Great central location and very clean room. Wifi was good and better than the rubbish in ‘1st world Australia’. Staff forgot the free wine on arrival but apart from that it was all good.

This was an awful experience, the room was very cold, towels wore changed ones and I stayed for 13 days, bed sheet I’m sure wore not changed at all. It’s a shame this place is called a hotel it probably has to be called a motel. And the staff of the hotel except one young girl working there who was very nice and pleasant, except her no one else knows the meaning of customer service. I felt like im not a guest in this hotel, I felt my presence was not welcomed at all. And to the management of this hotel don’t worry next time I would never stay in this place. For the value of money I’d get a better actual hotel.

I went to Kharkiv for work, so I did not expect any increased comfort from the hotel, but this hotel did not impress.When booking, I did not receive any photos of rooms with windows and no warning about the possibility of settling in the basement. In fact, our triple room was in an underground room without windows and a modern ventilation system. In some places, poor mobile communication.Behind the wall of the hotel is a hookah, as evidenced by the persistent odor in the rooms and a sign at the next entrance to the basement.About the service:- in the triple room there are only two sets of towels- The bed was dirty at onceBathroom:- The shower cabin is covered with mold or dirt - I cant tell ...- Drains are clogged in the shower, so the water stagnates and can spill on the floor.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. We chose a room on the 2nd floor with windows, very spacious and bright. There were all the necessary amenities and even porridge for breakfast, very nice :) The staff are all welcoming, polite. And of course a nice bonus - a glass of wine in honor of the arrival. I also recommend taking a bottle of Chilean semi-sweet from them. We are very pleased that we stayed at your hotel, we will be back.

Booked a duplex double room. In about 3-4 days. Our reservation was confirmed. But on the day of check-in, an hour before arrival at the hotel, they call us and say that they will not be able to check into the desired room and offer a replacement for the most common cheap one. We settled there at night. The room was booked in advance for two nights. There is no understandable smell throughout the hotel, there are a lot of caustic aromas that are clearly hiding something. went into the room and realized that no one cleaned it, although in the room itself there is information that it was cleaned on the eve. The floor is dirty, no one changed the extra linen for the child (hair on the pillow) and the linen itself was not a hotel type (home). We were also struck by a decanter of water of unknown origin; in normal hotels they put closed bottles of water. In the morning, the cleaning ladies came who cleaned the room and said that we were the first who did not like how they cleaned. Two grannies who cant see anything that there is a lot of dust and dirt in the room. In general, I do not recommend this hotel for family holidays.

Booked a family room, 2 adults + 2 children. in the room there is a sofa and a bed, for a sofa in the closet there are sheets for one person, which is designed for the floor of the sofa, and a blanket for one person too.
