Nasty rude attitude!!! ZERO star is what they really deserve!!! 4 times i have ATTEMPTED to see the store..I need furniture...YES i get it that store waa not opened yet or had just closed... But seems they keep Mattress side store open more.. So whe. I walked in asking about the fur iture side NASTY rude attitude....AND am to be a possible client??? Wow!

Not a good experience customer service is good but the furniture is not. I bought a sofa 2 months ago and its not good anymore the cusion on the sofa just went flat and its not comfortable at all anymore. So now I am just going to have to throw it away. And have to spend money to go buy a new one somewhere else😡.

RUDE OWNER, JUSt paid for 700 dollars worth of furniture Sunday at the Congress Ave lantana fl store ... paid to have it delivered was told they would call me when they were to deliver it ... Monday I called several times no answer ... Tuesday called around 12 asked what I paid for told him then he rudely said he was busy had no time to talk to call back later ... No word about delivery or when we should expect our furniture . Good prices but its not worth the worry of when you should receive the stuff that was already paid for . . Save yourself a big headache and dont waste your time with this place .still waiting and waundering when or if we will get the furniture we paid for already .

Acceptable customer service ... furniture with very low quality of products. Buy a rocking chair with serious balance problems ... instead of changing it I have to bring it to the store to have it examined for about 3 days and then I would not know which would be my luck ... that they will change it for another one but that option does not exist ... that is, I will do as I was never in that place ... I am a totally dissatisfied client ...
