We have been a customer of Image Depot in Palm Harbor for well over 10 years. They truly are a great partner for any promotional items, shirts, printing, etc. that you need!! Now that they have the Lakeland location, they are able to handle t-shirt jobs even more efficiently. Great prices, excellent design work and customer service!!!

Just amazing! Image Depot did something that was more than providing a service, they gave me a gift. Im a student at USF and was not able to find a backpack in the color I wanted with the USF logo on it. Very long story...they were able to get permission to embroider the USF logo on a backpack that was in my favorite color. This made my Senior year complete and more meaningful. I only wish I could give Image Depot 10 stars instead of 5!

This is my third time working with Image Depot Express for my companies T Shirt order, I must say that every aspect of the process has been more than ideal and has exceeded my expectations!! From day one the quick response of processing my order and sending me a proof for my approval, made me feel as if my small order was of great importance!! I approved my proof but never the less I received a phone call before printing asking for permission to make some grammatical changes that I had missed on the proof, further more reassuring me that final product mattered to the staff at Image Depot. I was pleasantly surprised when I received yet another phone call informing me that my shirts were ready for pickup at least a full week ahead of schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone needing fast, friendly and most of all committed service!!

This was my first time using Image Depot, and I can say that they did not disappoint! Our Yearbook Shirts came out beautiful, the quality of the product, and the detail from our artwork showed through. They were so thorough, and made suggestions so that our design showed up best on our shirts. Seandra was so patient with me, adjusting our quote, and answering my numerous questions. I am highly satisfied and recommend them.

Image Depot Express goes above and beyond and does anything and everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction. As a self proclaimed procrastinator, I have a knack for waiting until the last minute to order items. They are always patient, prompt and efficient. Our last order was blankets. They were excellent quality, and came in earlier then the estimated delivery time! We have ordered everything from customized shirts to bags in large quantities, and we have never been dissapointed! There is something to be said about companies that truly care about the customer- and Image Depot Express is one of those companies!!

I called the store to speak with an associate about the sizes of the shirts.l was told to go the chart size, because they didnt know about 10_12 being a medium .RED FLAG so i order 4 youth shirts .(large) .Paid $51.00 to get it early UPS 8/19 RED FLAG 2. $15.00 extra I decided I was gonna do a pickup but they would not be ready until 8/23 .RED FLAG 3 .Back with UPS the shirts came in on 8/8/2019 .So excited open the box guess LARGE ADULT grey 7th grade shirts.They dont do exchange, but you knew I was ordering youth shirts for school. I will never deal with this company again.

It was quite well for the situation I handed to them, having very professional associates and keeping it in a timely manner. Downfalls is some of their vendors for items could never pull through for rush-deliveries so compromises had to be made.

Great company, super nice and understanding. They stuck with us through payment issues, design issues, and waiting absolutely forever for our student government to fulfill orders. Ask for Seandra!!

I ordered two t shirts for my sons Marine graduation. One for myself and one for my daughter. When I picked the shirts up Image Depot had my saying on my daughters shirt and my daughters saying on my shirt and the color was not Royal Blue as ordered. They tell me they can redo them correctly and they will be ready the next day no later than 11:30 am.... well again I show up to pick up my shirts and they tell me the driver is running behind and they wont be available until 4:00 pm.... which wouldnt work because I was already at this point 4 hours behind schedule. So they came up with a solution and said they could have my shirts ready in 25 minutes. Well they did have my shirts ready, however they are not the correct color, they are regular blue and not Royal Blue as requested.... so long story short I will be the only person at the most important graduation of my life in the wrong color and it cost me $56.00 for two rough t-shirts that are not even the correct color....Thank you Paige and Ryan for contacting me and apologizing, it does make a difference knowing you cared enough to offer to make it right. As I told Paige on the phone the design on the shirt was perfect and had I not needed a particular color I would have been completely satisfied. Thank you again for your apologies.

We have ordered from Image Depot Express for several years now. I probably have ordered more than 1500 shirts all together. The quality and price are unbeatable.

Image Depot Express was so easy to work with! They answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Communication of each step of my t-shirt design was clear and easy to follow. The shirts were absolutely amazing and I will be using them for all of my printing needs!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This place is completely ridiculous! Everything in their store front seems like it is all for women or discontinued! We spent a whole hour of our lives trying to find shirts and I found an amazing jacket that had another companies logo on it and I wanted to purchase it and they told us it’s been discontinued but yet I was able to find the exact same jacket on google! THEN.... I found a beautiful shirt that I also fell in love with and guess what!? Also discontinued!!! Unbelievable! Why would they have shirts hanging up in their store that they clearly don’t carry anymore!? Save yourself the trouble and don’t waste your time going here!

Customer Service is always great!!My only disappointment was being charged a rushed fee because I didnt place my order within the 10 day window. Ive never been charged a rush fee in the past but oh well, we still love the the quality of work. Ive been doing business with this company for 6 or more years and I will continue to order all my t-shirts and other apparel through them.

DONT BUY HERE!!!! This company is a joke and refuses to deliver its products. They are blaming issues on the virus, but the order was placed way before the that was an issue. They will take your money and run!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE or give them any funding at all. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!

The company shirts were great. We are satisfied with the quality and work that Image Depot Express provided. Also, the shirts arrived really fast which we werent expecting. Adel and Matt were very helpful with the whole process.

I have been using the Image Depot folks for years because they do a high quality job at a reasonable price and they always deliver as promised. I do not normally review online, but I must say that the staff went over and above the call of duty on my 4th of July project. I had a very short and important deadline, and they stepped up for me.Another job well done and I really appreciate the extra effort..!

We have been ordering company t-shirts and polos for the past few years from Image Depot and have had great service and experiences with them! We mainly work with Lisa Borrell who is extremely helpful in helping guide us to the right selection/ price, as well as quick responses with our questions and orders. We always need them by a specific date and they have been more than accommodating! We really enjoy the friendly staff, great prices and quality of shirts!

I am very pleased with Image Depot. They do a good job, get my product to me within the time they say, they get back with me on quotes. communication is the key and they are good at that.
