I bought a garment rack online from the website and it was ready for puck up in less than 2 hours. Best part they offered curbside assistance. But I decided to go in to pick it up because it gave me a reason to walk around the store and look at the cool stuff. Best part only 3 customers in the store at the time. Easy peasy no hassle no crowds!

Can someone please come and fix the radio station/ music for the love of god. I came in to buy a set of pots and pans but I left with nothing. I couldn’t concentrate because the music kept switching every five seconds from Spanish to country to Italian to pop. It was like a kid snuck into the back and kept pressing all the buttons on the radio. I guess I won’t be cooking anything for a while.

It was not that crowded, the staff was very helpful they took the time to look for our items and they were able to see which location had the best chance of finding what we were looking for.

I called ahead of time, lady assured me they had both items I was looking for. I drive over, cant find them. Asked for assistance.. described what I needed. Guy says, Yeah, we dont carry EITHER of those items! I said Id called ahead of time and was told you carried them. Otherwise I wouldnt have driven the several miles here. Nope, dont carry them. My first AND last visit to a Bed, Bath and Beyond. I see why online businesses are leaving actual stores in the dust. Disappointing. (Almost exact same experience with Penneys, same day!)

I love this store. They always have awesome sales going on. You can always use a coupon that they have. The employees are courteous and helpful.

I love to browse through the store because when I go there I dont really have anything in mind Im just there to be surprised at the beyond things I never knew I realized lol. Although I never really see staff through out the store I never really need help because o never really have a purpose to go there its just because Im at the mall. But I love the place.

I received a happy bride gift card for my wedding that could be used at Bed Bath & Beyond and several other stores. For some reason when running the card it doesn’t read it so the last time the cashier had to call for a mgr. to approve. This has happened before with this same card so I was expecting it. Well today when the cashier called for help the mgr. LIZ came over and basically was very short and just said that there is nothing she can do and walked away without even trying to help. How is that when I was just there 2 weeks ago and I was able to pay with the same gift card. I ended up paying with cash today even though the gift card had $75.00 on it. LIZ HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They had replacement canister for my Sodastream! Tried 3 other stores.

I got a LED mirror NewPort and I Love it. Its pricey ($130) but its worth it.

This Bed Bath & Beyond is very spacious. Each section is fully stocked and easy to enjoy. The cashiers were quite friendly. Parking is immense.

Aside from what i found for my espresso machine and new pillows, they also offer a 20% discount off from the mail in coupon or if you get them online. The real kicker- IF you forget your coupon, you have 14 days to come back with your coupon and your receipt and they will credit 20% off BACK to your credit card!! I mean who does that???? Im redecorating my place, so for sure ill be back in a couple days to get my items and a refund for my forgetfulness LOL!

BBB has to be visited many times a year because they get some of the best quirky things to brighten your house or yard. We like this location because you dont have to go inside the mall. Parking is very convenient. The best part is the savings coupons. Sign up for them, they come in the mail and never expire. You cant beat that.

I frequent bed bath & beyond about two or three times a year every time I go there they have something new and interesting the staff is always courteous and willing to help even if theyre busy with something else he will drop what theyre doing to assist me personally this is been my experience so far to date I really enjoy that store they have all the cool things and many creative ideas to make life at home easier.

We were given personalized service and exceptional service and the manager(?) took time looking up the sheer curtains we needed and searched for local inventory. We ended up ordering the curtains in the store. This was a example of how a business can and should be run.

Not consumer friendly. To return an item without receipt there is a 20% penalty.You can subscribe to get discounts on purchases... but it costs $40. They should learn from Costcos philosophy
