Ive been to a few national brands and this was my best experience ever. Yes, they all have the tools to do the job but for me the CUSTOMER SERVICE piece was huge!!!Jimy K. asked all the right questions to troubleshoot the issue. Grateful for the honest assessment and also giving me the best price!This is not the closest shop but its now my number one go to for a mechanic. The lobby was super clean.Well done guys!!

Place was pretty clean.. people pretty helpful. Prices about the same as they are other places. I just walked in I didnt have an appointment that got me in pretty quickly. Was just having an inspection done on a truck that I was going to buy.

3 Times! Waited a hour and half the first time to replace two tires. Go home and not even a 12hrs later one of those tires were completely flat. Charged me for two valve stems and replaced none! When i finally got car back to shop they spent another 6+ hours with it and within that time only replaced one valve and try to get away with putting in half effort work. So i had to wait another 30 mins after I caught them trying to screw me for a 2nd time. Finally the 3rd time they understand hey im actually checking to see if the work is done. No discount no future offers just a sorry that happen, the 3rd front office guy was at least cool. So yea.. Thanks....

This auto body shop is a joke, they have several uneducated guys working here who have absolutely no interest in their job other then a pay check. I went into the garage asking for an alignment and a new tire and came out with no alignment, no new tire and a broken stud. My dash now reads 3 different codes that need to be fixed and they pushed me out the door without fixing anything.

Great service once again, I have to be in Orlando early in the morning and I noticed I had a nail in my tire, and at 5:30 I rolled in and they took care of it... Thanks Guys A+++++

I’ve been to this store twice In the past week and twice the representative was unprofessional. He literally turned off the lights while customers were in the store at 6:37pm. Both times I was in the store was late in the afternoon. The store closes at 7pm so why is he shutting down at 6:37pm? I heard him saying I’ve been here since 5am I wanna go home. Super unprofessional. If I didn’t need my tire plugged I wouldn’t have stayed. I also need 4 new tires and guess what? I won’t buy them from this store!!!

I came in to get a broken lug bolt extracted, to which they confidently said they could. So confident in fact, they charged me $25 before they were even done. When they finished, I immediately went over to the tire to see it. Nothing was different, and the lug was still there. I went back in and asked what happened and they said they couldnt do it, and then happily waved me out.I literally would have had no problem with the experience if they hadnt charged me for a job that didnt even get done.

Big thanks to Ryan and his team for taking my neglect self in at the last minute this afternoon. Patching my tire after finding two nails in it way faster then I expected. Definitely deserving of company merits!

The manager was a pleasant person and thats all the good I can say happened with this repair. Ive been an account holder for several years and am not happy with this latest experience. The car was sputtering so they replaced the ignition coils for almost $1,000 and it made no difference, the car acted exactly the same. They then said oh, its the timing sensor, that will be another $650. I do not recommend you bring your vehicle to this shop for repairs as experience seems to be lacking.

If i could give no stars i would. I’ve taken two vehicles here, and noticed that when you’re a woman they take advantage of that and act super angry towards you to add LISTS of things wrong with your car. I got two oil changes from them for two different cars, EACH TIME AFTER, both the cars made weird noises, while steering & would turn off. I’m really not one to give bad reviews but one of the employees called me after the oil change and started YELLING at me and my friend that worked at an oil change place checked my car and it was completely fine and said they’re being over dramatic. As soon as i told the man my boyfriend would be there, he was immediately nice to my boyfriend. What kind of sexist...Absolutely not, don’t take your car here unless you want them to damage it to charge you more.

BEST TIRE PLUS LOCATION EVER. They have people who knows what they are doing and will have you in and out. The store manager there knows what he is doing and is very kind, patient and respectful. Highly recommend to get your car service here. I refuse to go anywhere else!

These wonderful men and their team went way beyond the call of duty to help me and my daughter with our vehicle. I believe God allowed us to come to this shop. Dishonest place. Needed all 4 brakes serviced and replaced. Wouldn’t be upfront with a quote first and said they needed to do a brake inspection for 17.95. 15 minutes later they quoted me $1069 for all 4 brakes replaced and rotors. About 400 dollars more than my Subaru dealership. When I told them they were out of their mind and would come back and pick up the car, I received another call saying the service manager was magically able to reduce it to $780.STAY AWAY. Their dishonesty lost a customer.

They kept talking over me and I could barely get a word in. I felt like I was being manhandled. Then they tried to make me look like I’m crazy and didn’t know what I was talking about it. I only came here because I was referred to them by a friend. But It was a bad idea. And they charged me $700 and didn’t fix my issue. Please go to a legit place where they actually fix cars. Don’t waste your time and money.

