Bought a tub from Lakeland last November. Everything went smoothly. Had a slight problem recently with the control device. Josh, the technician, was out first thing this morning to take care of the problem. He is such a pleasant guy to work with, as is everyone associated with the business. We finally decided to get a hot tub after wanting one for many years. We carefully researched all the brands and spoke with several hot tub owners and decided on a freshwater salt system by Hot Springs. It was a nice surprise to find that there was a Hot Spring dealer right here in Lakeland. We visited their showroom at 2315 Commerce Point Dr and spoke to JR. After he reviewed and explained the different models, we chose the Envoy in the Highlife collection and couldn’t be happier. It was delivered and set up when promised. JR supervised the startup and explained the saltwater system and the simple maintenance. Since our hot tube was delivered, we’ve been in it every day and consider it one of our best purchases. Purchased the family Christmas gift from Tampa Bay Spas in Lakeland and we absolutely love it! Big enough for the whole family. Great customer service. JR even came out after work one day before I bought the tub to see if our electric needed updating from the older existing tub. He also came back after installation to ensure we had all the chemicals necessary (they supply everything) and fully understood the care process, which is actually quite simple. They hauled away the old tub and I didnt have to lift a finger for anything. Overall we had a great experience throughout the entire process. Feels great to relax after work in our new HotSprings Spa!

We absolutely LOVE our Hot Springs spa!! We shopped around quite a bit until we found just the right one and we did at Tampa Bay Spas in Lakeland. We wanted a salt system spa, that was priority #1, it is so different than the other spas we had. There is no unpleasant chlorine smell and you get out of the spa feeling clean and smooth not all dried out. There is no foaming up as other spas do after awhile. Our spa always looks crystal clear. Upkeep is pretty minimal with the salt systems. Other area spa dealers did not offer the salt system so that was the main reason we went to Tampa Bay but once we went there and met JR we were sold. He was so professional, listened to what we wanted in our spa and the features and he knew exactly the spa to fit our space and our needs. Delivery was quick and perfectly executed and JR took a lot of time explaining to us how to keep our spa perfect with chemicals etc. Having a salt spa requires so much less in the way of chemicals it is truly amazing. Just purchased a Jetsetter LX from Tampa Bay Spas about 2 weeks ago. JR came out on 12/2, the day after delivery, to go over the equipment and how to take care of the chemicals in the spa. What initially seemed like a difficult process, after his meticulous instructions, turned out to be so easy that even a 10 year old could take care of the chemistry and balancing the chlorine/Ph/salt, etc. Since JR was here, I haven’t had to do anything to the water except regularly check the chemicals with a testing strip. Every day since it was installed the chemicals have been spot on and I haven’t had to add anything to the spa. The FreshWater Salt System has done an absolutely perfect job of keeping the water immensely clean and smelling fresh every day. The salt system does a great job of keeping the water feeling great on our skin and when you get out there is no need to shower off because not only does our skin feel great, but we have none of the chlorine odor that you’d expect to experience when exiting a chlorine/bromine spa. We use the tub daily, sometimes twice or more a day. The experience with purchasing/installing and maintaining the spa is nothing but a complete joy. Researching online we found the Hotsprings TX model - a two person triangular shaped spa that seemed perfect. We called the Tampa Bay Spas location in Lakeland to see if they had it in stock. They did and were happy to fill it in the showroom so we could take a wet test. We loved the spa and purchased it on the spot.
