I called the shop and the girl who answered sounded nice telling me it would take 5 min for them to put it on the lift to check out my brakes but took 20 to look at it in an odd way (saying it nicely). So I get there and there are cars on all spots ... Them a young man comes out saying hes going to take off my hub cap to check out my brakes pads and rotors ... Im sorry but even I know you cant view the pads& rotors on a 1998 van through the hub cap! ... These young guys are so NOT knowledable with this job and even I as an older woman know it needs to be lifted to see them... I come from a mechanical family but as Im older Im unable to do it myself ... These guys are clueless. I took my same vehicle there to get the oil changed and these young guys stand around like they are in high school ... Didnt even put the sticker on my window ... Id rather go to a real mechanic.

Just had my car serviced today. Getting ready for a road trip I needed to get my car maintained so I picked this spot. This place, wow, it operates like a well oiled machine. The team that works this Jiffy Lube is truly awesome. From the young man who greeted me walked me through the checkin process, calculated my estimate, to the woman who advised me of the recommended services to the very last young gentleman who processed my payment each and every point of contact was seamless. Each person was graceful and polite. I have been very fortunate to have such positive experiences with Jiffy Lube. I would recommend this business to others — my ONLY feedback is, my checkout person did not ask me if I would like to use any coupons, I wish I had said something since I had them in hand on my phone ready to use instead of just leaving especially since my bill was $350. I know it wasn’t his job to ask but DAMN…🥺.

Felt rushed to sign paper to agree to additional work for a discounted price. Come to find out the work I agreed to the tech did not check the spark plug gap and in turn ended up costing me even more money to get it fixed.

I would have rated it a 5 but I was quoted a price matching a coupon and then they tried to charge me the regular price. Also the air filter in the cabin was quoted to the previous customer for 25 and the wanted to charge me 54.99.I was able to negotiate it back down but I just dont like thatThey were all super helpful and very nice.

The personal were much different then my other visits and were talking about the former employees being let go for being slow. I dont remember any of them being slow and were all good employees and very efficient.

Their friendly banter while pushing each other to GET SERVICES DONE but done right was not just entertaining but mentally encouraging. This team of oil brothers is diverse. Hispanic, African American, Asian, and i think a saw Tanner walking around😜😁 all jokes aside i was proud because they worked with respect for each other without effort. Loved the camaraderie. They SCRATCHED MY CAR from the tailgate to front door by carelessly dragging a ceiling hose around. It was ON THEIR VIDEO. Upper management failed to return calls, said they didnt do it, and refused to repair the damage. I finally gave up after several months.

Very Bad experience. They ruptured a front tire pulling in the oil change bay and suggested I get a replacement myself and theyll reimburse. Thats few extra hours of my time I dont have. They even charged me the full oil change price.And the steering wheel was all greasy.

Everyone just stands around and stares at each other. Nobody is helpful or informative. Five people work on one car for an oil change. Bought a Groupon taxes NOT included. Came on a Sunday when there was only one car in front of us. Most likely won’t come back to this jiffy lube. I should’ve listened to the reviews.

I was there way to long because they couldnt get the price right. And its not the first review that indicates they tried to manipulate the Groupon price. They voided my warranty because I didnt go with the manufacturers suggestion of Mobil One. Its only a suggestion not a requirement, Google it.

Took my car for an oil change 01/04/21. Due to Covid closures, did not need to drive anywhere far. On 01/09/21 while driving on the freeway, the bottom panel fell off my car and I dragged it until I was able to get off the freeway. The clips that attached the panel were not put back in, there was no break, they were simply missing. I called to let them know that they had not replaced these clips and was told to bring it back in, they will fix it. Again, foolishly I drove away without checking their work. The solution? Zip ties. I wish I knew how to post a picture to this site because it was insulting when the worker tried to explain to me why the zip ties was actually better than the pins my car had in place until I took it for an oil change. I am out $500 because I need to replace the entire bottom panel.

