I purchased an access code from them just a day ago.They overcharged me I went there and asked for a refund they refused to even though the access code was unused. Talking about there’s no return for summer A, I purchased that sh*t with my own money not money from PBSC.

Booksmart, probably the best store in the world for school books. I needed two books for school, I ordered the books the night before and they where ready to be picked on the next morning. And the pickup process was no hassle at all.I bought a used book and it came in decent shape, no ripped pages or anything but you can sell that people used it before. These school books that you get from Booksmart are at discounted priced, I dont know the exact percentage but I would rather pay $60 for a used book then $150 or so from the school library.Best of all, this store is less literally across the street from Palm Beach State College. There is also a Wendys and a few other small restaurants in the plaza.I will be using this store more often now. School books at the library are stupidly expensive. The only flaw about Booksmart is the selling back prices. I wanted to sell a book here back to them, a book that cost me $12 and they wanted $1 for it. Really?Note: You can either buy or do a rental of used books. Buying is a little bit more expensive then doing rental if you want to go that route.

Please make sure the bookstore hours posted in PBSC website are correct. They say the bookstore is open till 7pm but it is actually open only till 6pm. I went back on the next day to get book for dual enrollment and was told that these books are not given out yet so asked when should I return, and was told to try next day! I would understand if there were no books available or set date to pick up books, but just to dismiss customer with cold shoulder is unacceptable. Please fix this process.

This facility never answers the phone. Ive been calling since yesterday and I continue to get multiple rings, then I get the voicemail. This is poor customer service. I dont live nearby and before driving such a distance, I thought it would be a good idea to call before coming to ensure the book is in stock. You guys need to get it together and hire more staff to be available at ALL TIMES!

They always have the books you need at a great price. But rent new used, saves so much money. Unfortunately not everyone is nice. Just picked up an online order, got my confirmation email to go pickup and the first thing a woman said was in the future wait for the confirmation email.....thats exactly why I went, because it was ready.

I love this place. It is cheaper to shop here than at school. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They even called me back in to give me a refund after I was overcharged for a book! The texbook rental process is fast and easy. This is an excellent way to save some money on school..

One star for the terrible service I was given. I ordered a book for my class through their website and was given options that werent relevant for my class. I was given every excuse and loophole in the book. Then I was told that I was given exactly what was on the syllabus, I wasnt. There was a mistake on the syllabus so the ISBN on the syllabus didnt exist. I will never shop here again because I have had multiple issues with this company from my first semester. They do not hold themselves liable and this specific location has a reputation for being rude that they certainly live up to. I am currently on hold with my bank to process a dispute for the charge. Great staff and accommodating when it comes to helping with the process of buying college books or codes. The first week of college is insane, but buying books at Book smart whether in person or online was seamless.

I always purchase my school text books from there, they always have the cheapest price, and the sales associate are knowledgeable about the books.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The store manager is absolutely horrible, rude and does not care about their customers. I was charged a damage fee on a book I rented on a stain that was there prior & their initials were even on the book. Even after providing proof I was offered a discount on my damage charge!! I was charged for something I didn’t even do. I will never do business with this company again, STAY FAR AWAY.

I am not sure why they have a phone, I have tried over the course of a week and a half to get them to answer it only to be cut off by a man telling me to call back later, not even an answering machine. Looks like it is run by college students, poor organization and seriously lacking in customer service. All in all a horribly run business.

I gave the clerk my schedule and was told that I had the right books, I purchased an access code to view the textbook online for the class and was given the wrong access code and title not knowing that the revel and connect were different. I called booksmart because I paid $70 for the access code and was told the deadline was 29th of August so therefore I am out of luck they would not take responsibility for given me the wrong textbook. Please be aware when dealing with booksmart they dont stand behind there wrongdoing.

Terrible customer service, PGA location closes and they say nothing to anyone and then expect you to drive your books to there lake Worth store. Do NOT RENT BOOKS or buy them or even go.near this store if I could give them less than one star I would. God bless ......oooo and mona your very misleading

Everything was okay until they decided to go behind my back and take out of my account the whole price of a book that I rented for 14$ and was 2 days late to return . Don’t know how they got a hold of my account and took over $80 without telling me but that was wrong . Will start paying with cash now
