Had such a good experience here! I told the woman I was working with my budget and she was respectful of it. She could tell I wasn’t in love with the dress I initially thought I was going to buy, so she didn’t pressure me to purchase. In fact, she did the opposite. She told me I should take a few days to think about it and look at the photos we took. As I was about to leave, I found one that I loved. She said she knew I would love that one but didn’t want to pull it since it was way out of my budget I gave. I ended up loving it and went with that one. She was so nice to take photos of me in the dress and near the fun signs that say I found the one. I felt zero pressure here which is refreshing. Would recommend this place to brides!

Two weeks before my wedding I realized the dress I had was not going to work for me (side effect of being a Covid bride). I called Lilliana’s and the manager, Jackie, answered the phone. She told me to come right in and she would take care of me. Jackie was literally my fairy godmother, telling me everyone deserves to feel beautiful on their wedding day and finding me the perfect dress. The best thing was she didn’t pressure me to make any decisions that day. She let me contact her the next day with my choice and even called me from home to arrange my first fitting! Liliana was amazing and squeezed in two fittings with me. In the end the dress fit me so perfectly and I have never felt more beautiful. Exactly the feeling they wanted me to have. I can not stress enough how wonderful they all are. Their commitment and dedication to their brides is above and beyond. You will find your dream dress here, trust me!

I had went to about 7 different bridal salons before finding my 2 dresses from Radiant Bride & Harper & Ivory. This was by far the worst one! The consultant was awkward and made us feel uncomfortable. The dress selection was even worse, oh you can’t try on any of these dresses on these racks because they are sizes 0 & 2. It was very discouraging and she didn’t help pull any dresses or offer any advise. We couldn’t wait to get out of there!! Do not waste your time with this place!

I picked out my dream dress at Lilliana’s after going to multiple bridal shops! They were so helpful, helped me pick out my veil, did my alterations, and so much more! They were amazing and I would recommend to anyone!

I went to 4 bridal boutiques on Saturday and was overwhelmed. I came back here and Macie took amazing care of me. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. She was so professional and informed responding to any questions I had, just amazing. I ended up picking a gorgeous dress designed by Liliana and couldnt be happier.

This was an awful experience for me. I don’t even know the name of the person who helped me because she didn’t introduce herself. I showed her pictures of dress styles I liked, specifically from Liliana Bridal, and then she didn’t pick any of those styles out for me to try on. There was one dress I particularly liked but she wouldn’t let me try on it because it was not my size. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but when your job is to make someone comfortable and help them find their dream wedding dress, she did the furthest from a good job.

I had the most incredible shopping experience here at Liliana Bridal. First of all the space is amazing! It is so nicely decorated and the areas to try one dresses are so beautiful. Macie was my bridal consultant and she was amazing! She asked me all about my wedding and what I wanted to see in the dresses I tried on. I was so happy she allowed me to go through the racks and pick out dresses that stood out to me to try on. Ultimately this led me to finding THE ONE!! I loved the dress as is but she offered me an add on that just sent my heart over the moon for this dress and there were a lot of happy tears shed. I seriously am so thankful to Macie and Liliana bridal. She did not try to sell me or push me in any way. She let me think and look and allowed me to have that moment where you have that this is the one feeling. This was an amazing experience that I will never forget! I can’t wait for my dress to come in!

I was very nervous about going looking for my wedding dress, but Liliana Bridal made everything so easy and comfortable! I felt like we had plenty of space and privacy and was thrilled with everything throughout the appointment. Macie was my stylist, and she was truly spectacular. Consultant rushed me after I told her she was my third stop of the day and that I had fallen in love with a dress at another location instead of trying to impress me with their selection. This was the only bridal shop I visited that day that would not be willing to add a layer of glitter tulle to dresses if they did not come with it. I was discouraged to try on a dress because it was 1 size below my fit (in a condescending way). I told her I wanted to try it anyway and to pin it so I could see it. Sad thing is if they would have added glitter that is the dress I would have chosen. Oh well. I’m a bridal size 10 and was made to feel like I was being fat shamed.

