Which is better- the great product or the super helpful staff? Flip a coin, heads you win, tails you don’t lose. Have shopped in a number of these stores in a number of states. This little “storelette” (tiny store) wins hands down. It appears corporate sends other outlet stores more products ( just my own observation) but this store is the “little engine that that could.” So helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help in big ways and small. New cooks or experienced, this is the place to go because they meet you at your experience level. Lo is my go-to girl, and Katy is very, very helpful as well, but each employee there has been a pleasure to work with, each brings a different perspective to the table.

Great store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Its a enjoy to go back. I am into buying the whole Flame color cooking set. Its great when you can see the employees use and love to talk about the product.
