I needed to replace a mirror on my medicine cabinet. I found Lakeland Glass & Mirror online. I was greeted by Russell and Angel, and I explained to them what I wanted done. Awesome people. I needed mirrors attached to the backs of some window panes. The day I called them, the work was done and in my house the same day. They are soooo obliging. Its a family-owned business and they certainly treat you like family. I definitely recommend you visit their website just to see their extensive list of services and showroom. We had a window accident in our living room by our 3 year old son. I called Lakeland Glass at 230 on the day of a hurricane hitting and they had the window fixed less then an hour later. We really cant thank yall enough. Highly recommended!!!

The only reason we came here was BECAUSE ace hardware was out of the size glass we needed...Extremely overpriced at least four times more expensive more than Ace Hardware or Lowes.After you receive your piece of glass they have absolutely nothing to wrap it in to ensure it does not break in your vehicle on the way home.There is beer bottles overflowing in the trash can by the bathroom in the warehouse where you actually purchase your glass and they cut the glass for you...Last time we will be there.Also understand that you are a glass company but the fact that there is broken glass shards all in the parking lot could be fixed...And the sad part is, we were recommended by two different Ace Hardware Stores to take our business there since they were out of what we needed ... Which is a mistake for Ace Hardware and we will definitely be contacting them to let them know to stop their recommendations.

Fantastic quick and easy well to me 😂, the friendly crew they were here 20 min and the window looks brand new and no mess for me to clean up!! Couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend!!

Great service, dependable and reasonable priced

I called to get an estimate around 9am and my pieces of glass were ready by the end of the day. The young man who took my call and gave me prices was very kind and the young lady who called to say my order was ready was also very polite. I had glass cut for my coffee table and an end table. Both pieces were perfect. Definitely would recommend!

I called after hours for a broken window & less then 2 hours later my window was fixed. Jon was professional & friendly during the call (despite my agitated state), explaining all of my options thoroughly to me. The crew that installed the window arrived quickly, worked quickly & my brand new window looks great! From beginning to end Lakeland Glass & Mirror was professional, kind & courteous. Not only would I not hesitate to call them again should the need arise, but I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I went with Lakeland Glass and Mirror and never got a quote from anyone else. I did this because I wanted the job completed quickly, big mistake. My glass was ordered, and came in around the time they suggested that it would. The installation was scheduled and the installers came out to do the job, only to find that the glass was 10 inches too short. Not sure who was at fault, dont care. I realize mistakes happen, I get it, but what happened next was the issue. They had the glass reordered and expected it to come 6 days later. I call to confirm that the glass came and it did, but they didnt have me down to come back out to install the glass AT ALL. I expected that they would at least have a slot reserved to come and knock it out, but no. The excuse I was given was classic, they didnt want to waste my time if the glass came scratched etc...which is exactly what they did when they came the first time. They never measured the glass when it came in from the supplier, wasting my time and the installers for something that could have been prevented by taking 30 seconds to measure the glass when it came in. As others have mentioned, the customer service that is provided is almost non existent. I was never offered any incentive to help correct the issue. Its a real shame, honestly, I had a few more jobs lined up that needed glass as did friends of mine...I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Angel was very nice on the phone and got my appointment the same day. Showed up an hour later and was fast with the installation. They were in and out

I took a old 12 pane window in to replace 1 pane of glass. The man said 1 side was missing the wood. He said he could fix it. Told me I could pick up next day. The girl at the counter said I had to pay in advance of the work being done which I did. I went back 2 days later to pick up. The same girl brought the window to me with out saying a word to be careful about the putty. I carried it out another guy that worked there put it in the van upside down and by the time I got home 15 min away all the putty fell off. I took the time myself to piece the putty back on. I called back to complain what happen the same girl didnt apologize and said had to get another person. He got on the line with a immediate attitude. As I was trying to tell him what happened he cuts me off 3 times to lower my voice which I wasnt even yelling. I was trying to find out from him how long it would take for the putty to dry and that I fixed it back on myself. All he would do was swear at me and tell me how bad the window was. Finally I got him to shut up to answer my question. He said it would take years if ever it would dry and then he hung up on me still swearing. Its sad I worked 20 years on the phones and in person in the cable TV industry taking care of customers if I had ever talked to my customer like he did I would have been fired on the spot. I went through years of training to take care of my customers it is said a small time business like this one doesnt know how to talk to their customers.

I dont know where everyone is getting their ideas of good service from. As a retailer you dont cancel appointments when the consumer is expecting you, you dont turn away sales rudely, and you dont hang up on people when they ask to reschedule. I have no words...In reply to my original message:Trying to reschedule doesnt constitute, find another glass company, then hang up. Extremely rude and unprofessional. No excuse.

Good and fast service

This company goes above and beyond for their customers! I had an emergency window needing replaced at the last minute before the business closed, and they immediately sent someone out to my house within 30 minutes to be fixed, and didnt make me pay the after hours emergency fee. Amazing staff thatll bend over backwards to help any customer.I EXTREMELY believe that the only reviews written are the BAD reviews because people are stewing. You hardly every see positive reviews on anything since its just something people expect now days.I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that I encounter!Very competitive pricing as well!Dont let a couple of negative reviews from disgruntled customers steer you away :)
