Its LIFE. STOPPED IN, AS A CHANGE OF PACE, and now, I HAVE A wonderful experience to share with that little location, with SO MUCH BUSY TRAFFIC..Staff is friendly, very... REAL PEOPLE...

AVOID!!!The customer service WAS top notch. I have been a regular customer for at least a year. I would visis 4-5 days a week. I would spend a minimum of 12-20$ every visit. At times I would spend more. Today I get a regular order for me. When I walked on my front porch the plastic bag broke. The bag breaking has nothing to do with MO. It was just a faulty plastic bag. A bottle of $2.99 juice broke. I returned to COAST LIQOURS, I was hoping that they would replace the bottle of juice that cost $2.99. After I’ve seen them replace an entire Liter of liquor for another customer who had a similar situation. When I arrived AP insinuated that maybe I was swinging my bag around and that was what caused the bag to rip. In over a year I never once had a bag rip. I never once asked for a refund or a return. I never once swing a plastic bag with glass around. I was a customer there 4 to 5 nights a week. Never short on money never asked to borrow money never asked to return or switch items. AP has the audacity to blame me for ripping the bag for a $2.99 bottle of juice that I would’ve figured they would honor by replacing being a very consistent loyal customer. I was expecting no problem grab a bottle of juice will gladly replace it for you… But instead I was told to grab the bottle and then I was ridiculed on how I was the one that broke the bag that he bought, But he continued to pursue that it was something that was my fault and that it’s not his fault if the plastic bags are faulty. I could understand if I bought a $1500 bottle of cognac. I just wanted a bottle of juice for $2.99 that I buy probably four nights a week. He gave me such a runaround and such a hassle over the bottle of juice that I just left. He comes from a customer service background as well as I do. And normally in these situations you would gladly replace a $2.99 bottle of juice versus risking future business. I can guarantee you they have lost my business 100%. I do not recommend going there, especially if they treat customers that have been repeatedly going for well over a year and spend a minimum of $12-$20 if not more. Obviously my business is a zero concern to them or they are doing so well that they can lose business? I’m not sure… I’m not in a position to really wonder about that, but I can guarantee you that they will not receive any of my future business. If you respect customer service I would recommend not visiting this establishment.AVOID!!!

Very good people. Always come here to buy cigarettes because they have great prices. Cant go wrong with this place! Would definitely recommend people here

I have to say Im not even from the area but the very first time I ever went to Coast Wine and Liquors they were closed they actually open the door for me so that I can purchase a favorite for me and my boyfriend I was so thankful to me thats real customer service so every time I go down to visit now it will be from coast Wine and Liquors

This is a store that offers great customer service and a friendly and professional staff. Here you will find plenty of customer parking and all of your favorite drinks. From inexpensive to high quality you will find it here. You will find all of your favorite snacks along with your favorite premier and craft beers at this very clean and neat establishment. All in all i give this place 5 stars for cleanliness, customer service, and product quality.

Great liquor store youve probably driven right past without noticing. Its easily visible on Dixie but its got a small awkward parking lot so its easy to miss. This was the ONLY place in the area that had Cristal Champagne. I even tried Total Wine and they didnt have any. The owner was so helpful, I needed 2 bottles and he only had 1 but after explaining Ive tried every store in the area without success he called his supplier and got me another bottle the next day and even delivered it from Ft. Lauderdale. Above and beyond service!!

This is one of the most stopped beer wine and liquor store I have ever been in and I have been in quite a few of them and their prices are very competitive and they are also a step above the rest.

Was pricing wine & beer for our restaurant. For the size of the store they have a large selection. Very helpful, friendly, and courteous.

All the staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and attractive and well designed.Even when I just buy a soda they are still nice.They desire to help you and that attracts more customers.

Love this place. I was having a hard time finding a specific cider that I like and they started stocking it cause I asked about it. Plus they have it less expensive than even Total Wine did. Legit.
