Been looking for a local place to take my Honda Ruckus after the dealership I bought it from only fixed one thing the last three times. I have had the same thing told over and over and still had issues with my Ruckus. Looked them up and found the best reviews and I must say they were able to fix all my Honda Ruckus’s issues within a great price. My Ruckus has never ran so much better and smoother thanks to this place. They know what they are doing and are extremely helpful and professional!!

If I could give a sixth star, I would! They were pretty busy when I walked in with my need it done now problem... they didnt even bat an eye. Within minutes the owner had my keys and was taking my bike around to the shop. They were able to replace the tire that was showing cords, get me another rear tire coming, and on top of that informed me of a coolant leak that needed immediate attention. Hats off to this shop! Great customer service and very reasonably priced.

Amazing shop to go to for almost any type of bike from the different types of bikes I saw either in the show room or sitting outside. Had some issues I had to get fixed and everything got fixed within 2 or 3 hours. Havent had any issues or problems and definitely reccomend this place to go get just regular maintenance or get a problem fixed. They will get it done in a quick and efficient manner.

These guys did a ton of work on my bike. They installed new handlebars, new shocks, new exhaust, rebuilt my carburetor, and changed my primary oil in less than three days. Very professional and fair priced.

They seemed fairly priced and completed my work fast. Definitely will be going back.

Mechanical work seems ok and prices are fair. My issue came with minor discrepancies in what I authorized and what was done (ordered one new tire and got 2; ordered a fork rebuild and they didnt bother to swap out the torn fork boots while they were doing it), but that alone is not a big deal. What is a big deal is I got yelled at on the phone when trying to get some simple questions answered after Id picked the bike up and paid for it. Very unprofessional customer service.Also, I was charged for 1/2 hour labor ($50) to get an estimate. The sales manager says this is for his time to call me on the phone to provide the estimate. In my experience, reputable service centers DO NOT bill you $100/hr to talk to you on the phone for an estimate.Overall, I would highly recommend you get an estimate IN WRITING prior to authorizing any work done here -- and also record your mileage, Im a little confused by dropping off my bike with a 3/4 full tank and then running out of gas on the way home...??

I’ve brought every bike I’ve owned to Peak Performance for anything from brakes, tires to valve adjustments. They have even handled two total loss claims and dealt with the insurance companies for me as well. Connor the owner is my go to for everything bike related and one of the techs who is mention worthy is Jake. Great mechanics, Even better people!

After calling around, this was the best price around for mounting and balancing motorcycle tires by quite a lot. When I called, I had to leave a message but Connor, the owner got back to me at the end of the day. I am very particular and he was able to answer all my questions on balancing method and weights used. When I asked what kind of weights they use, they said, We have everything: black or silver stick on weights, balancing beads, ride-on, slime - anything you want. Wow, impressive! They also swear by static balancing vs dynamic balancing in order to reduce total wheel weight and get a perfect balance. Impressive knowledge!When I arrived around 10am on a Saturday morning, I was greeted by a beautiful and friendly dog, a chocolate lab who sniffed me and only allowed passage inside after giving it some pets and affection. Once inside, Connor immediately greeted and helped me. He answered all my OCD questions about aligning the tire properly including aligning the lightest point of the tire with the valve stem. He said confidently but friendly, Dont even sweat it, we always do that. I also asked for black stick-on weights which was no problem.The wheel was completed in less than 10-15 minutes, and the mechanic took the wheel out to my truck for me. For a couple of bucks, I also bought a few extra of the nice and inconspicuous black weights to swap to my other wheel. To top it off, I received a significant discount off the originally quoted price, which dropped the price even further below any other shops.This was one of those perfect experiences that you can only wish for, probably never get, and for your own sanitys sake, should never expect from any business. I cant guarantee everyone will get this same level experience, but wanted to make sure these guys at Peak Performance were recognized for an awesome job in customer service and attention to detail. Its rare that you see so much pride in doing a job 100% the right way, and to take good care of the customer, especially when your shelling out only a tiny bit of money.Ill be back and will recommend everyone I know to come here for tire and mounting and balancing. I cant vouch for other services yet, but I will bet my future dollars that they will do a good job servicing my Ducati in the future.Oh, by the way, two of the best places to eat are right next door to them: Gregorios Mexican food and Deli Italia.8/29/2020: Used to mount and balance rear tire - wheel off bike. Absolutely best service I have received from a repair shop, ever. I brought them brake pads and tires to install on my bike. They installed the tires and told me my brakes did not need to be replaced. Most places would have just put the pads on and charged for it. This will be my only repair shop I go to from now on. These are honest people doing honest work. 10/10

