I recently made an appointment for an oil change on my 2021 Jeep Cherokee. My appointment time was 12:45 pm, and when I brought my car in, the service area was empty. Upon check-in, I was told that the wait would be approximately one hour. The one hour wait for an oil change turned out to be three hours and fifteen minutes, which is ridiculous, given the fact that Pine Belt advertises an Express Lane oil change service, with no appointment necessary. Could it be that Pine Belt concentrates on their walk-in business for extra income, while their loyal customers with appointments are kept waiting? The only bright spot in this extremely frustrating experience was their service writer, Anissa Solomon. This young woman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, with a great personality. She did all that she could to make this horrible experience as comfortable as possible. With all that is going on in the work force today, Pine Belt should be thankful to have Anissa as an employee.
So besides the ghost vehicles they have. Was gonna by a vehicle from them, they made me sit for over an hour as they tracked down the vehicle I was scheduled to test drive only to find out it was just sold. But of course they had others for me to look at. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago only to get a phone call 45 minutes before appointment to cancel... Apparently new customers bare not important. I was told to go elsewhere. Thanks pine belt!
I went here a few times looking for a new used car. Every time the staff were nice and attentive. They also contacted me as I asked when they had a similar vehicle in stock or a good deal on another one. Lucas and Mike were awesome, super friendly and were extremely down to earth. I appreciated this because this was my first time buying a new car and it made it a better experience then I’ve had with other dealerships. In the end we couldn’t work out a deal but if you want it to be a relatively painless procedure check this place out.
Shady sales men over pricing and they will charge for a certified preowned inspection that has not even been provided to the customer. Then you are charged a fee to be a life time member of the dealer, and that does nothing for you. After they receive your money they will not assist. I had to complain to true car upon purchase. Now that the car is having engine troubles the rep said it’s not on them if they actually did the certified inspection this would have been seen Its a common issue. But now I have to pay out of pocket to a mechanic at only a year of this certified preowned vehicle. That fact that I am a veteran and been cheated and treated this way is just disgusting. Chrysler Jeep Dodge I expected more, I understand that the dealerships are owned independently but they carry out business under your name some accountability to the consumer is needed.
I can’t say enough about my experience, Go see mike smith. Great guy and very helpful. I’ve never been to a dealership where the sales rep is really on your side to help you out. Mike Earned my business, family and friend. Thank you mike
Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Took my vehicle in over a month ago, and they said the issue was covered under warranty. After a warranty claim was put in there has been no contact with me to let me know what is going on by Doug, who is supposedly the one taking care of my claim. What good is offering a warranty to customers if nothing ever comes of a claim when something needs to be fixed?
DO NOT BUY HERE, SERVICE CAN BE DECEITFUL & MISLEADING AS WELL AS INCREDIBLY RUDE.Went in this morning to get my lease serviced for a recall as well as a/c recharge. Off the bat we were told since our warrenty had expired they would charge up to $450 for the service, but did so in a fast manner as to throw me off. I was never told while making my appointment that my warrenty had expired. So I asked to speak with the manager thats when things got incredibly difficult.I spoke with Leo and at the very start he was rude. I explained to him that the lease is just about up & why isnt it covered? & he literally said thats your problem. & I admit I got rude right back with him and he simply seemed to not want to be helpful & attempt to look like he knew what he was talking about. & at the end of the visit when I mentioned to my wife that Leo had an incredibly smart attitude he came storming out of his office & said the only one with a smart attitude here is you. All while denying me the opportunity to talk to his boss.I did have an attitude as they were literally attempting to hustle money out of customers but this is incredibly unprofessional & not something anyone should have to put up with. Attitude or not. Some of the service staff however were incredibly helpful but I understand they can only do so much. The real problem here is the service manager. Just be mindful & aware when buying.
