From the time I pulled up to the time I picked up my car after service was completed, everyone was friendly and service was great. The courtesy van was a huge convenience getting me to work and back to pick up my car. I have always had a good experience at Regal.

Appointment was easy to arrange. Service covered oil change, checking all fluids, rotating tires and fixing a broken front sprayer to windshield. Timing was two hours but that was okay as I waited. Advised on the status of my brakes and the need to replace them in three months depending on driving habits. I appreciated the review done and advise given.

I called the service department about 11:00 A.M. on a Saturday and was told they were booked for the day. I explained that my 2 year old Honda had a bad battery. I was then told to bring it in and they would take of it for me.I dropped it off and left because I had no idea how long it would be before it was ready to be picked up.At 1:15 P.M. I was leaving the dealership with a brand new battery in my car. The best part is there was no charge to me. It was all covered under warranty.I would like to add that the service advisor was understanding and anxious to help me get my issue resolved in a timely manner even though they were booked solid for the day.

Key Fob issues with my H-RV. Rob is an excellent communicator throughout my service experience. Service is attentive to your cars needs. Honda also has availability to drop you off and pick you up from work should you not be able to stay while your car is being worked on. The only frustrating issue is calling to get an appointment.It seems they do not have enough coverage on the phones. each time i have to call multiple times to speak with service. But once you get your appointment, rest assure, if you get Rob, he will take care of your car!

I had an 8:45am appointment for an oil change on 5/11/2021 for my 2021 CR-V. The service was courteous, but after 2 hours, I hadnt been notified that the car was ready. When I asked the service advisor if the work was done, my keys were next to the completed paperwork. I will never know how long it had been since the work was completed, but two hours is too long for routine maintenance... especially with an appointment.

I have been using Regal ever since my late husband and I bought our CRV there new in 2004. We also purchased a new CRV there later for our daughter. The service and value have always been outstanding. The only problem that I have ever experienced was this past Saturday when I came in to have 4 new tires installed and aligned. My appointment was for 10 A.M. and I arrived at 9:50 A.M. I waited for 3 1/2 hours for my car to be ready. To me that seems excessive. Ray Taylor was, and always has been, the service technician who oversees the progress of the servicing of my car. I cannot say enough good things about Ray. He kept me informed about the progression, and apologized profusely for the amount of time that it was taking. I dont what the problem was, but nonetheless I will certainly return again when I need service or a new car in the future.

I had a second service that was great. Customer service was excellent. I dont mind given 5*. I hope Regal continues to put customer first. Due to previous bad experience with dealers while buying a new car or service my new car. I have a hard time to trust dealers. They have to work on changing customers bad perception of them. They need to follow Walmart example of keeping customers satified all the time.

I was out of town and had a flat tire. It was nice they washed the car after the service, but somehow they bent my tag. The manager was not available. I was told they would be in touch but there was never any follow through even after I followed up.

Our radio on our 2021 Honda Passport had intermittent crackling and popping issues and we got it fixed under warranty with zero hassles. Chrissy, our service rep was awesome and kept up good communication with us, and was exceptionally friendly in person as well as on the phone.

My tires had lost air pressure. Regal checked all four for leaks punctures, and foreign objects. There were none, My tires were inflated. There was no fee, and I was on my way within the hour. That is why Im still a customer of Regal Honda after 26 years.

Im a bit disappointed to hear they could not find anything wrong. Not only did the check engine light come on twice, each time the vehicle lost power and we had to pull over 10 minutes before it would resent. One time maybe a fluke. Twice in one trip is a problem and it was not found. Now we take the risk driving long distance again and it doing the same thing.

8am Saturday morning appointment for oil change, tire rotation and recall for software update. 3 hours to complete... Invoice in email, which was cheaper, stated different price from physical receipt . When asked service rep he said our computer prices havent been updated in a while and nothing he could do... I have been here once before without any issues or delay. Definitely will reconsider using them in the future.

The work and the service is always efficient... and courteous even though sometimes repetitive... but maintenance and cost is always needed to keep your vehicle going and Honda is one of the best vehicles Ive ever owned. And sometimes Honda is the only service you can trust for more complicated services on your vehicle. Regal Honda if anything is reliable and deserving of your business and will get more of mine when I can afford it.

