The manager is awesome... I mean I worked for Publix back in the 90s and would return but, they gave my daughter a job so proud of her. She is with a great company.....

I had a two-day meeting for 20 people that I had to get lunch for. I called the catering dept. at Lake Miriam Publix and they handled everything as smooth and painless as possible. I even got to check out at their register without standing in line at the regular check out lines. I recommend this location for your next event. Im so pleased that I called them.

Publix is a great place to shop as long as you are in-store shopping. Always clean. Always friendly. Shopping on line either for pickup or delivery is a total pain. 400 people in IT and the web site is horrible. Impossible to navigate. Prices not posted. Doing a search is more of a witch hunt than anything else. I refuse to use delivery any longer. Aside from their noted substitutions, they often pick the wrong size, brand, flavor,etc.

Good customer service in produce department. I was looking for fresh green beans. Female produce worker brought out a box & the beans actually looked like they had been picked today. She was very kind & professional...very nice experience.

I love Publix always fresh. The seafood is delicious and fresh not bad prices either better than frozen.

Great! Publix is a little higher priced but if you can afford it then its worth every penny!Fresh everything, smiling and helpful employees, it just doesnt get better than grocery shopping at Publix. Its worth a little extra for such a clean place to shop with above average employees. Shopping is definitely a pleasure at Publix! 😊

Such a nice Publix. Its always well stocked and neatly kept. The employees are nice and the staff is diverse. My cashier was an older lady and she had a young girl as her bag addentent. She was very patient with the girl teaching her how to bag items. ( I asked for plastic for cold stuff and paper for everything else lol) It was nice to witness. This location also has the Aprons cooking classes and Chinese cuisine in store with a little Cafe style seating area.

We had our shopping list and the birthday perk. The bakery was the last stop. We asked about the jumbo cupcakes for her birthday. They did not have any available. We asked for a substitute. They said to ask Chris bakery manager. If the new management at Publix is heading this way, you will become like Walmart. He was uncaring and gave the attitude that did not want to be bothered. He did not offer a substitute, but told us to come back another day. No thanks. We even asked about the ice cream...he just flippantly said just grab any Publix brand. I am used to someone walking you to the product. This is what made Publix different and unique. I was always willing to pay the extra cost to get the service. I am sad to see where the biggest store in Lakeland is heading. I will continue to shop at Publix...just probably not this store.

Nice atmosphere and the employees are very nice and helpful. Great food to eat there. Its very clean. I prefer anyone if you are in the area to try it for yourself. You wont be disappointed. 😊

I actually live closer to the publix on Shepherd but prefer this location. For years we never saw any Cassata cakes in the publix display case so we assumed they stopped making them, this year my mom walked in and asked and shockingly we were told they still make them, so for my 44th she ordered one for me but was told they had no rum...she said thats OK we still want it. I gotta tell you it was probably better without it!!! Still the best cake you make!! AND the cannoli cupcakes!!! Thank you for making my 44th even better!! Never stop selling that cake! 🎂🙂

Always delicious subs, best results order ahead on the app or web and skip the line grab pickup and go. Dont forget the Gallon of Tea and grab some side items Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad or just Mac & Cheese. oh and that Buffalo Dip is amazing!

Came to do some grocery shopping and they had good sales. The store was clean and organized. The products were easy to locate. The employees were accommodating and very personable. I love that type of interaction.

This is a deluxe, luxury Publix. It is a very large store with a great selection of goods, including a wide variety of tasty take out items. If you are looking for unique food items, this Publix is more likely to stock them.

Publix is the best grocery store. Friendly staff, a wide range of products and probably the best grocery store produce. The bakery is amazing as is the deli.

Best Publix all around. Wish they wouldnt tear it down its perfect the way it is. Remodeled enough time already. Been going here since they had a full sit down restaurant inside

The service at the bakery was ok but the cupcakes were over cooked and crumbled. The cupcakes had terrible flavor. I was very disappointed. This was a special birthday for my terminal ill Mother and she wouldnt eat them. Service checking out was nice.

Worse experience ive ever had at Publix. After we drove 20 minutes out of the way for famous Publix subs Lea and Star were running the sub area. As the 2 chatted with each other for about 10 minutes with out saying a word to me and my son I asked if we could order and was told they were busy making online orders and an order for a man who walked away. Publix has always been above par until today :(

Publix is an AWESOME grocery chain in general - love this location in particular, too! Keep up the great work Publix...it warms our hearts that you continue to INVEST in your employees and community! One of the many reasons why we almost exclusively shop at Publix!!!!

It was storming with heavy rainfall. Requested assistant from employee who had pushed out an empty cart. He acted as if he did not want to help us, with first attempting to give us a broken umbrella and when this was questioned the situation became worse. You are expensive. Meats are good.

Been coming here since I was a young child, I love this place, it serves as a testing ground for new ideas in the Publix realm and you couldnt be happier with the results.

Everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the store. I found it well stocked especially on the BOGO items, which sometimes can be a bit low. The rain did not detour the bag boy from helping us to the car. Fabulous!!

