company has a policy and that policy is basically you now own a box spring you dont need even though I sold it to you less than 24 hours ago.

We worked with Ray. He was personable and knowledgeable. He made us aware of all the perks for the purchase of our Firm Tempur-pedic Queen mattress. It will be delivered tomorrow and expect the mattress to be of the same high caliber as the King-size mattress we have in our master bedroom. The 2 -hour window for delivery is very convenient so that we do not have to waste an entire day waiting for mattress delivery.

It’s been awhile since I bought a mattress. Definitely long over due. So I went to mattress firm just to look around and ended up buying two mattresses. One for my daughter also. Bob was great and extremely helpful with my purchase and then my return. I gave them 2 stars because I dont agree with the companies policy regarding returns (mis-leading on the 120 days try your bed, this does NOT include the base of the adjustable beds- the mattress is covered but you cant return the base which is the most expensive part) nor do I agree with or like how my warranty is being handled with the mattress I did purchase from them with the expensive mattress protection cover. A lot of run around for an expensive mattress. Bob fought for me the best he could and even sent an interested client to purchase my new adjustable base bed that I couldnt use nor return, trying to help me re-coop some of my lost money.

Today was the best experience ever I had purchasing a mattress. My wife and I was doing some groceries and by some reason we are around to Mattress Firm in Mission Lake. We were watching few mattress in the entrances and then Mr. Carlos came to us with a very charm attitude. He spend a lot of time explain us every single detail of each mattress he recommended to us according to our needs. He asked us try every one. Carlos is a very good seller Mattress Firm has and he is very profesional when he give his opinion; he is this type of seller take care of the customer not like others just want to sell. Mattress firm wasn’t the first retailer I called. I called city mattress first, the one in Boynton Beach and spoke with someone named John. John talk to me for a few minutes and wanted my number to call me back because he had a customer on the other line! Well, I’m a customer I thought to myself. Though the website indicated same day delivery or next day delivery, I was told after telling John what it was I wanted that it would be 6 to 8 weeks. John told me they had no furniture in stock, but if I just wanted a plain mattress boxspring and metal frame, I could get it the next day. His attitude was kind a matter of fact, end it was almost as if he didn’t care whether or not I did business with them or not. So I politely thanked him for his time and got back on Google and found mattress firm, I got Julia Alexander on the phone, and experience could not have been better! Thank you Julia!

Salesman was helpful and provided just what I needed; we had purchased a mattress here 3 years ago when we moved to town, but not the adjustable platform. We were able to buy the adjustable platform and have it installed 2 days later - works as desired!

I was in NEED of a mattress (we moved and ours didnt fit on the moving truck). Bob Mills spent copious amounts of time sifting through mattresses for us to find my husband and I a better mattress than we were leaving behind EXACTLY at the price point I gave him (we actually came in a bit under budget). Bob was friendly, knowledgeable and we will never shop anywhere else again. Highly recommended saving yourself some time and making this your first stop!

I was avoiding this place because I thought I would be hounded by sales people. Not the case! My husband and I spoke to Larry. He is wonderful, knowledgeable, personable and helpful. We went to Mattress Firm today at Mission Lakes to check out the Memorial Day sales. We were greeted at the doors by Reginald Delaleu who promptly started asking us what we were looking for and what type of mattress we wanted. To our surprise; there are many different types of mattresses. Reginald was very professional, very friendly and sincerely helpful. He gave us the choice of Firm, Medium or Soft mattresses and proceeded to have us lay down on all 3 and choose which was most comfortable. We chose Medium and Reginald proceeded to show us at least a dozen different medium mattresses using their color coded system. Reginald made an ordinary shopping experience, extraordinary!
