Jeremy, the owner, was courteous and informative. Neal and crew were hard-working, and the quality is top-notch. I needed new soffits due to the previous painter painting them, keeping the house from breathing correctly. The soffits look great, and communication was fantastic from beginning to end.

Jeremy and Wayne were contracted for a complete soffit repair. They were courteous and professional through the entire job. What really impressed me was their respect for the job site (my home). They cleaned each day and ensured all the refuse was properly disposed of.This was not an easy job. This was 6-8 foot wide soffit made of plaster. Worse than that, most of it was 30+ feet in the air. Worse than that, a few sections had fallen during the previous ownership and had been replaced with concrete which had to be peeled from the beams without doing damage to the sensitive pool equipment below. Jeremy and Wayne took each problem in stride and focused on pushing forward with the proper solution and maintaining the original project schedule.The guys worked with my wife and I to identify the best material to do the replacement with. As we replaced the soffit, we were also able to replace 50-year-old can lights that had definitely seen better days. They spent extra time and effort to caulk around new LED housings (installed primarily by the homeowner but with a share of assistance from Jeremy) which not only transformed the appearance of the house but also serves as a barrier to pesky insects.We absolutely love the job you guys did. I can’t recommend All Around Construction enough.

Make sure you get everything in writing and don’t pay your final payment until you closely inspect the work performed. We had Jermey come and give us an estimate to add some gutters with downspouts and repair some gaps in our soffit. The gutters installed were cut to short and don’t reach from end to end as they should. Every seam and elbow/downspout leak in slightest of rain because they were never sealed and soffit repairs were not completed as agreed upon. Unfortunately, I was trying to be a nice guy and got him his final payment before making sure all the work was satisfactory because he stated he needed it to pay his guys. After emailing him and telling him how unhappy we were, he insisted that is not how he does business and he would make it right. That was back at the end of JULY! We have accepted our losses and chalked it up to part of our new home owner learning experience. This is the type of company that justifies why people hate to deal with contractors. I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemies.Update: 10/26/20Never heard back from them and never will. Took the money and left a piss poor job in his wake.

Jeremy did a fantastic job constructing two custom dog kennels that fits precisely under our stairwell! We have three dogs of various sizes, and their crates have occupied a significant amount of space in our front room, restricting us from fully utilizing and enjoying the area. We asked Jeremy for help because we really needed a custom dog room built for our dogs. Jeremy collaborated with us to design a layout that maximized space, was practical, easy to use, cost-effective, aesthetically appealing, and durable. He listened to our concerns about affordability, ease of use, and ventilation and comfort for our dogs. Hes extremely polite, caring, friendly, and certainly hard-working. Hes also highly responsive, which is why this project was so successful; we never had an issue contacting him. We appreciated how dedicated he was to completing the project in a timely manner. What impressed us the most was how well-maintained and organized his work area was the entire time.
