So the statement below was what I wrote in aug well my bed arrived and they nice guys said I needed a box spring after Mama T said I didn’t! So I have this bed with no way to sleep on it. I called them and because it was her fault they will not do anything about it. They can’t deliver today and are going to make me pay after it was her FAULT we didn’t get box springs. It’s fine you make a mistake but you can’t expect me to pay for your mistakes! Get it together! We spent 10k that day and they can’t even deliver and $80 box spring?! Oh, it’s awesome! We’ve been looking for a bed for ages, and from the moment we walked in, Cheryl has been nothing short of a miracle for us. She was very attentive to what we were looking for, very knowledgeable and extremely kind. Other places have refused to even talk to us, but she went out of her way to find us something we loved. My wife and I went in specifically to pick a sofa and a loveseat and Cherise Berry was our sales associate. Cherise was kind, considerate, gave us both knowledge and education on the different styles and models that she could offer, customized a particular product to fit our room specifically, and then educated us regarding care maintenance and even gave us personal references of the item that we were now purchasing. Instead of being high pressure and pushy, Cherise was knowledgeable, gave my wife and I some time to browse the store and look, and then circled back to us to answer any questions or to field any comments that we had. Overall we had a pleasant and wonderful experience with Ms Berry and will be visiting her again as new decor shows up to the store monthly. I am not a review person but I can’t pass this opportunity to review Rooms to go up. We have been shopping at this location for years. I’m telling you my entire house is furniture from the Lakeland location. From the floor staff to the managers to the ladies in the office you won’t find better customer service. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.Yesterday we went in there with an issue we were having with a bed we purchased. We tried to go through the 3rd party warranty department and weren’t having any luck. We spoke with Merlyn in the kids/teen department and she started helping us to get the issue resolved right away. We ended up working with the manager Steve as well and he made sure our issues were taken care of right away.This is the reason I will continue to shop at this location. I honestly can’t say enough about them. They have done an amazing job training their staff and I will be back time and time again.

This is the place to shop! My husband and I are returning customers. This weekend we purchased two rooms of furniture. We asked for our favorite sales associate Sarah Rinn. This store is a joke. They’re customer service is terrible. I got a second replacement and furniture came all damaged again. I spoke to the office manager Debbie who clearly doesn’t care cause obviously it’s not her furniture. She transferred me to customer service cause she can’t help me. I doubt she can’t help me, more like she doesn’t want to. She is very unprofessional and has no option for this situation. I clearly explained I can’t wait five more months as I go into labor in two weeks. I will not be buying from here again. Train your employees correctly.

My furniture was delivered and was all damaged.I have waited five months for a bedroom set to be delivered. Now they want me to wait an additional four months. My wife is currently pregnant and I had explained we can’t wait that long since she gives birth next month. I called the store and they don’t care and can’t give me another option. If I refuse the furniture they still charge me 10% of the order. Customer Service is a zero. By the looks this company doesn’t care and doesn’t have any options for the customer. I will not be buying from here anymore.

We had a great experience working with Angel at Rooms to Go recently. He was incredibly patient with us, and able to explain things in a detailed way that made sense to us. At the end of our first time shopping with him (which took a long time because we had lots of questions and specific needs), we mentioned that we were getting ready to close on a new home, and planned to finance our purchase. Angel brought to our attention the fact that applying for financing could potentially negatively impact our mortgage situation, and encouraged us to make sure it was okay before proceeding. At least a month later, after we closed, we came back to complete our purchase and made sure to work with Angel again, because we were so impressed with his integrity and the way he prioritized concern for our situation over his own need to close the sale. Our furniture is now ordered and scheduled for delivery, and while I can’t speak to the experience of using the furniture, we could not be more pleased with the store and our transaction.

Ordered my wife’s dream sofa and it arrived with minor damage. Almost changed my whole experience until I worked with a gentleman named Norman on the phone who guided me through every step on resolving the issue and even soothed my IRATE wife through the phone better than I was able to!
