This facility is clean but has a bit of a humidity issue- probably not bad but it is not as cool as other facilities. That said, Carlos, the Manager is awesome! He is knowledgeable, thorough and readily available. I looked at a newer facility but chose this location because of the accessibility and customer service! Easy in and out.

Carlos couldnt have been better to guide me through the information, decision on which size unit, and answering all my questions. The storage unit itself was extremely clean and ready for my move in. In fact, I was impressed with how extremely clean and well-lit the interior was. No creepy hallways. I give Carlos and this storage facility 5 stars!

Carlos and Stacy were great and a real joy to work with. The unit, a 10x10, was spotless and not that hard to get to. Getting this has made my move that much easier. The cost is also very reasonable, much better than I expected.

Carlos was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the check-in process to rent two units easy and pleasurable. The storage facility itself is well cared for and clean.

It was a very easy process from the very beginning. Clean unit, A/C and easy to get in and out. Billing was very easy as well. Always sent an invoice and then they billed to a credit card. Then a full reciept was sent showing paid. When moving out we noticed our unit with my mothers furniture was still very clean after a year. Not a lot of dust fell into the storage unit. Also I know our unit was very secure.

Carlos was great! He was super friendly and showed us the property. We got a perfect unit and the building was cool and clean. Definitely recommend renting from CubeSmart in Lakeway! Great customer service.

The sign up was easy. The staff here was very friendly, even the help line was quick to respond and very kind.

I had a very good experience when setting up my account for a new storage unit. Paul was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. He even applied discounts that I knew nothing about prior to my visit. In my opinion he went over and beyond his duties. He even gave me a tour of the facility and showed me to my unit. I can imagine that it would have been a pain to find the unit otherwise. So that was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this storage facility. The employees seem happy to be there and that is something that I have never experienced with storage facilities that I have used in the past.

Good clean place. They had one good dolly/cart and one not so good. No one at the front, but its Sunday and we were able to get stuff out with ease.

Facility is clean, secure, convenient and based on my experience bug and rodent free. Ive had a 10x10 unit there for 3 years but wanted to downsize. Eddie was most helpful and called me as soon as one was available, which was less than a week. Easy transition to the smaller unit and saving some $$$. Thanks Eddie.

Wonderful experience with CubeSmart on Stewart Rd in Lakeway Texas, and specifically with the current manager Edwin Rivera. I had 2 previous units and a corner unit happened to become available. I was able to transfer immediately and the net result will end up saving me almost $1,200/yr. A good businessman keeps his clients happy, and I am extremely happy!