Not a good experience at all I took my bike there for a fuel pump 2 hour job they had my bike there for three weeks unbelievable they lied to me for five times did not promise the service that they more knowledgeable about. After two weeks I asked him if I could see my bike they said they couldnt let anyone see it I wondered if they even had my bike there or where my bike was when I pick my bike up it was dirty like someone had been using it. Im looking into this these guys were not the guys to go to for me I read the reviews but theyve dropped the ball on me.

Really excellent service from these guys! I had an older bike that needed a lot of TLC, and they took great care of me. Also, while they had two of my bikes in for service, my son got a flat on another. We called them on a Friday and they told us to come on in and fixed it quickly. I cant say enough good things about this place!

These guys are awesome.I thought I only needed a back tire but I really needed both.I was able to get the tires at Let It Ride.Who I also highly recommend. They are only 4 blocks away and peak performance picked them up for me.Conner actually found something wrong in my triple tree and fixed it for free.He wanted to mak sure I was safe. Some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time.

Worst place ever! Do not take your bike here! Took my motorcycle in to reheat carbs. They told me I need a new fuel pump so after having my bike for a month they change the fuel pump and said bike was running fine. I pick my bike up and it never made it home! They never even did what I asked them so after taking my bike back to them they charge me $50 to look at it again then tell me my engine is shot! Top it off my take was scratched badly and I got my bike back this time half taken apart! Service manager Ryan is rude and no help. Stay away from this shop!

Im writing a review before even having my bike serviced. I called to schedule a time to drop off my motorcycle, and Ryan, the head of the service department was friendly, concise, and COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT. He managed my expectations regarding the timeline to received my bike back, given the COVID restrictions and complications with getting parts in the door. I will be trusting my equipment and safety with Ryan, and i know exactly what to expect from Peak Performance.

The staff at peak performance took care of us when we we needed a couple of last minute tire repairs, very willing to go out of their way and help us. I would recommend these guys to anybody in the area who needs work done on their motorcycles.

Conner and Ryan are the two guys I dealt with and even though you could tell they were super busy they took the time to help me understand what needed doing to my bike, the options and prices and then delivered the work at top quality and in super quick time. If they weren’t so far away from me, I’d use them more often for my motorbike work.

Excellent prices and excellent techs at this shop. Erico Motorsports wanted to charge $120 to replace my rear tire on my Silverwing 600. What!!!? So I called Peak Performance, as they did my front brakes a while ago. $60, and my rear tire is no longer bald. They were super busy too, had a few people waiting outside but my bike was done in fifteen minutes. Its worth the twelve mile drive for me!!! Plus, they gave me a helmet for free, as I only had one and there were two of us on the bike. Highly recommend this shop!

Peak Performance is great! I have been here a few time to get work done on my bikes. They get it done in a timely manner and get it done right! My last visit I came in to get my front tire and brakes replaced on my 2000 Shadow and was done in under 45 mins. Price is always right. I highly recommend Peak Performance for any work you need done on your scoot. You wont regret it.

Not only is Connor a good person, young and loves his job,but his mechanical skills are the best and hell take the time to school you if necessary... Hes a straight up guy and mechanic, GUARANTEED to beat the competitors price by FAR!!I always feel confident leaving and picking my bike up. Hell he even let me sit it on my tire change so i could pull my tire next time and save money bringing just the tire and rim in.. Walked in for a tire change with the new tires and the wheel. No appointment needed since I didn’t bring the bike. The owner Conner was able to get the work done in 20 minutes and for a great price.

Took my r6 on 03/16/2016 to get something out off my handle bars, walked in, and in 30 mins I was out of there with the job done 100% perfectly. Very good price for a job that I couldnt do! Recommend this shop! Mechanics are very kind and knowledgeable!!

Connor doesnt nit pick and try and sell you stuff you dont need. Fixes exactly what you need done and you get your bike back promptly with everything repaired and running like new. Straight to the point kind of place.Will definitely be back for any future repairs.