If you need service, find another place--they are 3-4 weeks out in service. Hire more people or obtain a better scheduling tool. Funny, my wifes Porsches service needs are: call monday, in tuesday, fixed Wednesday. Its a jEEP!! SERIVCE BLOWS!~
Best experience Ive ever had at a service depot. From the minute I walked in, I got treated like royalty.Anissa Solomon was so helpful (definitely needs to be promoted)I dropped off my car, they gave me a Lyft ride home. I had to leave the car over the weekend so they gave me a loaner. I got updated by text what the status on the repair was. From beginning to end, was a pleasure.Best place to go to.
The definition of “car salesmen” bought a used Jeep paid upfront in cash and the customer service ended there. I was told straight up lies about the offers that were given to me.Had to have it towed in within weeks and the service dept refused to service it, ended up taking it to my private mechanic and the breaks were bad, apparently at 14 thousand dollars it’s not important to check the break system.I spoke with a manager who gave me a bunch of lip service I truly believed he was going to make things right, he told me to contact him after the weekend which I did,it’s been 2 months and they ghosted me.I understand everything about why car salesmen have a bad reputation because at pine belt Jeep they hire them.
Similar service experience as Pete, Second time in for service, first wasnt so good but I decided to try again. I made an appointment for a recall repair on my Jeep and to diagnose cause of message Vehicle will not restart in 100 miles see dealer for service displayed on dash. Dropped vehicle at scheduled appointment time 10:00 am Thursday 5/27. later in the day I received a message the repair was not completed, another day was needed, I agreed. Friday afternoon I initiated contact I was asked to leave it over the weekend so they could finish on Tuesday. Turns out NOTHING was done in the 2 days the car was at the dealer. They never touched the car, no diagnosis, no recall repair nothing! Dont know how your dealership obtained JD Powers awards with this level of NON service.
From the moment we pulled into the garage, there couldnt have been more polite and friendly people. We were greeted by a professional who did the prep and computer intro. We went to the waiting room where everyone who went by greeted us. Have a great day. Do you need anything? The restrooms were immaculate. The oil change was done quickly. It is a pleasure to come to Pine Belt.
Anissa is my outstanding Service Advisor. I continue to have consistently positive experiences at this dealership. Have purchased a vehicle from them take my other JCD vehicles to them for service over the years. Give them a try.
We have been coming to Pinebelt for years, mostly out of convenience because we live in Brick. Every time we have used them for sales or service we would swear it would be the last time because the service was so poor. I have finally had enough and will no longer be giving them my business, even if I have to go out of my way. I recently had a minor service for an electrical repair, they kept my truck for 5 days. I work full time. I have an expensive extended warranty through Allstate. They told me the repair was not covered (it was, after speaking with Allstate they said Pinebelt never contacted them). They even had my Allstate contract number on the invoice, so they cant deny knowing of my extended warranty. I should of also gotten a loaner vehicle, but wasnt offered one because the repair supposedly wasnt covered. If youre wondering why I let them keep my truck for 5 days, its because it was a wire to my blinker, and I did not want to risk getting a ticket or into an accident. We had a 1 PM appointment on a Friday at 1 PM, when my wife brought my truck in, they said we did not have an appointment. We had numerous confirmations text and emails through their automated system. Then we were told it would be looked at first thing Saturday morning. Then when it wasnt completed, they told us first thing Monday morning since they are closed on Sundays. We finally got my truck back on Tuesday. Never again! I can only assume their horrendous customer service is due to the popularity of Jeeps and Rams, and since they basically sell themselves the customer service has gone completely out the window. I have numerous other complaints involving sales negotiations, lease agreements, and other service issues, but I dont like to waste my time and energy being negative. But enough is enough. Please do not contact me, as I will never use your company again.
Service was fast and the staff were all polite and accommodating. I showed up early for my appointment and they took me in right away. I will be definitely coming back to have them service my new truck .