Such a cute place!! It stands out when driving down Madison because its not exactly located in the most beautiful part of Lakewood. But it is a beautiful place with amazing staff and gorgeous dresses. The decor is modern and inviting. It makes you want to try on dresses. And champagne to celebrate if you say yes to the dress! While she respected my taste and style, she also put me in a few dresses that were ones I would not have picked out myself and I am glad she did because I found a beautiful dress that I absolutely love. I want to start off by saying that I rarely review anything online, however, after a positive experience at Liliana Bridal House, I found myself excited to sit down and write a raving review! When I walked in, I had little to no knowledge of wedding dresses, other than that you wear them when you get married. That was quickly remedied by the most amazing stylist! I suddenly was trying on dresses that I would never choose for myself, but fell in love with!Beyond that, I brought my mother with me. I love my mother to pieces, but due to our drastically different tastes sometimes going shopping can cause a lot of tension. To my surprise, that did not happen this day! In fact, in my entire 28 years of living, this is probably the best shopping experience Ive had with my mother to date! It was really evident to me that my stylist advocated when I could not be out on the floor with them choosing other options. Not only that, but my mother absolutely adored the choices that were pulled and so did I!I walked in that salon with the full intention of walking out with an idea of what looked good on me and what I wanted. I did not intend to fall in love with a dress that day, but I did. When I was stuck between two dresses, my stylist is more than happy to continue going back and forth with me so I could make a decision. Speaking of a decision, I did not feel any pressure whatsoever to say yes to the dress that day! Sometimes things just happen and work out the way that they are supposed to, and I ended up loving a dress and saying yes that day!I had such a positive experience here, that I would never go anywhere else! I suffer from terrible anxiety and was already overwhelmed when I walked in and saw a room full of stunning dresses. From the stylist that I had, to the entire staff working the day I was there, I felt welcomed and I felt the most confident I have ever felt in my skin! This is such an wonderful place to have such a special moment, and I wouldnt recommend any other place other than here if youre looking for a positive experience! I cannot wait to continue to work with them in alterations once my dress comes in!

This place is a phenomenal bridal shop. The quality of the dresses is very good and the prices are so affordable. I found my dream dress here. Raj was helping me and she was so sweet and patient. She was so calm and laid back. She was not pushy and allowed me to form my own opinions of the dresses. She even listened and brought back other options that she thought I would look good in. I highly recommend this shop and Raj.

I just bought my wedding dress this past weekend at Liliana Bridal House. I worked with Macie, she was great! By far the best bridal experience! I have gone to several boutiques over the last few months, being a bigger girl it has been hard for me to find a dress I feel comfortable in. I made an appointment and brought 3 of my friends; we had the place to ourselves and I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted. I was so comfortable through the whole process, and Macie was a tremendous help!! She definitely has an eye for this, and really pays attention to the bride. She asks the right questions to determine your taste and personality, and is able to pull from that to help determine what direction to go with finding the perfect dress. Beautiful gowns and great prices. I found my wedding dress here and the consultant, Kat, was very friendly and worked within my price range and style.The owner, Liliana, was so positive and helpful. She did a wonderful job altering my dress. The dress turned out beautiful.Unfortunately, with COVID-19, my wedding was rescheduled so they asked me to come in and pick up my dress because they didnt have room anymore. They told me I could bring it back and get it steamed right before my wedding. I was under the impression it would be at no charge since they had me come get the dress in advance of my wedding date, but they charged me to steam it.Overall, I had a great experience, minus the extra charge for steaming after I had to come pick up the dress early.

This was my second dress appointment. My first one was not the best experience so I was a little hesitant. I read very good reviews for Liliana’s bridal and figured I’d give a try. It was so worth it! Absolutely great service not pushy at all Raj did a fantastic job at making the appointment go smoothly and not stressful. The quality of dresses there is awesome and the prices are so very reasonable. I highly recommend going here. Truly a stress free and great experience!

Liliana did the alterations for my wedding dress, and she does amazing work! I had a dress with a very long train and she made a French bustle work with 11 bustle points that were easy to tie up. I gave her lace from my moms and grandmas wedding dresses and she sewed it into the lining of the dress with blue thread for my something old and something blue. Her shop space is great, too!

I had the pleasure of working with Kat on my visit. She was so attentive and gave genuine opinions on all the dresses I tried on. She made me feel comfortable and took her time with me - I appreciated not feeling rushed. It felt like I was shopping with a friend!The bridal shop itself is cosy and beautiful. There’s accessories on display, as well as cute dressy slippers. The dress options range from many different styles and prices. The dresses on the marked down rack were as pretty as the more expensive ones. My particular style was a bit more elegant and traditional but I did try on some cute bohemian type styles. There was a lot of lace!Overall I’m pleased with my experience and can’t wait to see my dress when it’s finished being cleaned and sized in March. My wedding is in May. I’m so excited.

Loved every second I was in Liliana Bridal House!! Had so much fun picking out my wedding dress. When I first walked in on 11/30/19 I thought wow an amazing selection, nice set up and many choices to chose from, but Ill probably not find anything in my budget. I was wrong! I cant say enough great things about my experience with Kat and Liliana Bridal House!! I scheduled two appointments for the same day (the first at another local bridal shop) and the second at Liliana last weekend. Such a beautiful shop with that chic warehouse vibe! I was greeted by Kat and I feel like she instantly became family. She plopped down next to me in a chair and asked about my vision for my wedding day as a whole, and really listened to what I was thinking; not just for my dress but feeling for the day in general. She allowed me to browse around and pick about 5-6 dresses, and then as I narrowed in on what I liked and didnt like, she used her expertise to pull some others I wouldnt have initially tried. She knew what I liked better than I knew myself! And even after I had a bridal breakdown calling her in tears, she even stayed late and squeezed me in for a second appointment a few days later to be sure I was 1000% happy with my dress. She shared her honest opinion and it felt like I was shopping with another one of my friends, she genuinely cared about finding me the best possible dress. I ended up saying yes and we toasted with champagne! I already cant wait to go back for my first fitting :) Absolutely give Liliana a try and make sure to book with Kat!!

