Worst bed everI have had to replace the brain of the bed 3 times in 2 years. I when I mean replace, I mean get under the heavy bed and change the parts.It still does not work properlythis is the worst bed I have ownedthe costumer service is nice but not useful. I may as well be calling another country….Im just going to buy a new bedThis was a waste of money

Michael was very knowledgeable and helped us get the bed we needed without breaking our budget. This is our second matress purchase in a month because the *only slightly* cheaper mattress was horrible! Were really glad we took the time to check out Sleep Number!!

Customers beware!!!! My wife and I recently purchased a sleep number package along with pillows and a mattress cover. We are enjoying the bed so far but I would warn all potential customers to be aware of some of their bad policies and shady customer service. When and if you are making a purchase be very clear with your salesperson about what you are getting with your purchase. My wife and I were more than a bit disappointed when our bed arrived and there was no frame even though the receipt says, King Integrated Base. $3500 and no base. When my wife called to speak with our salesman, he basically blew her off. We later learned that 3 other customers from the same store on the same days had the exact same issue. That seems a little shady to me!!! So, we also decided after thinking about things that we wouldnt keep their $200 pillows when they arrived. Note: even though they are unopened ans still in the original package, the pillows cannot be returned. So, again please get TOTAL CLARITY from your salesperson on what you getting and ALL of their policies because it will not be made clear unless you ask all the questions!!!Good luck.....Joey

***100 night trial is a scam, they charge $200 to pick mattress up***We spent almost $3,000 on a king P5 360. When they came to install we were very skeptical. It is basically two twin Walmart air mattresses, a foam layer, and a loud pump under the bed that wakes you up. We went ahead and gave it a try because, hey why not? There is a large pit between the two blow up mattresses that you sink into. When we called they tried offering pillows and mattress topper to keep the mattress, we declined. So they tell us its $200 for them to pick up. Ok well $200 is better then $3,000...They show up to pick the old mattress up in a uhaul, two guys, and it takes them literally 5 minutes to pick it up. $200 for five minutes of their time.❌Did not like bed (felt like water bed/air mattress)❌Loud pump❌Pit in middle of bed❌$200 pick up fee✅Customer service was nice on phone

Im most probably biased since Ive had a Sleep Number for 18 years and been very happy. We decided it was time for a new one so we visited the Lakeland branch. Jay gave us an excellent run down and demonstration of the various models and we purchased the LE360 King with Flexfit 2 base. There is a bit of a sticker shock but the great promotion helped and as your sleep is a very important factor its a no brainer. We are loving our Sleep Number and read our sleep bio app every morning. Well done Jay and Sleep Number.

Beautiful store. Great location. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I had a great experience and will definitely be buying a sleep number bed in the near future. My number is 50!

I went there at 8:45 pm to simply just look around because I am interested in buying a new mattress soon and a lady that works there would not let me in and told me to come back tomorrow whenever they open. Bad customer service.

Stopped by Sleep number store staff friendly and helpful. Went back week later purchased a bed. There was a time when I had pinched nerve pain and lower back pain. Since receiving my sleep number bed I can honestly say Im pain free. Thanks Sleep Number!!!