My first job was here in 1979. It was called Food World then. It was owned by Publix, but Publix wasnt open on Sunday, so they created Food World to have a store open then. At the time, it was a Superstore, way bigger than an average grocery store. I learned Bagging Publix Style here, and Ill never forget it.

Love the Chinese food bar. Love they make sandwiches to order. And that they have a place to eat inside.

Living in this area for over 29 years and having the best time of my life buying at Publix have always been an excellent experience. Quality and caring from the staff is there and the selection of food to include Spanish products. Clean and reliable.

This Publix is one of my least favorite stores. I enjoy going to Publix but this one is so busy they are always out of many items.

This location is by far the cleanest and friendliest publix Ive been to yet! Love shopping here. Always greeted with a good morning and a smile (I think). Certainly feels like theres a genuine smile under the mask from these employees. Quick to offer help and provide excellent customer service. It was great as always, clean, bright, abundance of items, and one of your managers Toby is always there to help me. He helps on most of my visits, especially when Im choosing a wine for dinner

Valerie at the sub counter was amazing. I didn’t see tuna in the menu and asked if the sold tuna subs. She explained that she would need to get a prepackaged tuna from the deli. After about 3-4 minutes Valerie came back with tuna. Publix just had a shipment come in and she went in back to get it. Amazing customer service. Please share my appreciation with Valerie and how wonderful she was.

This store has been here since the beginning of time, and still is kept super clean and nice..

Publix supermarkets are always great. This one is very busy and parking can be difficult. Theyve rearranged to add extra registers, plus 4 self checkouts.My favorite part about this Publix is the eat-in dining area. They often have mojo pork at the deli which is delicious!The only other Publix with a dining room is Plantation Square, off of Socrum Loop Rd.

This Publix is stunningly well operated. I live near Kissimmee (for well over 35 yrs). To date the Publix Mks in Osceola co are pathetic, usually subpar on cleanliness and surely employees. This particular store is absolutely the opposite. Produce farm fresh, meat selection outstanding, overall I will be making the trip to this store far more often than the Publix in my neighborhood of Poinciana. Compliments to the management and staff of this Publix Market.

Let me start off by saying I love this store. Shopping is a pleasure for me at Publix and if its not its because of customer not the employees. I am in this store at least once a week and everyone is super helpful and I can always find items. I went to a publix in Apopka and told the cashier how I live by this Publix and no other Publix can touch the customer service or speed because they are always busy. He knew which store I was talking about because this store is famous in the Publix world I guess. I am just happy to have such a great store that always tries to have everything you need in it. Only a few times (like 3 out at least 100) were they out of whatever it was I was looking for.

Like all Publix stores, very clean with superior customer service.

Very understaffed for Publix. 2 folks at meat counter got ignored and they werent happy. I couldnt find a single employee to point me to what I needed. Never had this at Grove Park or Southgate, they always are around and helpful. Need to step it up here.

Publix is always a great shopping experience. The staff is always really super friendly and I never have to wait in line to check out. the longest Ive ever had to wait is probably five minutes at the most. I have seen managers jump in and check people out if the lines get long. Publix may be a bit more expensive but totally worth it to my opinion because they have better quality food and you get a much better shopping experience. Publix is a Lakeland staple of amazing food and Superior customer service. if you have to go grocery shopping highly recommend Publix. They also have really good sales buy one get one free, and accept coupons.

Stopped in for some flowers for my Nana.They had a decent selection of fresh flowers to choose from.

Publix is pretty strait forward you want groceries, go here. If you want quality groceries go to greenwise. If you want great food go to whole foods in Tampa.

Very nice and clean, all the associates were friendly and helpful too. I like the layout with the deli and hot food at the front of the store, makes it very easy to get in and out if youre just trying to get a quick meal!

This is a very nice publix. Its very clean. They have self checkouts also. Pharmacy is wonderful I got my covid vaccine there. They were so organized with the appointments.

Staff was very helpful I had trouble getting a lift card authorized and the managers immediately help me and rectified the situation even though Lyft refused to come pick me up under a technicality designed by them I guess to make money

This publix is pretty good! Nice and friendly staff, a nice bakery with baked/fried goods of which are not in the publix by my home. They have an area where they sell chinese food at a decent price and their food is constantly circulating there.Not just that, there is a greenwise across the street from it which also has plenty of options when it comes to getting already prepared food.Worth the time to visit

Well stocked, well organized and extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Went in and got the Chinese food meal for four. Theres a lot more there than will feed four. You get fried rice or lo mein noodles quite a few different meats to choose from Chinese vegetables and you get four egg rolls. It is an excellent value.

Well stocked, clean, employees well-trained and appear interested in my shopping experience and their jobs. The employees also take pride in their appearance and how that affects buyer perception. It all comes from the top leadership.

The staff at were friendly and helpful per Publix usual standards but I was surprised at how small the store was and seemed more closed in and limited selection as compared to most any other publix Ive been to. I prefer the Greenwise across the street

Clean and well-stocked like I’ve found most Publix to be. I didn’t give more stars because I’m disappointed that they are not enforcing customers wearing masks. Most customers and all staff wore masks correctly. However, a few customers walked right past employees and nothing was said. Playing an announcement that masks are requested isn’t enough without enforcement.
