These guys installed tile flooring at my friend Marcs house in Kathleen. I went over when they said the job was completed and was horrified by how poor of a job was done. Loose tiles and sharp edges. Poor cuts and layout. As a commercial contractor I was embarrassed by how poor their quality control was. They eventually came back after charging him in full to fix the loose tiles and sharp edges. But refused to do anything about the absolutely hideous layout and cuts along the baseboards and door frames. Not to mention they would show up at odd hours late in the afternoons to work for a few hours and leave. A 2 day job that took them weeks to complete. Avoid their installation at all costs.

Came in looking for tile and needing assistance as it was our first time. No one came to assist or acknowledge us. We took our business across the street

I only gave them 1 star bc I had to in order to warn others about the horrible customer service that the store employees have as well as their corporate flunkies. And a warning to vendors, I understand that they dont pay well or at all. Stay away!!
