Great people! Had my windshield fixed in less than a couple of hours, and my car was like the 3rd one for the day, so waiting for the other 2 was petty easy.

Dudes came to house and got my windshield completely replaced within 24 hours. Looks fantastic and I was in a hurry. Interior looks perfect no scratches anywhere. Fair price and also avoid denver sales tax.

Fanatic service. Called Saturday night after my window shatterd and they got it fixed by Monday afternoon while their competitors couldnt do it for at least a week. It was also cheaper than all their local competitors. Definitely recommend!

The fastest response time ever! We called Discount Auto Glass after we backed into a tree with our RV and partially popped out the back window. Ted was here in 7 minutes (really) and not only fixed our window quickly and competently, but also when we asked, took the time to measure a few of our residential windows that need to be replaced. Great to find someone local and reasonable.

So there I am stuck in the middle of nowhere and side window of my Sprinter shattered. I called every glass company in the metropolitan Denver area looking for someone to tint the window and install it. All of them said NO except for Dillion and his super hero sidekick da Glass Man. Everyone else said it would take a week and these guys knocked it out the next day. Back on the road again :)Im not sure who John Wayne looked up to as a kid but Im pretty sure It was Dillon.

The guy was supposed to come fix my window between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. got there and realized it was the long window so he said hell be back at 5 then he called and said can you cant make it there at 5 if I could go to his shop I got there and he wasnt there he said hell be back I waited for like half an hour he didnt show up I told him I had To go pick up Up my meds he said go ahead and go pick them up I got back to his shop and I called him in he said oh yeah I cant do your window till monday what a real jerk. What he didnt know what was going to have him replace my front windshield next windshield and my daughters Kia windshield next his loss Ill give my business to somebody else. Not professional at all

The price is great if they actually show up. Hands down the worst company Ive ever dealt with. 2 appointments in one week and nobody showed up or called. The first appointment was for last Monday and they never called to say they werent coming. The next day I called them and he promised he would come by on Saturday. I even offered to bring my car to them to expedite the process. Saturday came and nobody showed. Even after I called to confirm and practically begged for their service rather than wait for another company. The guy on the phone said theyre really busy but would definitely come. 3 days later and still no call with an apology. I still have no window and have an appointment with a different company tomorrow. This was my experience with discount auto glass. If I were you I would avoid the headache and pay the extra money for someone that will show up.

My wife picked up a used car that needed a windshield terribly. Called these guys up at 7AM and they were at my place at pretty much the exact time they said they could be here earliest (said they could be here between 1-4, showed up at 1:30). Not only did they get it done super quick, the previous owner had a light bar installed on the thing and they even took it off and reconnected it for me. Definitely would use them again.

Id recommend these guys. The windshield was reasonably priced. They charged 230 for something that Safelite was trying to charge 397 for. They got me in next day. Said they would be there between 10-2 and showed up at 1015. Got the job done in 20 minutes. Very clean, professional and someone I plan to use in the future.

I made an appointment with them, waited and they never showed, or called. I read other reviews, and it seems to be a normal problem - they promise to fix something, make appointment, and then never show up. I would recommend not wasting your time on trying to work with this business.

Read the fine print on their lifetime guarantee for windshields! They didnt bother to tell me it was $65 extra to do this, or more importantly, that you must pay this within 30 days of installation! I went back 40 days after install only to be told that I dont qualify! I had to then pay $64.51 to fix with no additional benefit! I actually bought this windshield from these guys back in 2011, and I have the paperwork to prove it. The windshield is in pretty bad shape and it just so happens that I am in the market for a new windshield (actually, I need 2 windshields!). This poor experience still makes my blood boil, so I will be sure to avoid this company, and I feel that you should as well!

Clarify exactly what is included in the price quote. Discount Auto Glass quoted price was the same as everyone else, which should have included OEM auto glass and all seals. Though I paid the higher price I still did not get OEM glass, which costs more. Also, when they replaced the windshield they did not replace the bottom seal. It really concerned me as the seal was falling apart and you could see the bottom of the glass. To get it replaced I had to ask and pay an additional $22.00 for a new seal. Just beware and make sure you know exactly what you are getting.

This was the cheapest service I could find for a replacement windshield for my Ford Taurus. Being that it was the cheapest I was hesitant to go through with the service but I am tight on money and gave it a try. I had them scheduled for 9:00 am (ish) and I got a call at about 930 saying they were on their way to my work. They finished the installation in 15 minutes because it was supposed to rain soon. They were very polite and the windshiel, so far, looks great and there are no leaks. I would definately recommend.

