This was the absolute best experience Ive ever had at any Metro PCS. I went to the metro on Lakeland highlands road in Lakeland and Juan was just awesome. He went above and beyond customer service and was so kind, helpful and really deserves an award and a raise. I will go back to that location just because of Juans awesome service.
