I have been going to Power Audio for a few years now and have never had any issues. Whether it be tint for a car or stereo system or even an issue under the hood, Jason and his team have always been able to get the job done and in a timely manner. The whole team is very personable and easy to talk to. They take the time to explain the situation and how they are going to handle it. I highly recommend going to Power Audio before going anywhere else.

I gave one star because i have to... if i could i would give no stars. never take your car here, youll never be happy with your service or the job. they also are not answering the phone for me. terrible i got robbed. be careful.

I went there to find out how much will they charge to install a LED roof light bar for my truck. The guy inspected my truck and looked up a part and quoted $150 for the installation. The person told me to get the LAD bar light and come in early, so they can install it for me. I bought the LED light bar and took it them and this time it was different guy and he said it will be $300 to instal. When I told him what I was quoted he asked if I got the quote from him? I said no and he replied it was not him and it was a week or two ago I was quoted that price, so… NO, he is not going to do it! He did not even try to be nice about it or say sorry once. The only reason I went there on the first place is because I got my double din head unit installed from them and was a returning customer. NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Good guys. I had my first car tinted and subs dropped in at this place. Place looks new since 10yrs ago. I plan on taking my new car there for a quote on custom light installation.

My amp was supposed to be sent in for repair, August 1, 2014.I called end of August, they told me its still in for repair.Left the country, came back end of November, they told me a bunch of storiesabout repair people are on strick and what not. They where going to call me back.They never once called me back, I have called around 20-25 times within 2 months.Nov/Dec. Come to find out the Amp was still on there shelf..Guys at the front desk are useless and liars.If you go ANYWHERE, go to Coast2Coast Rims and ask for ERIC!!He does all my work, also one of the best in car audio in South Florida!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY FROM POWER AUDIO!!!!!!!!!

I just used Power Audio for the first time after being referred to them by a large volume audio supplier. Mike and his crew were top notch. They repaired a faceplate on a very high dollar factory audio unit that had been damaged by the previous owner. Part of the face plate was missing completely. Mike removed the unit, fabricated and blended in a new piece and made it match incredibly well. All the while Mike and his guys were responsive and professional and the price was reasonable in my mind. I would absolutely trust these guys with my car as the need comes up down the road.

Jason And his Team provide world-class service with attention to detail, outside of the box thinking and dont be surprised if you get more than you asked for. Power Audio went above and beyond for me over the past 8 years and Im truly a satisfied customer. Their main focus is on customizing cars/bikes/trucks/etc., but my job required just sound system and a alarm no job too small, no job too big for these guys. I Have been using power audio since 2005 they have Customized about 6 high end vehicles for me from my bagged fully custom Ford f-350 on 24s to a BMW 745li. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs Custom work, period.

We purchased a Pioneer head unit and had lots of self-induced problems installing. Power Audio has bent over backwards to help us get our system going. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.Wish I had just paid them to install. Theyre great.

Let me start by saying DO NOT GO HERE!! My tints were done here and as soon as I got home I noticed scratches on the outside from when they measured the tint on the window. I came back and Mike offered to buff it out to fix it. This didnt work and he said he was going to try something else but needed to order something first. A month went by with me asking for an update twice a week and Mike would just give me a new excuse. I finally told him that he needs to pay for the repairs on the window and he said You cant prove that it happened here. Like seriously? Is this how you run a professional business? STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

I tried for years. I sent everyone I know there. Now I realize I’m a fool. Jason is a monkey and strung out on pills. He will steal all you have with a smile.

Every time I bring my car into their shop, they are always very nice, and always gets the job done within two days.

Went to a competitor down the street. After quoting me $60 to diagnosis my alarm system and they charged me $80 to tell me I needed a remote and wanted to charge me another $125.00 for the new remote. I wasnt convinced that it was the remote so I brought it into Power Audio. They charged me $27.50 for the diagnostics and quoted me $100 for the remote and they would wave the diagnostic fee. Lesson learned. When I buy my new truck this year Ill be bringing it in to Power Audio to transfer and upgrade my after market system to my new vehicle. Thanks guys! B-)

Do not go here! Horrible customer service. Nothing but attitude given to a customer when they walk in. Like no matter what they are doing you a favor by accepting your business. I would never give this shop a dime of my money. Just give them a call first and hear their condescending attitude foyourself

I called Power Audio to do my tint and install an Iphone adapter on 04 Maxima. They were able to fit me into the scheulde even on short notice (I called an hour b4 i showed up) and Jason got everything done on time just like he said. I would recomend Power Audio to anyone who asks for advice on anything car related.
