Friendly people extremely knowledgeable by far better than others.Just by description already knew the part and part number of the items I needed off the top of there head.... Now that is someone who knows there business.

These are very knowledgeable people. I have been coming here for years. Compared to the other Dixie chopper stores around, Im just sick of always finding someone new at the parts counter that doesnt have a clue. I would rather drive the extra miles. Recently purchased my first residential zero turn mower for use on our roughly one acre property(Gravely ZTX 42). Cutting Edge made an intimidating experience relatively painless: straightforward sales approach(thank you Bob), fair price, and (best of all) free delivery and tutorial on how to use the thing. Son of the owner (Jeffrey) was awesome: knowledgeable about the equipment, conscientious, and extremely patient/helpful. Highly recommend this place, especially for first time residential buyers.

I think these folks are top notch. No matter how good the equipment is, it will break. Its service after the sale that counts! Cutting Edge delivers.

Good selection of oils and equipment. Customer service isnt great though. Theyre not very friendly, and you usually have to wait in line several minutes, even if youre trying to get in and out quickly.

Ive only been once, but will certainly be back again. I had an echo edger that I needed to replace the blade on. Neither my elbow grease nor my makita drill could get the reverse threaded nut off. I dropped by Cutting Edge and they took care of it within 2 minutes. The people I dealt with were nice, knowledgeable, and quick-to-assist me.

Friendly people, lots of great products including K100 that will fix your carbs. Ask for Sheri, shes super helpful.

I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the people at Cutting Edge. I purchased a part for my Gravely lawn mower and paid $291.00 for the part. We installed the part that broke after mowing our property one time. Within a 30 day time period they would not replace the part because they didnt install it. My paperwork did not specify that they had to install the part. They simply did not want to help us with our situation at all. I would never recommend Cutting Edge to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find another dealer.

Long time customer, always have been taken care of well. Im in there every rainy season for a part on my old Gravely. Sometimes the part is high in price but dont think they are the ones fixing the cost. Seem very fair to me. Dont even bother going elsewhere.

I love the place no doubt and the owner is awsome !however i did come across a lady and i asked her could she help me out, with order some parts and she was very rude and agitated ! You can tell she was having a bad day . So i figure i would let it go .Week later same lady same attitude or whatever she had. Im usally not a person to write a bad review, But this realltmy upset me But over all good place !
