If you are not a contractor do not expect them to have the answers. We took in measurements for the door and jamb we have. Door 32x72. Jamb inside 33x73. Jamb outside 35x75. We ordered the door they suggested. It looked large when we got it, but took it home because they said it would fit. 4 too wide and 4 too long. It is an exterior door and there are no returns. I was told there was no way they made such a mistake on the size, they would know better. Do not trust them to help you

This is the only local place that has mobile home products that I have found. However the customer service is poor. Maybe because Im a woman and Im not supposed to know anything. In the future I will take my money elsewhere.

I only come here for my mobile home products. The customer service is fantastic and they really know their stuff. The guys at the sales counter are always knowledgeable and helpful, plus I never feel like they are trying to stick it to me on pricing.

Can not go into the office. Sales person met me out side, took my credit card and drivers license wandered around parking lot and warehouse, rummaged around inside a car, then took my credit card inside to run. The manager argued that it was the credit cards fault it took so long.

Nobody knows their products like Chris at Westland. They always spend time with me, explain the pros and cons of different solutions, then help me find the right product for my home. I have 3 homes that I rent out so having access to a quality parts store is a big deal to me. Thanks Westland!

Decent service but rude to ethnically diverse clients. They were nice to me but extremely unhelpful and snappy at the customers that came in after me

If you need to fix it, they have all the supplies.
