I have been a,customer for over a year. They recently told me I couldnt use the Veterans,discount for myself only my husband the Veteran. I truly understand this but no discount for spouses? I also lived the 22 yrs of my husbands military service. Deployments, missed holidays, birthdays, special days. I understand I didnt serve but I did serve along side him. At least a small discount would be nice. But I was told NO. So I will now buy my products further up on Florida,Ave. Where they recognize military spouses,as,well as,others in Lakeland & Bartow.

I walked into Iconic Vape and Wellness several years ago for the first time. While I don’t remember the specific date, I do remember that I was having a terrible day. After a few minutes in the store I was treated by an Angel in disguise as a human. She recommended a few products to me and then asked me how my day was. So I told her it was rough. She immediately broke the “vendor-customer” relationship and spoke to me as a friend who cared rather than an employee trying to make a sale. From that moment onwards the staff at Iconic has become a family. I serve in the Army and to this date I only purchase vapes, coils, juices and anything else related to vaping through this store. These people form genuine relationships with their customers. They are an extremely important part of the community in Lakeland. They have helped me personally remain cigarette free for years and have even helped family members of mine with chronic pain manage their pain through some of the organic products they offer. I have never written a review on Google before and I’m honored that this place will be my first, and possibly only, one. It genuinely hurts my heart to see ONE PERSON give this establishment a one star review because they couldn’t get a veterans discount. Especially, when they never even served in the United States military. That’s flat out disgusting. Further, they are attempting to deter new members of the community from being brought into the Iconic family. So I write this extensive review in hopes to negate that comment. The owner of the store is a veteran and I’m honored to be following in his footsteps now. This store is legitimately the best vape store any genuine person could ask for. This establishment is a beacon of happiness. Take it from an openly gay active duty service member. These people are nothing but pure love.

100% TERRIBLEbought a mod, it was defective out-of-box. Over the phone I was told I could return it for store credit and use the credit to buy an upgraded Mod. I drive 20 minute to the store only to be told, no they cannot return it. The manager, after an hour of useless conversation, said she had to wait for upper management to make a decision. So, today i get a call from upper management and the owner. They say they will not upgrade the device and tried to blame me for their defective products. after 20 min of listening to them, telling me how its going to work the owner gets mad and hangs up on me. All i wanted to do was exchange a defective device for a more expensive one and pay the extra money.Why is that so hard?

Ive been a long time customer with the establishment. I quit smoking before having brain surgery and depended on iconic Vape to help me quit. At the beginning of 2018 an employee gave me cards to put my name on the back, hand them out and Id receive a $5 discount for each new customer. After giving out 75 cards I thought something must be wrong. I took a friend to the store with the card, they made a purchase and they were a new customer. A few days later I went in for eliquid and requested to use my discounts. I did not receive sent discount ever. Im disappointed Ty. I hope youve read this since your comment was so very rude. Iconic is a great store with a good staff. Unless they double charge you and refuse a refund. You did double charge me and left me screwed. I had checked my bank before I went to bed and had no pending transactions. To wake up and not be able to buy my medicine because of your messed up system. I can’t work a job. I went here and have been going to Iconic Vape for about 3 months. I dont smoke and my fiancee does. I usually would go in here to pick up her stuff. At first, it seemed nice enough. A simple shop right?On one occasion, there was someone as an employee who was talking about their presidential candidate choices ( I dont care if you vote for either side, leave it out of the store and dont talk about it or insult political parties in front of a customer )After repeated visits I have seen that they do not care about their customers. I was trying to use her rewards today, and I was told that I couldnt because our last names dont match and I had to bring her in the store. For a $5 dollar reward point coupon. Its $5.00 on a $22.00 purchase.They do not do good business here. I will not be shopping here going forward.

Went in just to grab an e-liquid and ended up sampling nearly every flavor they had. From tobacco and menthol to your standard fruits plus a whole line of desserts and coffees. Easily over fifty flavors in five nicotine levels. The liquids come with blunt needles instead of just the drip top which makes filling much more precise. Staff were super helpful, knowledgeable, and obviously happy to let you try out the goods. While I was there she walked another customer through their first e-setup and even demonstrated how to fill the chamber. Would recommend to anyone

Just today I was having issues with my mod and they got me setup with another but the thing is they took their time and showed me multiple different ones and then made sure I knew how to use it. Buy your e-liquid here but dont buy ANY equipment. I have spent $200 on mods from Iconic, both of which lasted 1 month before they quit charging completely! Last one I bought I paid $50 for. I looked up the price online after it quit charging; $22...OVER a 100% markup!!! I dont mind supporting my local small business but to hell with them if they want to just rip me off!!!!! Buy your equipment online or at least at a place that doesnt ROB YOU BLIND!!!!!

Personally, I dont vape nor smoke, never have. However, my husband got off the cigarette habit about 4 years ago. He was up to a pack and a half a day. He started vaping. I was hoping it would be a temporary thing, however it hasnt. Never having the addiction, I try to be as accepting and supportive as I can. We have utilized a few vape shops and this one is the best. I love this place because Im the douche that has to try 8000 flavors and some of them twice. Its annoying I know, but they always play it off like its not and they dont make me feel rushed. I really like iconic they have a excellent selection and Ive been a loyal customer to them for a while although today I was sold a 30 ml ejuice vile that was already opened which wasnt that big of a deal however when I called to see why it may have been opened and slightly used I was met with a rude response and felt very insulted and told simply to bring it back which is extremely inconvenient to me seeing as how I live on the opposite side of town and had no relevance to the question I had. the only thing that kept me coming back to iconic is the staff and I dont have to wait for what I want cause as anyone knows you can find the same quality but of bigger quantity online for cheaper but Im starting to think it may be worth the wait.
