Their ad says open 24 hours. But they’re only open Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday they have a call center that they use and they do not get back to you till Monday.

Wonderful folks - I was selling a house and had some major problems flagged by the buyers inspector that need to be repaired before the house could be sold. We have an older whole house Generac generator. The alternator was not working right and the part no longer manufactured.
