I recently moved out of state, and one of the top 5 things I miss about living in Denver is Lucas at Prestige Audi Service.I have been working with him on my 2016 Q5 for the past 2 years and it has been the best service experience -1. Service Explanation - Lucas is able to explain issues the techs have identified and articulate the upside and the downside of the different options, which allows me to make an informed decision (as someone who knows nothing about cars)2. Timely - Turnaround estimates are spot on (if not exceeded), which makes it easy for me to plan around getting my car serviced3. Communication - I can rely on Lucas to provide updates on the progress of service before I even start wondering where my car isI feel like my car and I are in good hands when I go to Prestige Audi - I trust them (and Lucas) explicitly. Low key contemplating driving back to Colorado just to have my car serviced here...

Im always impressed with Cory and the Service Center team at Prestige. They might be a little more expensive than an regular car service center, but I am confident in their abilities. They are also great about figuring out the solution, no matter how difficult it might be. Appreciate them!

The Customer Service here far exceeds any other Audi Dealership in the Denver and Colorado Springs areas. We live in Colorado Springs and we drive all the way up to Prestige Audi for all vehicle services, due to their excellent customer service and quality of the work they provide. Prestige has been very consistent in their service delivery, which is a really cool thing to offer nowadays. Because of this, we will always make the drive to Prestige Audi for maintenance of our vehicle.

In addition to the alignment, the performed 2 recalls. They kept me updated and did it all in the promised time. I often avoid dealership but this was a very positive experience. I can truly trust these guys.

I recently had my daughters car in for an oil change and could not be happier with the service team at Prestige. The communication from the service team was excellent and the service provided was exceptional. Our service technician did a thorough video review of the car, sent me the link, and then called me to review the video. Everything was done on time and done as communicated. The biggest surprise to me was the cost. We received an exceptional service experience for about the same cost as an oil change in any of your corner quick lube companies. We will definitely be going back!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Audi R8 from Prestige. Jose Luevano was my sales associate. He was great to deal with. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and took the time to send me photos of the vehicle. I also dealt with Matt Tom, the sales manager and Roman Castro the finance manager. Everyone made it a great experience. I highly recommend Prestige Audi.

Professional, friendly, capable of identifying and correcting warranty issue when Audi Denver could/would not without attempting to charge exorbitant fees. This is the only Audi dealer location I would recommend.

Corey always does an outstanding job getting me in and out on time. Car was finished early! He always offers a loaner which keeps me coming back. A side note...as hes delivering my car he sees a half full bottle of windshield washer fluid I have on the back seat floor. He tells me to hold on a minute, runs and fills up the bottle for me. Obviously he didnt need to do that, but thats what makes Corey and Prestige the best choice in Denver for servicing my Q7! Even though Prestige isnt cheap--not even remotely close--I keep coming back due to the quality of their service.

Well, I took my car in for an oil change almost 3 weeks ago and still dont have it back. I was told the drivers door broke in the car wash and theyd have to replace it. I asked that they detail it while getting it fixed for the hassle.When I went to pick it up, the door was not properly attached. It was uneven to the rest of the car and they obviously hadnt repaired it correctly. They said it settled wrong overnight but that obviously translates to we did a poor job.I also mentioned that the outside was dirty and the inside hadnt been cleaned. I was told they thought I just meant the outside when I asked for cleaning. But when I pointed out how dirty the outside was, I was told it had sat out overnight in the rain. Why not just clean it correctly? How can the dealership break a car and then skimp on fixing it? Im guessing its because Im a woman and its not a $100k car, they just dont care. I would advise going somewhere else. Very disappointed and frustrated by this service. I certainly wont purchase another car here and would recommend every woman avoid this dealer.

Matthew Lindsey was over-the-top assisting us with guidance and updates while our Tesla underwent major body repair due to a collision.This was a huge repair (7 months) and Matthew kept us informed every step of the way.He is kind and considerate.We were very grateful Matthew was on our team.Additionally, the Prestige craftsmen did a wonderful job. You would never guess the car suffered any damage.

We had a key made, which you can only do through a dealership. Not cheap ... but the service above and beyond the key was exceptional. They did an overall review of the vehicle and shared a video of the process. It was very thorough and eye-opening. It left me agog.

I purchased my new A5 cabrio at Prestige late last year, great experience.Onto service...Made an 8:30AM (and WILL WAIT for my car) appointment for the first oil change. Arrived at 8:15, told the guy who greeted me, “I have an 8:30 appt, and I’ll be waiting.”10:00, I ask the guy in the drive up/drop off how much longer? He said “I saw your A5 in the bay. Chris is your service advisor, he’ll come talk to you.” Chris never shows up, so At 10:20, go to the service advisors asking where Chris is and how much longer for my car. Jared takes care of me, “we’re writing the paperwork up.” I ask, it’s not done? No. “I had an 8:30 WAITING appointment”“Oh, sorry. We can get you a loaner.”I get in my car and leave. The “service” is a crock of manure.Prestige Audi customer service is HORRIBLE. Not going back.

I had a blow out of a run flat tire on my 2021 Q5 and could not get it fixed in Summit County but arranged to get it to Prestige.The service department people were great. Dustin took care of everything including one other small problem and also had the 10,000 mile maintenance completed while there. All services were completed while I was out of town and Dustin even arranged for a Lift pick-up upon my return back to Prestige. Five stars!