I went to Tires Plus “Lake Worth”, to install aftermarket wheels and new tires. After a lengthy wait, I went for a drive on the highway and noticed a terrible vibration. Went back to Tires Plus and had them rebalance... which they did at no charge. Got back on the road and noticed the same vibration. Again, went back to Tires Plus and Derrick recognized that my hubs were smaller than the actual wheel bore. Meaning, I needed to purchase hub centric rings for all the wheels. Went to PepBoys and purchased hub rings for $7. Went back to Tires Plus and they installed them at no charge. Now, my car drives like a dream. Thank you Tires Plus for your outstanding service!!! I’ll be back again in the future. “HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”

The guys there are scam artist and took advantage of my 67 year old mom . They we’re supposed to give my mom a quote to fix her car and deal with car shield to get the money instead they went ahead and fixed her car without her say so .Then they told her she would have to deal with car shield herself and she couldn’t have her car back unless she paid for the work on the car when she picked it up .Totally unacceptable not to get the go ahead from her or car shield and then basically strong arm my mom Into paying $1200 to get her car back, now she has to go to small claims court.

I have delt with Tires Plus a few times, and my experience with them has been great. Well until I went to the Tires Plus on 10th Ave North. Im very disappointed with them. I came in on 2/24/2021 and bought 4 New tires, and had them install them as well as do an alignment. It took the guy 2 hours to put 4 tires on my vehicle, I have never seen such unprofessional conduct . The guy would take a tire off then walk away and disappear, then come back mess with another tire then disappear again. Well needless to say when he was finally done putting the Tires on, he couldnt drive it out of the bay because he couldnt drive stick, so my husband drove it out for him. Well since we couldnt get the alignment done because of them not having someone there to do it, we set it up to be brought in, in the morning to get done. So we get in our vehicle to leave we make it out on to 10th ave and all of a sudden we here clinking noise like something just flew off the truck, so we hurry up and pull over and look around and all the weights to balance the Tires flew off all over the road... Talk about being worried to drive my truck now because who knows if he even tightened the lugs on the wheels.. So yeah we walked around to check them and called the tires plus we just pulled away from and let them know what happened, they said bring it back and he will have the guy put them back on. Umm no thanks I dont want that guy to touch my vehicle again. So we told him we would be by in the morning to get the alignment done, and have our tires rebalanced and looked over. So here we are sitting, and waiting for our truck to be taken care of because of their mess up yesterday. There were no other vehicles waiting when we got here, and yet my truck still has not been worked on and other cars that came after mine are being taken care of right now. I dont get it. Where is the customer service? You think they would want to fix their mistakes and make the customer satisfied, but no Ive been here over an hour and still waiting.. If you need work done I would suggest you go to a different Tires Plus, stay away from the one on 10th Ave North. 2930 10th Ave N. lake worth, FL 33461 They are not good with customer service, work ethic, or timing. Very very disappointed, and Dissatisfied with this Tires Plus.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!They will put your life at risk and not even care..I went in to change 2 Tires on my wife’s car. I left thinking they did their job right. (Which is why I will never do that again) My wife skit off the highway because THEY “FORGOT” to change one of the tires! She could have gotten in a horrible accident! We show up today and all one of the employees says is “you should have checked before you drove off.”Excuse me?!!! That’s why I paid you! You are supposed to make sure my tires were changed!All I got was an “free regular oil change.”Thanks this is useless since I don’t trust you guys..Not trashing Tires Plus only this location by their customer service and lack of doing their job.Be safe everyone!

The worst customer service. Very rude & obnoxious. Not helpful whatsoever. Derrick was the service person at the front desk. Took over an hour to replace one tire. I arrived there early, they open at 7am. I was there by 7:20am. No one was there. As I walked in Derrick stared me down. As if I was interrupting his coffee break. I would recommend you go to Pep boys. Where your experience is more likely to be a pleasant one.

I had a slashed tire and was stuck in the middle of the road. They helped me patch it and get back on the road. They are really nice people and helped me out. Thank you guys!!!

What a disaster this place... my fiance brought her car in to patch a nail thats in the middle of the tire, the tech stated that “Theres no nail I dont see anything”. Then 2 minutes later after showing him he goes “I think youre going to need 4 new tires” ... my guy, what are you talking about?😂 are you delusional? Thank god other tire places exist because if this tires plus is all we had, wow.. talk about lost chromosomes.. Never coming here again. Would not recommened to anyone with a vehicle, bike, stroller, scooter.. whatever you have that uses a tire. Do not bring it here.