Terrible Phone system and a website that doesnt work properly on my phone, even using the desktop site view. But after I got there, I had great service from Ray. It was the best experience with a mechanic I had over the last year. I was pleasantly surprised to see my tire fixed, my engine clean, and my fluids topped off when getting my oil change and tire patched.

Bought a brand new Civic from Josh and Ryan. They were excellent!! Friendly and helpful! & they even helped surprise me with some roses! I drove to Regal after getting frustrated at another Honda dealer. They had an awesome inventory here and were more than willing to help me with what features really matter!! I purchased a 2020 Honda CRV EX from Josh Woodard at Honda Regal. My experience with Josh and the other people involved was excellent. The car I was interested in was not on the lot but Josh said they would see if it could be found in their network. It was found and delivered in less than 48 hours. Josh also helped me understand much of the technical part of driving a new car these days. I am an older driver and he was patient and suggested I drive the car a few days and come back and ask questions about things with which I still needed help. I did, and Josh again was very helpful. I normally do not like buying a car, but Josh made it a nice experience. I am happy I went to Regal Honda for my new car, which I am enjoy each time I drive it.

Apparently making an appointment is not when your car will be serviced, but merely when you can talk to an advisor. So appointments dont mean anything, took them over an hour to even think about my car or telling me they were running late. Hard to plan your day when the car dealer is involved

Came in for oil change, tire rotation and to diagnose loud buzzing/humming noise coming from the front driver side. I told the service advisor Jessica that the car was due for a bigger scheduled service but need to find out what the noise is first. We were told we would need to leave the car which was fine. When we went to get items out of the car, Jessica had left the car running for about 10 minutes just wasting the gas for no reason after she started it to check the mileage. The next day we got a call saying that the car needed brakes, new tires and an alignment all for around $1000.00. I thought it was strange seeing as how the tires were only about two years old. I said ok to the work and went to the dealership, asking to see the old tires. I spoke directly with the tech and he told me his diagnosis was road noise from the tires. We still couldnt pick up the car until the next day. When I paid for the work, I spoke with Jessica and she informed me that the noise is still there and now it seems to be coming from the front driver side wheel bearing. I was really upset with this situation because not only was the problem not fixed by him misdiagnosing the problem, but we werent ready for tires and brakes and only did it because we thought it would fix the noise, as advised by the technician. As I expressed my frustration to Jessica, she informed me that she would be calling us on Moday March 22nd after she spoke with her manager. Today is March 26th and we havent heard from her or anyone at Regal Honda. We also found the old oil change sticker on the driver side floor and the paper backing to the new oil change sticker also on the floor as if our car is a garbage can. Ever since the visit to Regal, the check tire pressure warning has been on even though the tires look fine. So thats a another issue.In summary, we are out nearly $1200.00 for work we didnt need yet (how much do Kelly tires really cost anyway?), the bearing is still damaged and nobody called us back from Regal.

I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service in the service department as well as how quickly they completed the oil change. The only negative I experienced was when I was driving home my tire pressure guage came on and had to add air to my tires which concerned me because prior to driving to Lakeland to get my car serviced, that warning has never come on.Patti Gross

My service coordinator, Kyle, is great ... I’ve worked with him for several years. I appreciate the waiting area & amenities ... I’m always comfortable.I was very disappointed by a woman in the waiting area - who I thought was a customer at first but later discovered to be an employee. She kept her mask below her chin, except when she approached a customer, when she placed it below her nose. I was quite concerned that the dealership would allow such behavior despite the scientific evidence supporting masks. She was (almost) the only employee who was not respectful of the health of others present in your dealership.Please create a policy that supports your employees and customers.

Mr. Ray was a blessing to me because through all the mishandling, lack of communication and dissatisfaction from the extended warranty company Mr. Ray was still was professional, kind, polite and very helpful anyway he could to make sure my car got fixed.. This service was to replace recalled parts. I had an appointment and they said it would take 1 hour for the service. My son showed up on time and was ignored for a half an hour then was told that it would take 4 hours to do the service. We couldve planned to leave the car there if they wouldve just told me when I scheduled the appointment but my son was blown off and called me after an hour passed to pick him up. People that showed up after him were being taken care of. I have not ever received this kind of customer service experience at the other dealerships.
