I went from pretty long hair to a longer pixie cut. It is amazing. Mayra did a great job! And all of the girls there were fabulous. Ill definitely go back!

Would only give zero stars if I could but sadly had to put one. I understand that you’re busy with other customers, but at least acknowledge the fact that I’m in your salon. Sat there for about 15 minutes and nothing was said, didn’t know how long it would be either, incredibly rude. Got up and went to super cuts instead.

I wanted my hair cut one length. My hair is so uneven I cant wear it down, and the worst part is my hairdresser isnt available for another two months to fix my hair!! I was offered to fix my hair, I do not want my hair fixed at this salon. JC Penney hair stylists are just as bad as Wal-Mart, first impression is everything. I will not be returning to this salon.
