I had an amazing experience purchasing kitchen cabinets at Woodhaven in Lakewood. When I walked in I was amazed at the selection. So much to choose from and cabinets for every budget. My sales person, Anthony, was phenomenal. He showed me cabinets that were very reasonably priced and designed the perfect kitchen for me. Then he came to my house to ensure my measurements were correct. The cabinets arrived in excellent condition with no touch up needed. I love the look and layout. Anthony is a great designer. He listens to what you want your new kitchen to look like and makes suggestions as the design progresses. I honestly could not be happier with my new kitchen. I have attached some pictures right after installation. Just need some touch up painting. Again thank you Anthony!!!

We are very happy with the Anderson 200 series slider we purchased and had installed by Woodhaven. We sat down with Bill who was very honest and knowledgeable. The entire process was hassle free. Brian the installer did an excellent job. He was clean, left no mess and it looks top notch. I would definitely recommend using them.

Very unprofessional and not willing to help. I was their to inquire on window screens, I spoke to John on the phone and when I got there I met with Jose. Both of them seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. I contacted silver line manufactures and advised on the lack of service I received when I was there. Very rude and lack of skills. I was able to find another place to do my screens and the process is Seamless…… I do not recommend to do business with.

Had a very difficult front door installation with multiple vendors turning down the job. WoodHaven were the only people that were willing to be creative and get my job done. Installation went perfect. I am very happy with the job and would recommend them to anyone.

Best work around! My husband and I were looking for a sliding back door and a quote on windows. Andersen “renew” came out and refused to leave my house for 5 hours after giving us a $90,000 quote for windows and doors in our home. Yes, I said $90,000 but only $65,000 if I signed right now. Amazing deal right? The next day after feeling completely defeated, my husband reached out to Woodhaven for a second opinion, and ended up speaking to Bill. He was so honest and gave us real expectations and a plan for updating our doors and windows in stages. He also reassured me that windows and doors on my home would not cost anywhere near $65,000 or $90,000. No sales pitch, no hassle and the quote took about 30 minutes not 5 hours!!! Bill’s installer Brian came out and replaced our front doors, back slider and kitchen window with a plan to work on the house in sections. We have been so happy with the work and will definitely be using Bill and Brian at Woodhaven for the work on the rest of our home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I did a full kitchen renovation in my home recently and used Woodhaven Lumber as the supplier for my cabinets. The entire process was extremely smooth and pretty stress-free. My experience was excellent from start to finish. Every individual at Woodhaven Lumber, whether it was in Manahawkin or Lakewood, was extremely accommodating, very responsive to any questions or issues I had, followed up on all of my requests, and was highly professional and efficient. I’m very happy with my new kitchen and very thankful for all the help and support that I got from Woodhaven. I highly recommend them.

1st time I used this company. Was referred by building contractor working across from my home. Sales person was great to work with. Estimate came quickly as did delivery of material. Unfortunately, the material was of low quality. Material was wood for outdoor deck. Most decking pieces were delivered damaged or of low quality. See pictures. I called and they told me they would replace them but not right away. I went to Home Depot to replace most boards but had to wait for the ones Home Depot didnt stock. Woodhaven sent a driver to pick up damaged material and when I received my refund, it was wrong. When I called to find out why, I was told the driver who picked up the damaged material changed the count to a lesser count. The driver never had me confirm anything. I spoke to the sales associate again and long story short they are refunding the difference. Just a side note and this was on me, always check pricing. Most of the lumber I received was priced higher than Home Depot.

He stopped by my home with samples so that I had a good visual of the colors and the woods. This was the most excruciating transaction I’ve experienced. I purchased kitchen cabinets. The designer was beyond slow and did absolutely nothing to level set on timing. I should have run for the hills then. Despite the fact that I provided exact details on what I needed and requested minimum changes, the design phase took about 3 months.Then once approved, she sat on my order another 2/3 weeks. The order itself took 8 weeks, not included the lag in her ordering.Once everything arrived, there were numerous errors, missing panels, missing hardware. All of those components took FIVE ADDITIONAL weeks. The worst part is that no one is apologetic or trying to help resolve. I’ve called to speak with management. No one even calls me back. The designer referred me to the warranty which has nothing to do with them screwing up the order, requiring me to pay additional labor.Overall hands down worst customer service I’ve experienced and for such an expensive order. I find unacceptable. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache!

Terrible serviceI ordered some lumber and was told it will be delivered the next day when it didnt show up a week later I called to find out why it wasnt delivered the said so what!! And didnt apologize just to bad try another place

My wife and I just bought a house and wanted to renovate the house starting with the kitchen. We were on a tight schedule cause we moved here from NYC. We started with the big box store on Hooper. Needless to say we didn’t even get started and had issues with their assigned installer. So cancelled immediately and went to Woodhaven. Met Anthony S, from the beginning he immediately came to make measurements, within days designed the layout spent an enormous time with my wife choosing the cabinets in less than a week, cabinets were ordered and he assured us they would meet the timetable we needed. While we hoped they would meet the timetable we honestly were not expecting it. Things can and always go wrong. Well were we surprised. Cabinets were ON TIME, installers were on time, the installers were great. Mike, Gene and their foreman were the nicest guys, professional and helpful. We even added another cabinet cause of a separate issue that had to do with a custom range hood which couldn’t be installed cause of an engineering issue. So with the change of plans again Anthony immediately ordered the additional cabinet and within a couple of weeks it was built and installed days after completion. Almost everything we had to do with the house was t with delays, installer issues, Woodhaven surprised us. I can be picky, after all I work on multi million dollar construction sites, but Woodhaven was great to work with. I would highly recommend them, Anthony, Mike, Tommy and Gene...

Horrible! Ive been waiting for a quote for like two months now! I never had the quote sent to me. I call and call and call, just to have Laura Gribble never available. Well I dont have my phone growing out of my hip when she finally calls me. This phone tag isnt working, and I dont know why you guys just cant email or mail the quote to me. Im done. Im going to Lowes. You guys just lost a huge sale. Done!

Not bad at all, my opinion is they have good customer service and when I needed to have my order filled on the shipping dock it wasnt a long wait at all, good attitudes from the employees and they have cold drink & snack vending machines on the dock !

The job I worked at Woodhaven Lumber was ok, I actually like that kind of work although Lakewood Im not fond of. The walking is much too long before another bus stop, no nearby deli store, and if anything goes wrong and your not prepared, like my cell phone ran out of charge, you could be in a serious situation without help and u hardly see any security or law enforcement around.
