Drove to North Lakeland to buy a jersey. When I got there the store was closed with a be right back sign on the door. I waited for 1 hour. No one showed up. This was Wednesday at 3:30-4:30pm.

Bought a hat from this place Tampa lightning and asked if we could get a name put on it for are nephew they said sure no problem they said it take abut 45 mins to do the job come back later from do some shopping and the Machine was Messing up the two guys work that day we’re acting more like two kids that had no idea laughing rather than taking job seriously and professionally this was December, 1, 2020 after a few minutes of waiting we were tell to come back the next day there boss would be in to work on the Machine and he could do the hat even tho we were a little skeptical we figured we would give it a shot so we did now December 2, 2020 no call back saying your hat is ready nothin we call they say all your hat is ready we drive all the way there to fine that the hat was done but there is some what looks like burn marks in the lettering and they said they did the best they could to fixes it and they said they could not give us back the money because we got the hat on sale so buyers beware fine a place that cares abut there product and the way they do business

That store needs more lights you can barely see the hats and jersey. Unbelievable. Guys do not go to this store you wont be able to see anything.

They have a great variety of sports hats. The employee was very helpful, prices are good too

Never order online or even at the store. Unless they have the item in their store right then i woudnt purchase from the Lids store again. I was told in the store that they would call me when my order came in and i gave my phone number and all. Its been over a week and my tracking says the order has been completed but the store says they dont have my order and i have been on hold for over a half hour 3 different times with customer service and no one seems to answer calls. I even went with their call back option by typing in my nuumber for me to not have to stay on the phone while waiting for a representative. After no call for 2 hours i decided to call back again. I gave 3 stars ONLY because of their in store merchandise. So much for my husbands Christmas gift and a waste of my money since i have nothing to show for what i spent. Of course NO ONE has given me an option for a refund or anything. Straight up BS!

Woret service Ive seen in a mall. Left a will return sign for 20 minutes past the return time. After that they had a horrible attidtude. So much business lost because of this service.
