My husband has worked here for a total of 14 yrs. They always look out for their employees and their families. I absolutely love this place

I’ve been working with the company for 8 years. Just reopened our establishment 4 months ago placed an order two weeks ago! Still have yet to receive it! Every time I call the rep says it will be there today! She lied. Will have to call corporate.

Terrible place! They treat you badly when you enter, they take more than 4 hours to unload you, those at the gate are unbearable, they have no consideration that a driver spends all day driving to bring them what their salary gives them and they are paid badly deal, I do not recommend this place 0 stars

05.12.21. Theres already a line of trucks when they open the recieving gate in the morning. Its on the east side of the property. The property is on the SE corner of Clark Rd and 542/Old Tampa Hwy. The customer takes a picture of the seal at the guard shack as you enter. From there you head around back to complete chaos. Trucks every which way while you squeeze into your dock. They tell you to open the doors after backing in about 10ft from the dock. Dont do it if theres trls on either side. Your doors will not open all the way. Then its wait. And wait. More waiting till they call you to p/u the BOLs. TopDrvr out .

If your looking to work here and get told that if you keep working hard and showing up early/on time just to get let go the next day this is the place because I was told that in 4-5 weeks I would be hired full time just to be let go 3 hours after being told that so I rate this place a 1 star

What a complete Crock. SW&S decided to only ship cases of beverage to companies in April. In other words, they wont charge extra to break a case down to 4 bottles and sent it out, as they are trying to protect there staff and their customers. I understand safety during the Pandemic, but as a Restaurant, we are serving customers, while taking precautions, at our extra expense to protect our staff and the customer. And, surprise, it works! Meanwhile, SW&S did not send out any notice to us customers. They furloughed all of their sales help, so we customers now have to order our own liquor online, and drive in my case 49 miles each way to pick up any loose bottles I might need. LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT, its not safe to have your warehouse employee open a case, and put bottles into a different case and send them to me....but its safe for the same employees to open the cases, put them on a shelf, and have me come and get it, where I actually have to interact with them?...So, I interact with the Delivery driver for cases, and an employee at their bottle depot, so 2 employee/customer interactions. When normally, it is just interacting with the Delivery Guy...WTH is that? Who got paid to think this up? Also, they charge for delivery, but will they pay me to come get the product? No....Seriously, they have customers held hostage, if I want a certain brand, I have to buy it from them. By law, I am not supposed to go to a liquor store, which in many instances sells it retail cheaper than I can buy wholesale. This is a total sham, and terrible business. But, can I vote with my feet...according to them, not legally!

Arrived at 12:45 for 1p.m. appt. Checking with guard the receiving office for live unload. Quick unload, out by 2. Large area, easy to dock, turn and stage after to close doors.

The supervisors are very professional, its an impressive company!

If u have no appointment they can not take u r load make shore u r appointment before u go there

Guy don’t even think about coming to this place and park over nite the guard gonna run u they don’t have any over night parking

This is a driver review. The delivery driver side has lost 15 drivers due to covid. Now that businesses have started to open, route positions are needed to be filled but some genius fires a good router, hires another manager and router instead of replacing the drivers that we lost. So for the past month our routes have been completely messed up. Routes that could be completed in 10 hours are now getting done in 12 to 13 hours. Things are getting worse everyday, we usually have a meeting every month but we havemt had one bc management knows what we will talk about. I know I will be leaving soon along with a couple of other drivers. If you want to apply know that if you have a family, you wont see them until the weekend. You will be mad everytime you look at your route, no matter how many times you turn in paperwork of a perfectly planned route, you will not see it. There is a lot of overtime now, but to me its not worth it. I predict that the end of july/ August the delivery department will be down 20 drivers.

Do not stay in warehouse (PM).Well below average on expectations. For example, only 2 break periods on a 9 hour shift. Or, 1 break on 7.5 hours (rare but does happened). Also, there is a 3 break limit total (11+ are not rare).For positive and the 1 star, very high turnover so get the forklift certifications if you need them (1-2 months). They only take you the day of your appointment but I guess today was my lucky day ! This Amazing place ! I arrived 09/04 at 10:30, I’m 2days early for my appointment but they still unloaded me ! I’m forever thankful 🤞🏾🙌🏾 the lady in the receiving office is really nice 💕 #MyTimeHere . I’m so thankful they took me now I can enjoy my home time with my son and family ‼️

This place is great to unload at, fast and friendly, there is a gate at the entrance, so I dont know if you can sleep here.

Nice facilities, just dont be late or Youre gonna layover till next business day.

The worst wine and liquor vendor ever!!! cant pick up checks, claim payments can be made online but they cant, highest delivery fees and overall customer service is all time low.

Its a large wine and spirits distribution company with a lot of jobs
