I went to this store with some questions about my phone plan. I was pleasantly surprised by knowledgeable and attentive nature of Maria. I was her only customer at the time, and we talked to me extensively about what my options were moving forward. She made sure that I throughly understood each aspect of the process as we went through it. I cant believe that she wasnt the manager of the store with her level of know-how about At&ts phone plans. I was extremely satisfied with your store; even more so with Marias professionalism and her ability to give me some of the best d*mn customer service that Ive had at your stores.

I had an absolutely great customer service experience here! Leron worked tirelessly to help me replace my phone when there was a glitch in the system. He even stayed after his shift to ensure that I had a working phone before I left. A great job by him and his team!
The person who helped me lied to me about the cost of the phone, and he didn’t even fully setup my phone because when i open my phone, anyone around me gets a notification to pair phones to finish setting up my phone.
I worked twice directly with the manager, Ronald (Ron) M., at the Lake Zurich location. Ron was informative, helpful, kind, and really made me feel comfortable (NOT RUSHED) in the store when I was asking questions. All the while he was able to assist other customers to ensure no one was being ignored. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and I would absolutely say that I would happily work with him again in the future. Best experience I have ever had with AT&T.

I came in the other day for pricing information regarding switching from T-Mobile. Joe was extremely helpful and explained everything someone could possibly want to know about the phones, Rate plans, Direct TV and internet. Thanks so much Joe you really go above and beyond.
Totally screwed up my wireless plan. Lied about the plan and the charges. The salesman Joe first argued with me that my old 450 minute, unlimited data plan was a 450 megabytes per month plan, which nothing of the sort exists. Has no clue what he’s talking about. Then he said he changed my plan and added a line. Nope, got two bills this month which were exponentially higher than what was told by him. Two bills, two plans. Told me he’d waive the activation fee for the additional line, lied, didn’t. Told me I would continue getting my business discount, lied, didn’t. Then I call the store manager Leron and explain how his employee screwed up my wireless plan so bad I’m tempted to leave AT&T. He says, “what do you want me to do about it?” These guys are clueless, rude and have no idea what they’re doing. Don’t even bother going to this AT&T, there are plenty of better AT&T stores around.
Very knowledgeable woman in charge at the store the night I stopped in, Ihad been at the corporate store in Deer Park Plaza, after talking to them for five minutes I left the store. Looked up other AT&T stores in the area on myI phone, it took me directly to this store and the woman who helped me solve my problem. She is a keeper, you need more like her.
This is an authorized reseller and independently-owned retailer. Not really AT&T. Service was unprofessional. Deer Park AT&T is a true AT&T corporation store, with more transparent management actually willing to be of assistance.
Stopped by at 4pm and there was a sign on the door that said be back at 4:45..
I am not good with technology at all and I went into this location with a list of questions and the manager was so kind and patient in going through each one. I always forget my login and passwords so he took the time to not only write them down, but he downloaded an app to store them for me. Normally I dont have great experiences at AT&T, but this experience definitely went beyond my expectations. thank you!
Be mindful of the people you hire render to service to cusromers. They represent you! The young lady at the store today sounded like she didnt want to be bothered by cusromers, she seemed to want get back to what she was doing on her phone, more so than engage with a customer. Whatever it was, it must have given her severe amnesia as it relates to giving sound customer service. She was very unprofessional, and spoke with a condescending tone.

Can I put zero Stars?? I went in to this AT&T store to set up a new UVerse account because we are moving. My husband and I walk in and no one greeted us. There were two people working. They both had one customer they were working with which was fine we were willing to wait. So we looked around while we wait. Ten minutes go by and still no one has said one thing to us. I was waiting for “hi guys thanks for waiting it’ll be 15 minutes if you want to come back or look around” or even just a simple “hello thanks for coming in to AT&T we will be with you in a few.” So I said to my husband let’s leave and go to Deer Park location where I know they will acknowledge me as soon as I step in the store and give me any type of customer service!
Nothing but praise for Leron, He dealt with numerous customers at one time because his helper rep had called in late and he was the only one in the store. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and he is the reason we come back to this store even though we are from Crystal Lake..

I came into the store because a friend said go there they will hook you up. So I did, joey the guy that works there was chill everything was fine got out plans told us about the free internet if we get the unlimited plans. So we got that everything was cool but they bills came rolling in. The internet was not free. so I called and called he said he would check on it then out of nowhere said hey u got to pay 3 months for it to be free and everything that you paid would be credited back. Now I paid 3 months, called him up again. Again and again nothing but problems and problems, so therefore I will be switching services. I will not be coming back to the store and I will not recommend people to go to this store.
Ive been to this store a handful of times and have been treated unprofessionally each time. The salesman is unwelcoming and unfriendly. Ill drive out of my way to go to a store with a professional atmosphere.

My phone was damaged by water. After paying for 4 years for insurance I tried to get it replaced. I tried to call the store and I could not get past the dial 1 for the address, 2 for store hours and 3 to speak to a representative. I pressed 3 and then was told to enter remote access code and then was hung up on. I went through this 3 times. All I wanted to do was to speak to someone about how to get my phone replaced after paying for insurance for 4 years on this phone and 3 others.
It was time for an upgrade, and as a fan of Apple, I was seeking an Iphone XR. Leron helped me through the process, migrated my existing content to my new phone in a matter of 15 minutes and spent some time showing me some tips to using it more efficiently. While I still have a lot to learn about this far more advanced phone, I am able to use all of the typical functions as if Ive had it for years. BTW - if you are spending $700+ for a new phone with an exterior shell comprised of mostly of glass, take any suggestions for a screen protector and rugged quality case to heart. These slippery little devils are not nearly as robust as that Iphone 6 youve been lugging around.

