Such a great experience! The owner Steve does such a great job to provide the best products with a very competitive price.I went to Home Depot looking to replace my broken dishwasher and they told me it’ll be a 3 week delivery. Called Frog Pad and he had two Kitchen Aids ready for immediate pick up or delivery AND he price matched Home Depot. I would way rather support local family run business. Especially this one. My experience with Frog Pad was wonderful! They worked diligently and quickly to secure us the perfect cooktop and downdraft for us. The equipment is sleek and beautiful; and works like a charm. The installation was complicated, but was handled with expertise and not rushed. I appreciated the care they took in ensuring us a perfect experience. The only adjustment that I have had to make, is I have had to speed up my cooking timeline, because the induction cooking is so much faster. I loved their friendly staff and would definitely use them again for future purchases. They are real pros!!!!

We purchased a built-in KitchenAid 36 fridge for our house recently. The owner Steve was able to handily beat any other competitor in towns pricing including Lowes, Depew and Factory Builder Stores with way better customer service. We had an issue with the fridge install and Steve took care of it promptly to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for any kitchen appliance based on our interaction with Steve and the installers.

We cannot say enough good things about Steve and Frog Pad! We have a kitchen full of terrific KitchenAid appliances from the store. The customer service for the sale and installation have been superb. The refrigerator turned out to be a real lemon. We had difficulty getting warranty service and Steve successfully intervened on our behalf. Various problems continued to occur with a service tech becoming a regular visitor at our house. We asked Steve for help and he was able to persuade KitchenAid to replace it with a brand new one which is working perfectly.

Nice guys, terrible business people. 6 MONTHS after initial install of one stop shopping cabinets and appliances where custom microwave opening didnt match microwave ordered, and custom garbage pull cabinet never closed flush...the final hood with custom hood piece and garbage pull was FINALLY installed by a complete stranger. The wood doesnt match nor does garbage pull shut flush. There has been absolutely NO FOLLOW UP to check on a customer who spent over $50,000.The partners dont communicate and if it isnt done right the first time, good luck ever getting it done right especially after the checks are cashed. After numerous and very painful attempts to have everything correct, we have given up.

Weve been buying appliances and other home products from The Frog Pad for over 5 years now, and could not be happier. Their service consistently exceeds expectations, even when we experienced a service issue with our new induction cooktop. [It was a manufacturers issue that Steve helped rectify promptly.] Never thought we could live without a gas cooktop, but after learning about it through The Frog Pad and using it the past 5 years, well never go back to gas!

We hired Frog Pad to do our countertops and backsplash and things didnt originally go as planned. But I have to say, I have never had a better advocate in any business dealing. They fought for us and make sure that we were totally happy with the end product. I always felt heard, included in the process, and cared for as a customer. Things happen with remodels - its to be expected. But its how problems are addressed and solved that makes all the difference in the world!

This is one of the best kitchen and Bath showrooms in Austin; the quality of the products, customer service, and design capabilities are endless. Great grand opening last night, I cant wait to get started on my project!!!
