Bought my daughter a human hair wig for a good price!

The best place for hair if you into wigs bundles w/e. I go for all my natural hair products honestly Im not a weave girl. They have everything tho.

Ashame i went to buy stuff for hairpieces. The only person to help me was constantly on the phone and speaking in another language, which is fine but I thought customers came first. I came in and he was on the phone waited and waited, finally he covered the ear piece to ask what I needed. I told him I was new at this and he pointed to a isle. I wanted to ask questions but he was right back on the phone..I walked out, going to Sallys

Very unpleasant the treatment of the lady who attends inside. lacks education. She was checking a cream that I went to buy and she yelled at me that she couldnt open the cream. I told her that I was going to pay her anyway and she kept screaming. Do not go to this place, indeed the products are expired. I had to throw away the two creams that I bought there. And the girl there, besides being ugly, is rude

They have human hair wigs, synthetic blends wigs, and bundles. They also have a great selection of beauty supply products! Sam also informed me they have a salon to do sew ins! Highly recommend! The gentlemen at the front was very attentive and the girl in the back that does hair helped me with different products. She was very professional and in fact ended up installing my wig and did an excellent job. Would recommend to anyone who needs assistance with beauty products

This place has a nice hair and stuff yes but theyre watching you like you going to stolen something thats ridiculous.

As usual you really have to stand there with the salesperson and they are out of the stuff you want.

My first time shopping at this store & this county- I usually shop in Tampa by my house. The store itself was well stocked & had a pretty decent selection of different hair & accessory items & many other beauty supplies too. They had a section of discontinued items that actually had the price marked down (you hear me Tampa stores?😐) & regular prices on items were good too. Would like to see more lace front units that have a natural or free part & updated, modern styles of short hair. That would have earned the store 5 stars from me. Overall a good experience. The woman who helped me make a selection was friendly, listened to what I was looking for, her opinions were honest & I ended up buying something I wouldnt have even tried on if not for her. Even though she wasnt feeling well it didnt stop her from- literally- searching high & low to find a product that was right for me. In fact I left with not one but two products that I dont just like, I love. She earned every bit of 5 stars for the level of customer service she gave!

First time there. I met Mike and Amir, really nice guys. I choose the wig and Mike took the time to help me find the color I wanted. I believe he said they cut lace wigs for free.

Worst beauty supply store I’ve ever visited. The store owner rushed me out of the store because he wanted to close early due to the rain. He snatched my purchase out of my hand and told me to comeback later if I wanted more time to shop. I entered the store on a Wednesday night around 7:45pm. Google says that they close at 10pm. Shake and go beauty supply store has had a history of being closed during their operating hours. I don’t see this business lasting long!

The owner is extremely rude. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. He threw the hair at my sister and I. He knew nothing about where his products were. Swore he didnt have it and then we found it. Hes lucky as LAW ENFORCEMENT I didnt press charges for throwing hair at me and shoving the bag at me. AGAIN GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Ive never been so disrespected at a hair store in my life and I was buying stuff for my wedding.

The prices were fairly high. Im assuming it was the owner, but his tone was not friendly or welcoming at all. He was lowkey sizing me up & I think he was watching my every move in his posted up camera. I felt very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. But I give 3 stars because he did at least say have a nice day as he rolled his eyes and turned his head away.

Their organization set up is confusing. Winding aisles rather than straight rows. As I looked for my chrichet pre-braided hair there was an awful smell. I thought the smell was coming from the man helping me. When I got the hair home I realized they must have been storing the hair for months wherever they cook or store spices. No returns. So, I washed the hair Three times. Left it to soak for hours. Finally, used a bleach detergent solution Twice. (5 washes and soaks so far). This faded the black and blonde color to almost silver/grey but the smell was still lingering. I sprayed it with SheaMoistures new hair deodorizer, then with straight Odo-ban (which works way better than febreeze for half the price at walmart). The smell still lingers. I have to spray it every day to be able to wear it. It was the only beauty supply store open til 9pm on Sunday. I didnt get to browse anything else in the store. I felt they wanted me in and out even though it was only 7pm. Their customer service was rough but they are also in a rough part of town. I also feel they buy an inferior brand of hair (at least for crochet braids) even though they charge more than Kathleen Beauty Supply (my preferred store). The unbraided ends of the braids were at least an inch long making the hair appear longer in the package but I had to feather trim all of those straight ends off, they looked bad. This is after 5 wash and soaks and overnight drying of the hair. Not going back. Will plan better next time.