Stopped in as my tire pressure light came on. It was Sunday and almost 3pm. I had a nail in the wall of the tire and it couldnt be patched. The guy who checked my tires was really nice. I was able to get a new tire and I was outta of there in under 30mins. Thank god they were open on a Sunday. I was on my way to Miami and I normally dont pay no mind to the light but Im glad I did becus I definitely would have had a flat and or blew the tire.

I was there for the first time today 11/05/19 around 11am for a flat tire. and i must say i did read the reviews but i should of listened because the heavy set African American male that was at the counter was extremely rude to the Spanish gentlemen having a hard time explaining himself in english (customer was in front of me line ) and my self . my thing is this if you dont want to work then stay home. Nice place they do a lot of work. Just like it says Tire Plus. They do More Than Just Tires. Ive been going there for over 10 years and I do a lot of work myself on my cars but sometime I get tired and I have them to do it for me. They have changed my tires on all my cars, my brakes head gaskets, my spark plugs, my water pump and the list goes on and on over the years that I been going there. I trust them before I will go anywhere else not saying that there is no other good places but Im comfortable with them. I never had any problem with them out of the 10 years that Ive been going there. I do suggest that you make appointments or youll be waiting for awhile depend on what you are getting done and who has an appointment before you.

Had a nail in a tire and was told the newer tire needed to be replaced. I went to another well respected shop and they fix the tire with a plug. You see, I am 72 yo female and this was not my first tire issue. Nail was not in illegal to repair area. I am sad they tried to fool me as it must be a succesful ploy they have undeservingly used on others for $. NOT COOL TO TRY AND FOOL FOLKS . You wont see me again ever!!

For the most, tires plus I visited in the past are usually an unwelcoming experience. This one on the other had reminds me of the one on state road 7 441& southern. The staff are friendly and I feel more welcomed than most other locations.

This specific store was great. My visit today changed my mind completely. Aside from the main fact that they refused to honor my PAID warranty... because I always get road hazard coverage on tires... The Service Manager Danny likes to get loud and rude at the mouth when he is told about his own company policies. He straight up tells my husband that he WILL NOT FIX THE TIRE and then expects my husband to be ok with him cursing and then says my husband started cursing first. Well his boss should really send him back to Customer Service training or he should not work in retail.

When scheduling a appointment online, it states 59 minutes or less. Well 2 hours and thirty minutes later Im still waiting for my car. A oil change, not a complete repair. Then I get told my car is ready just to go outside and continue to wait. But the best part is when they lock the door. My child needed a bathroom and we were locked out and I didnt have my car.

I brought my truck in for 2 tire replacement and an oil change. I was supposed to get the 2 front tire replace and 1 of the old tire was supposed to go on to the spare. They said that they couldnt get my spare tire off the truck because they couldnt find the the tool that came with the truck to get the spare down. ITS A BASIC TIRE IRON YOU DONT HAVE 1 IN THIS ENTUENT SHOP I ASK HIM. HE SAID LET ME CHECK AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH HE FOUND 1 AND WAS ABLE TO GET MY SPARE REPLACE. BUT IT SEEM TO ME THAT IT WAS JUST PURE LAZINESS BECAUSE I DINT HAVE IT IN MY TRUCK THAT WAS HIS EXCUSE NOT TO REPLACE MY SPARE TIRE. ALSO THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS A COMPLETE JERK NO COSTUMER SERVICE WHATS SO EVER!!! HE KEPT SAYING HOW HE WAS GETTING TRANSFER TO ANOTHER STORE SO I GUESS THATS WHY HE HAD THAT ITS NOT MY PROBLEM AM LEAVING TO ANOTHER STORE TYPE OF ATTITUDE. LAST TIME I COME HERE. OR ANY TIRES PLUS.

Not knowing much about auto repair I accepted what I was told was needed. Now I know what the Plus stands for. After I left, I found out not only that I overpaid but what I was told was not accurate.

Nobody bothered to help me so after a half hour of waiting, I left without buying the tires I needed so badly.

Didnt try and upsell to much. Gave me very good knowledge on many aspects of what i was looking for. Car is driving great.

I like this place. They always do a thorough job and I never feel ripped off. They charge a reasonable amount of money for tires and I have used them exclusively for my Milan.

The service was awful. I only went to change my rear tires for my 2014 mustang gt and one of the workers made such a big deal because I didnt purchase all four tires. The guy had the nerve to be angry at me, he took it upon my car and slammed my nice rims to the ground and the circumference of the rim is completely scrapped. DONT NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TIRE PLUS

The service at this place is great. Not all Tires Plus are good as far as service goes, but this place is an exception and I highly recommend it.