This by far is one of my favorite establishment. Very friendly staff good customer service and the guys they are very funny. If you look in a get a good old change for a reasonable price if you bring your own oil $24 out the door was no tax. You cant be that with a baseball bats. I definitely recommend this place

Friendly staff, quick service. A couple of notes. Went in for a $69.99 oil change I bought off Groupon. I was told that I would still have to pay for taxes on that... No big deal. Then I get called in to the office. Apparently, my axles are bad and need $1000 worth of work. Before I can clarify it, he goes into how he knows its expensive but they have a plan for monthly payments. I decline to have that done. He goes on to tell me I need to change the brake fluid, add coolant, air filter, etc. Im thinking they work on commission at this point. I agreed to just having the air filter and coolant done. So I get it done, pay an additional $42, and pull out of the driveway. I get about 100 yards and my engine sputters to a stop. I coast back to the entrance, where another service person checks it out. Turns out they did not install the air filter correctly!! They had to mess with that and the O2 sensor to get me back on the road. I dont think I would trust them on a $1000 project when they cant put a filter in properly. Think twice before coming here!! Also, there was no note of this important safety issue mentioned at all on my invoice. Youd think they would have noted that.

They didnt vacuum or clean the windows. The main mechanic said he would write on my receipt what is recommended to fix car. He did not.

This is my second time at this jiffy lube as it is close to my house. The first time was fine and had no complaints. However I was a little disturbed this time. When I drove up I was asked if I wanted a vacuum and windows cleaned, I told them that the windows needed cleaning but not to worry about vacuuming. I got my oil changed, air filter changed and they topped off my coolant. I was standing out front as they completed the oil change and the tech that started my vehicle asked the tech below if there were any leaks. The tech below was cleaning out the roller bin and never even checked to see if everything was alright, he acknowledged the tech above that there were no leaks. ( how is it that you can acknowledge that everything is ok when you didn’t even look!!!)I went back inside and they pulled my vehicle out, as a fleet service member I signed the paperwork and they told me I was good to go, was I?When I got to my vehicle I noticed very quickly that they never even touched the windows! I was so pissed off from what I witnessed I just left rather than to cause a scene.A fair warning to anyone that brings their personal vehicle here, wait outside and make sure that everything gets done that you want done. It seems to me that they are willing to cut corners if they can get away with it!!

I came here for years, getting my oil changed regularly and fluids filled as necessary and never had a problem. I liked that they washed or vacuumed my car and was normally satisfied. Everything changed when I had my transmission oil changed and they put the wrong oil and a nut shell my transmission is totalled luckily my warranty was able to cover the new transmission and work necessary. When I went to the shop with proof of there mistake I was only told that they use the same type of oil on all Nissan vehicles, but when I went to a Nissan dealership repair shop they told me my Nissan used a slightly different type which cause my transmission to break down. Never going back and after telling my friends and family they arent either. 5 years of taking all 3 of my vehicles there now has me having all my other cars double checked.

It doesnt even deserve a star.. Got a oil change the day before I head out to Vegas at Jiffylube. The next day, 20 miles before getting to Vegas, my car took a dump. The oil spilled out of car and had to get my car towed.. Disaster!!!! They still havent got back to me!!! Awful!!!!!

The staff know why a two star review is here. I asked for a tire rotation and balance. They rotated the tires but cant balance them. So thats pointless. They also cant air up tires because the hose nozzles are broken. Okay so... Why did I just pay you $25 for that? I have jacks and a torque wrench, I can rotate my tires for free. Next, the oil change is twice the price here over the local Chevy dealer. I wanted to pay for it because JL is fast. Except it wasnt. 10-15 minutes turned into over and hour because the only oil filter they had for my car was broken. 10-15 minutes sir, sorry for the delay, works until it doesnt anymore.I got a 15% discount due to my career which was a nice gesture.I paid over $100 for something that is $50 at the dealer, sat in a stuffy hotbox office for an hour, and ended up with half of the service I paid for.Update: the staff member who asked to be contacted does not reply. Its a false hope thing to make it seem like they care. Ive changed it to a one star as a result.

Scam scam scam, I went here years ago today I remembered why I hadnt been back. I had a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. Well they try to upsell you on EVERYTHING it was like a used car lot. Oh it comes with this oil but we recommend THIS oil for more, you need air filters, you have water in your break fluid lol on and on (I take very good care of my car and do all maintenance at the dealer I had just had the break fluid drained and replaced) anyways my 69 dollar Groupon ended up being 140 dollars I should have never gone here and just went to the dealer where for 99 dollars you get a oil change, tire rotation and car wash. This place is a JOKE. I called my dad afterwards to tell him the story... And he then told me his nightmare story about the same place. #NEVERAGAIN

Decent place to get an oil change but expect a whole lot of upselling based on manufacturers recommendations. They will offer steep discounts if you agree to get extra services done with your oil change which tells me that they are overpricing them to start with. Go here for oil and get the other stuff done elsewhere.
