These guys were great. Bought a used car, and the speakers werent hooked up to the radio. Took it several other places (explaining I simply wanted to hear the radio) and they all wanted to sell me a complete stereo system for $700+. Audio Tech actually took the time to look at the car before giving me a quote (not for an entire system), and the surprisingly they were able to squeeze the job in that afternoon. Very much appreciated & worth the drive.

Great experience. They fixed the speakers on my boat. They were in constant contact from ordering the parts and my many scheduled appointments that I had to change due to work. Well under budget and they fixed stuff I didnt know was wrong. Will definitely go back for more audio needs.

This is rediculous, I had to take my Land Rover in to fix under carriage LED lights they installed, then after then state they fixed them, knowing I was moving out of state, now the lights stopped workin all together! They do not know what they are doing in higher end cars! Do not take your vehicles here!

Ok so I’ve been going to Audio tech for some time for the work on my Charger ....They are great even though one of them no names hates my front bumper of my car but he got it down to 10 min take off...just to replace my LED head lights. If I have a issue they take care of it my new system sounds great Thanks guys ....I’ll be going back for more...

I stopped here looking for a setup for my truck and was pleased with what I found. The DVD player and speakers they suggested sounds great in my truck. I went back when it was time to get another setup for my car. I am even more pleased with it. The staff was also very knowledgeable and answered my questions confidently. They also did not try to make me buy the most expensive stuff they carry. They showed me a couple of options and left the choice up to me.

I stopped in to inquire about an installation and have a subwoofer and amp and some speakers installed. The work needed was minimal however the gentleman at the counter didnt seem interested in answering any questions, went on about his experience and was very full of himself and didnt have time for someone like me and my lack of knowledge for car audio. With that said I was able to take my $2500 and go somewhere else surprised you guys are still in business. No need to follow up with response to make yourself look better the guy at the counter assured me he was the owner and I refuse to spend my hard earned money with someone like that.

Brought my new (Christmas present) dash cam into Audio Tech to see if they could do an install for me. They said no problem, and at a very competitive price. Brought it in and they were done in a couple of hours. Didnt think that we were going to be able to direct wire, but the installer came up with a solution that allowed no cigarette lighter plug in the dash for power supply. Very professional install, all wires hidden for front and rear camera and power supply. Had a hiccup with my 2017 Toyota Tacoma having some sensitivity with the power supply chosen so they rerouted to a different power supply. Very happy with their customer service. Awesome guys and they take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend that you give these guys your business!

These guys are great. I delt with the owner and two of his employees on two separate occasions They were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Easy going and easy to work with. My son and I both learned A LOT from them that we should have been told by car toys in Puyallup but wasnt. Car toys is a joke and cost me a lot of time and money. Anyway I highly recommend these guys for any auto electronic needs you have. This place is not as convenient location for me as I live on South Hill but I will be back.

They did a good job installing my Viper car alarm. It has worked flawlessly for a year now while others who installed theirs themselves or went to other places are struggling to maintain theirs & keep them working well/properly. Audio Tech was professional and friendly. They did their best to explain things I didnt understand to me. Really, this is a great place. Its not a discount mart, expect to pay a *fair* price for parts+installation. I understand - these folks need to live too, so they offer their professionalism and expertise for a price. They seem to have a good selection but the guy at the counter was rude and didnt seem to want to help. I asked about some speakers and they were WAY over priced for what you get. I found a set of the same brand but the top of the line version at Walmart for $25 less! I wouldnt go here again. The service was poor at best and expensive.Some people in town swear by them and say they are awesome so maybe make your own decision. I didnt have any work done by them so I cant vouch for their quality in that aspect.I believe customer service first! I didnt get that feeling at all here.

I just got new LED lights installed in my Escalade Ext truck. They got it done on the spot. These guys know their stuff and got them installed in 30 mins. Great price also. Will come back and refer to friends.

Recently visited to inquire about getting LED headlights/fog lights for my car. Needless to say instead of paying the quoted $600+ at Audio Tech, I went down the street to Speedzone and paid $250!! ... makes you wonder. Whats really going on here?

Needed a car alarm install on my 88 acura integra. Toolbox was stolen out of the car and that was it. Paid less than 150 for a basic viper alarm (which I provided) with shock sensor and starter kill. Keep in mind my car does not have power locks so that may have influenced the pricing.Install took about 2 1/2 hours from walk in to drive off. I also liked that the install tech himself showed me how to operate the alarm. I will definitely be back when I decided to add more features to the alarm.

I have had nothing but expert installations of whatever I needed done by Audio Tech. Audio Tech took the time to help me understand the installations and how it impacted my existing systems. I’ve gone to other local professional installers and the knowledge of install does not come close to Audio Tech knowledge. Although, my knowledge of audio installation is very little, I have always been treated with respect. I stumbled on this store and didn’t know this level of expert advisors and installers existed in the local area. Anyone can do an install on the cheap, but Audio Tech encourages you to do the install properly, instead of cutting corners and cost. Audio Tech has given me discounts for what I wanted installed and have always supported me with any problems that I had with the install with no additional cost (this is because I listened to the expert, learned from the experience that they helped me understand, and followed the guidance of the expert). I’ve had several items installed by Audio Tech, and I trust them completely, which is much more than I can say about any professional installer in the local area in my 25 years of being in the local area. Audio Tech is number one.

Bought an loc off these guys for $78, didnt even need it so i took it back with a receipt within the 7 day policy and got charged a 30% restocking fee for a part on the internet that was only $15 come to find out. Dont buy parts off of these guys, its cheap electronic equipment thats worse than Walmarts.