I came in to the store to add a second line and was dredding the whole experience.Upon arriving, I was greeted by Leron and explained to him that I needed a second line for my son which he seemed excited to help me with. After going over a few options I was able to decide on a phone but I wanted the new one for me and to give my son my s9. Which again Leron was more than happy to help me with also. He helped me thru the transfer process of phones even while he had 4 or 5 different customers coming in and fielding their questions and taking care of them the best they could. I asked him if someone called off but he said it was just him.I am amazed at the level of outstanding customer service he exhibited while being short staffed and multitasking between myself and all the other customers that came in.I will definitely return to his store specifically for any of my cellular needs, I just hope he is able to have more help in his store for the random customers that walk in looking to purchase a phone or need help with their current ones as I definitely feel he was understaffed that day but still rolled with the punches so to say while ensuring an extremely pleasant visit for myself.Thankfully,Edison
HiI’m a business customer with AT&T and visited your store in Lake Zurich to upgrade my iPhone yesterday. I came back to this location because of the Manager Leron. I had an issue I couldn’t solve and Leron was able to take care of it swiftly for me last time so I returned. While Leron was helping me with my new phone the customer who commented above came in. He told Leron what the Apple rep told him to try. Leron began to ask probing questions to solve his problem. The kid kept talking over Leron basically telling him to do what he wants or else. On his way out of the store he mumbled something to the effect of Im going to give you an awesome review in a sarcastic tone. That’s what made me check the reviews this morning and make sure I responded. Leron & Haley are both great! I will continue to do business at the Lake Zurich location.

Absolutely terrible service from the Manager Leron and Technician Haley. Got nothing but disrespect and snarky remarks to the information I provided them after my visit to apple and per the apple technicians recommendations.I had recently switched to ATT and gotten a new iphone and I noticed I wasnt receiving SMS text massages with photos, long paragraphs, or participate in group chats with Android (pretty straightforward issue). I brought it back to an ATT store where they said theres nothing we can do, we dont do tech in stores so I go the apple store where they sit down and do a series of tests and recommend I have the ATT people reset my line and get a new sim card (as the apple technician had seen this issue before). Per his requests I stop into THIS ATT to simply have them do what the apple Tech said (a simple 5 minute process).The manager asks how he can help me and I inform him of specifically what I came in for (to get the line reset) and the problems I was having, While talking over me he says that I simply cannot participate in SMS groupchats, nothing he can do about it. He continues to say that this wont do anything and apple doesnt understand their ATT system. As I had received very little help from ATT during my last visit, I continued to request the process the apple recommended at which I received much resistance from both workers who acted as though I was a nuisance when I was simply a paying customer requesting them to do their job. I treated each worker with upmost respect and the manager and Haley in particular were whining about how this wouldnt work, trying to talk me out of their location.These workers dont understand basic customer service and are a terrible reflection of AT&T as a company.
Would never go here again. Over two days I had to spend over 7 hours here for a simple phone upgrade and transfer. Severely understaffed. Associates do not listen to needs but try to sell and not super knowledgeable about phone issues. Plus location doesnt have its own wifi so you can not even transfer your data from old phone to new phone.
I went this store for the first time. The manager was working there alone (his employee had called in sick) and there were a few people in the store for various reasons. He did his best to multi-task and help everyone. While one phone was transferring data, he would ring up another, and then check in to answer questions for another. He was cool, calm and worked as diligently and efficiently as he could but would still pause to answer questions, explain a plan or recommend a product and also be personable and joke with the customers. The stress and pressure that Im sure he felt never showed. He even allowed me to use the store wi-fi to download an app that would make transferring data from my old phone to my new phone faster. Thank you!

Called the store to see if I needed an appointment - nope: come on in. No ones here. 30 minutes later, walked in and Joe spent all the time I needed in getting the help I needed. DSL went out this morning; the human robot (cant go off-script) on the phone took 20 minutes to verify what I told him starting out (no DSL signal) and tell me he couldnt schedule a tech until 4 days out. OK, he did schedule and said he would credit my Internet account for the days it was out, but couldnt do a thing about lifting my wireless data cap or give me a credit for having to use my phone as a hotspot until DSL is restored (thats a different business). Joe took care of getting me unlimited data until my DSL is restored. (it winds up being a credit after reverting my wireless plan back to what it was, but, hey, it works out.) Very helpful - Thanks, Joe!

(Posting from my bfs account fyi. Lol) I went to this store to get my new iPhone I purchased from Amazon. Octavio helped me get the new SIM card in and i had a phone! I had to go back later because the phone would not stay connected to service. He got a new SIM card for me, which seemed to help...until I left the store. No fault of AT&T for the phone being so extremely messed up, Octavio was so nice and helpful both times I was in there! Hopefully he will be just as excited to see me when I go back in today to hopefully set this stupid phone of mine straight!

What a disaster in this AT&T! It would be almost comical if it were not so tragic. Leron, the Manager, is unresponsive, a bit rude when asked if there was a number-taking system for which customer would be serviced next, does not acknowledge any customer—I personally watched six customers walk out without being helped or acknowledged, etc. etc. Rude, dismissive, unhelpful, a “couldn’t care less” attitude, unresponsive, an awful manager, doesn’t begin to describe the situation at this AT&T, but all these words are a very accurate description of this nightmare of a store. Stay away from this store if you need help getting something done or resolved!

Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Employee Charles Johnson rudely denied me help because I had a tone of dissatisfaction about an issue with my phone. Another customer comes in and when Charles introduced himself to her, and, lo and behold, Charles is not his name. Whoever the manager is here needs to address the fact that you have a hostile employee who is fraudulently representing your business.