Got a coupon for buy one get one free. Asked if we could use the free one later next time it breaks and they said yes. We paid with a check (because our deductible is $1,000), nobody said a thing. Now we are trying to get it replaced and they say the coupon says only on insurance claims will they do that. So why didnt they say so before? They lied. I guess insurance money is better to them than cash. Stupid thing broke 2 months later too (and there is no chip that I can find that started the crack). Horrible company

Im reporting this business to the BBB. I had to go back on four separate occasions because they did not do their job correctly. The lining of my windshield came off twice while I was driving, they didnt place my windshield in the correct position or seal it down all the way, which almost caused me to have an accident. I tried to reason with the owner and get proper help, but they didnt do anything. I didnt even ask for my money back, I just wish people who dont care about the lives they affect werent in business.I hope the company sees this post and are ashamed of their work. No amount of money or shortcuts is worth risking peoples lives.

Ted told me he would be at my house between 2 - 5 which he was. He gave me a good price on a window for my truck and did the job in record time. No complaints from me. Idk why so many people are giving bad reviews. I will almost certainly call Ted again in the future.

Ive used Discount for 3 different vehicles and different pieces of glass. They teated me like a rock star!! Always a good experience and a good price.

Broke a side window and they came next day to fix it. Window is good but their service was below par. They left broken glass inside the door which is still falling out piece by piece when door is closed. The receipt was on a piece of scrap paper with a promise to email a copy plus the warranty. It never came so I called to remind and left a message. Still no response. Poor customer service. Will not use them again.

My experience with this company could not have been worse. I had planned on writing this review a year ago when this all happened but I am warning all who may be considering this company to probably go somewhere else. I contacted them to replace a rear windshield and they were going to arrive at my work and fix it. When they arrived they didnt have all the parts to place my windshield in so instead of stopping there to get the proper weather striping they decided to give it a liquid seal as they called it. Basically they used black caulk to seal the entire window into place. It looked terrible, wasnt smoothed out to even look like it could be legit, and they had smeared bits on my window and car! I called them immediately to tell them this wasnt exceptable and that I wanted the window put in properly. They told me that I would have to pay for them to come fix the work at first and that they were booked for a few days. Then for the following week wouldnt answer my calls so I had to start calling them using my friends phone so they would answer. I showed up to their office which is hidden upstairs next to a tattoo parlor and told them if they didnt fix the window or refund my money I would just cancel the credit card payment. Finally I was getting somewhere. I made an appointment with them to remove all the caulk and put a proper seal in. The day of the appointment I showed up to the office and waited for two hours because they were late. As I was waiting another lady came up to the office, I warned her about them, but it was too late she was in a similar situation because they werent returning her calls! In the end I got my window fixed. I stood and watched the whole process. I dont want to be calling names here but these two are goons and borderline crooks.

Discount Auto Glass saved my work week! My windshield was shattered while driving on the highway by debris. My insurance sent me to Safelite. They couldnt get to my house until 5 days after the incident, or I could drive my hazardous car across town to get my car to their shop. I called Discount Auto Glass and spoke to the owner, he told me he could be at my home by 10 am the very next day. Tim is amazing, he was at my house at 10 am like he said and fixed my entire windshield in an hour and a half. Price was a couple dollars difference from Safelites quote, but I would have paid more for the convenience Discount Auto Glass offered.

Need to keep their word when offering a gift card, and also communicate the amount of the gift card based on the job.

They did a great job on my front and rear windshield replacement after the hail storm at a very reasonable price.

Went in because they had the best price on glass for my chevy malibu. Made an appointment, done in an hour, and the glass was good quality Pilkington. Paid with credit card, no issues, no problems. It held up until I sold the car last year.

I sold my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Paul, he said he is partner in this Company. We made a deal that if i sell him the car for $3300 he would come to my house and replace the windshield for my tahoe within a few days. He never showed up and I tried to call him about it but he kept bullshiting me. He never kept his word on the Agreement we made.Be careful for this company because they are not honest.

This is a reason this place has a low rating. Scheduled an appointment, I show up on time and thier people arent even at the shop. After waiting an hour they say to come back. F*** YOU discount. Rather pay the extra $40 and take my business else where.

Did a good job my glass hasnt lifted up from the seal nor has it cracked from freezing!

When they put the rear glad in my VW they lost the directional cap on the rear window washer. The glass leaks but theyve offered to fix it.