Jackie and another woman whose name I didnt catch helped my mom and I on our first stop trying on dresses. They were so helpful, quick and open. She really listened to my thoughts and preferences but made an amazing suggestion which turned out to be THE most beautiful dress ever. You can just tell how much they care. I worked with Kat. And I honestly can’t speak enough about the experience I had. She was absolutely amazing. She took everything I said into consideration and helped me step out of my comfort zone. And when I was done she provided champagne to celebrate. I couldn’t be any happier!

A beautiful bridal shop that also does in house alterations. They also store your dress until your wedding so no need to worry about your fiance sneaking a peek. Kat was my consultant and she was beyond wonderful. Kat made me feel so comfortable and listened to what I was looking for. After going to other bridal shops around the area this one truly stood out. Had an awesome experience here dealing with Kat. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic and I was a little frantic and Kat immediately put me at ease. There was no rush. She let me take my time going through the racks and offered lots of good suggestions and guidance. She was the perfect amount of helpful without being overbearing. I ended up finding my perfect dress and Kat was ready with a champagne toast for us. Its a smaller shop so it feels very homey. Had good & bad experience at this place. My dress was beautiful and alterations were done very well, I would leave 5 stars for that. However, I had a very unfortunate experience with my veil. I have ordered my veil together with my dress and was expecting to pick it up the same day I would pick up my dress. When ask for my veil, the associate told me I did not order any veil. When I finally located my receipt to prove that I ordered a veil, they now told me well maybe you have already picked it up? I said no, I never even saw my veil ever since I ordered it. They would not believe me. It was just a few days before my wedding and I could not believe I will not be receiving my veil I have already paid for. As you can imagine, that was incredibly stressful situation. Finally, the assistant came to me with some sort of a veil that looked like a used trial veil they use at the store that looked much shorter and much cheaper (definitely not brand new) and just put it in my hair. I took that veil because I did not want to argue any longer and to leave completely empty handed after paying $140. However, looking at my wedding pictures, I am always reminded that that was not the veil I ordered.I suggest for the business to implement a system where you ask for a signature when someone picks up the ordered items separately so this does not happen to anyone again.

After many stressful appointments at other bridal shops I was glad to have found Liliana Bridal. They offered what I was unable to find at any other place visited, a pleasant experience paired with exceptional service, unique gowns and great prices. Not to mention the modern/ultra-chic warehouse setting, I definitely recommend other brides to look no further.

I cannot say thank you enough to Liliana Bridal. When I walked in, I was a frantic bride with less than 6 months to find a new dress after a disappointing experience at another bridal shop. When I walked out, I had a beautiful wedding gown that I thought only existed in my dreams. My favorite aspect of the shop is that there is a camera and TV in the center viewing area that allows you to see what the back of the dress looks like. The staff is also super welcoming and extremely knowledgeable! I wish I would have started my dress search here because it goes no further!

I took my wedding dress to various people who could alter it as it was several sizes too big. One woman actually told me that it would be a lost cause because the alteration would be too difficult. However, when I took the dress to Liliana Bridal House, Liliana worked wonders on the dress. At my wedding, I was told it looked as though the dress was stitched onto my body because the fitting was so beautiful. The price is absolutely worth the end product. I could not be happier with the end product. I highly recommend wedding dress alterations with Liliana.

These are not your standard, out-dated, or ordinary dresses, and theyre quite fairly priced. This is also the only bridal shop in the area that is going to be providing elegant womens bridal pantsuits, perfect for the nontraditional bride.

I got my wedding dress from this bridal shop. They were spot on. Very professional and such a beautiful place. My dress was altered to fit my body and made me feel so beautiful.

They go out of their way to make sure the bride is happy. Appointment flowed smoothly and they gave my party a champagne toast when I chose my dress.

It was incredible! Gorgeous dresses and such a friendly staff! After 15 minutes of being in there, I found my dress and bought it!

We had a really unpleasant experience at this bridal shop. The place was incredibly crowded. There were four groups looking at dresses at one time and so not all of the dresses were even available to look at. We were also positioned far away from the dressing rooms and my sister had to walk all the way across the store to stand in front of her mirror. On top of that, the sales associate we had was INCREDIBLY rude. She was unhelpful and not present and made rude comments when we didnt like a dress and complained the whole time. This was an awful experience.

I felt like I had so many choices that were both my style and in my price range! Kat listened to my likes and dislikes and helped me find “the dress”. She also made a point to make me feel like I could take as much time as I wanted to try on dresses which I loooved! No rushed decisions! There really is a great selection at reasonable prices - definitely recommend stopping in!
