The owner of the company Kelly Jo - called me within five minutes of me reaching out to her. She returned my call and she was on vacation in another country…!! Who does that!?Amazing responsiveness!! Roger was quick to come out on a July Saturday morning about 1 hour after we called. He diagnosed the issue and repaired it immediately on the spot. Given it was a weekend emergency visit, I was expecting the worst, but his price was extremely fair. He also quickly fixed an AC water leak in our casita, and again, was more than fair with his cost.I found Roger to be knowledgeable, personable, and very honest. Im new to the area and will be using Lake Travis A/C for all of my future A/C needs.

We have a home that is 23 years old and one of the air conditioner units began to leak freon. It required the replacement of the evaporator coil. I called most of the local companies and a few that are not so near to get a quote. Brian gave us the best quote and did the job very well. Friday 06/01/2018I was supposed to receive a call this am to give me a window for when their service people would come to check my A/C this afternoon. I have been calling all day and no one answers the phone. I left multiple messages. Finally got Kelly to return my call about 2:30 after marking it urgent. She told me they were really busy but she would check with a tech Orion and call me back with a time window for when they will be there. I wait till just before 5 with no return call. I call both th office number which no one has answered all day plus the number Kelly called me from. Both mail boxes are full and can’t even leave a message. This is really unprofessional. If you can’t make it to my house at least have the courtesy to let me know. I wasted my whole day waiting on these yahoos!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have worked with them on numerous occasions as a real estate agent and they are always knowledgeable and have fair pricing! Definitely a thumbs up.

Very very poor communication... they did my sisters house in the hills and charges to much money .call a different company if I was you 😂her a/c went out 2 weeks later the owner is a lier and she’s out to take your money.