I posted a one star review because it will not allow me to post ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. We had an appointment to see a vehicle at 11am. We arrived early, there was no salesman to help us, they had to search for another salesman. Apparently the person we had an appointment to see was busy. We were told the vehicle would be in front of the dealership, it was not. After they finally located it, we were told it was in the service department, and we could not see it even though we had confirmations of our appointment. We were told that the sales department called us last night to let us know that we could not see the vehicle. They did not. We had a text confirming our appointment for this morning. Here we go, bait and switch.....Then we were shown another vehicle, we asked for 4WD, the salesman drove it up so we could take it for a ride, it was RWD. Thats it, we are done. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Leased my first Jeep 4 days ago. Eugene Pascucci was my salesman. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Eugene went above & beyond to accommodate me. I not only love my Jeep but appreciate his professionalism. If you’re considering getting any one of the many vehicles they have, you won’t be disappointed! Pine belt and Eugene deserve these 5 stars!!
Called for an appointment this morning for an oil change and by 2:30 this afternoon it was done. Beautiful dealership and it was sparkling clean. The employees were very helpful for my first visit here. Definitely it will be the dealership that I will go back to for all my needs.
This is my second time calling to try to get my vehicle serviced and have been told twice that there is a two week wait time. First time i needed to bring my vehicle in it was emergent and ended up breaking down on the side of the highway and second time was just for an oil change. This is the last time I’ll be calling.
Hands down one of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle. Never once felt pressured. Everyone was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my family was satisfied with the purchase.
I had been shopping for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for months. I went to a number of dealerships, where the prices would change or the vehicles would not be what I expected. I made an appointment and encountered Michael Smith upon arrival. He gave me pricing when I request it, broke down all the costs without hesitation, and knew every answer about not just the one on his lot, but for the ones that I was comparing against. That is why I drove more than 2 hours to come back and do business with him. He was up front, honest and had real answers to my questions. Will definitely refer folks to him and Pine Belt
Had a great experience in the service department! Special thanks to Doug who took great care of me. Hope he has much success.
The service department is amazing very friendly from the minute you get there and my advisor Anissa was amazing on point and know her stuff super nice went out of her way.
My Experience Was Amazing! First dealership I was in and out with the vehicle and payments of my dreams! I recommend everyone to come here! Make your you ask for the salesman Randy Hammonds! He’s new but he’s amazing! Thank you once again
The experience was amazing! So simple and easy. Everyone who helped me along the way was great.
Definitely the worse sales experience I ever witnessed . As I’m asking a question the rep just gets up and walks away. Rep so no way your getting the deal you wanted, welll ....... drove 20 extra minutes to Lester glen and got exactly what we were hoping for
Had THE BEST experience at Pine Belt Jeep! Rob and Mike helped us and they were extremely easy to work with. Gave us a great price right up front and didnt feel pressured at all! The entire process was smooth and quick! Would highly recommend!!!!
This dealership rates a zero on customer service. My daughter tried to purchase a car that was advertised on their website that she submitted an application for and told the salesperson Kevin that if she did not qualify for financing she would purchase it cash. Was told it was in for the inspection and unable to be shown yet and we would be contacted as soon as it was available to be shown. I followed up the next day and each day after for four days, with no response from Kevin or John, only to be told the car was sold. In four days I could not get a person to speak to about the car. The manager is patronizing and says well we dont hold vehicles. We have other vehicles. I would never give them my business after this. So sad for my daughter who is trying to purchase her first vehicle and is in a bind right now because she is student teaching quite a distance from home and needs a reliable vehicle.
I dealt with the a salesman named Randy H. He was very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable of the vehicles on site. He was very professional and excellent customer service skills. I will definitely refer my friends and family to go and see him for their purchases on a vehicle.
Amazing place to buy a car from. They treat you like family. Just wish we couldve gotten my deal done. Wasnt in the cards, when Im ready, Ill be back.
The Dealership is very appealing. The Sales Rep were very eager to assist. Randy Hammonds was courteous, professional, and kind. It was very easy to communicate with him. He immediately greeted us with a smile and was happy to assist in any possible way.
This was my first experience with the Pine Belt service department. I was very impressed with the ease, efficiency, and transparency of my service visit. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. I also enjoyed the service video and constant communication with the service staff.
Anissa is the best!!! Great asset to have. Always cheerful, smiling ear to ear and always takes care of my vehicles. Highly recommend Anissa and Pine Belt!!!
This was my first experience with Jeep service. Excellent service, super friendly, clean. Amanda was excellent and I like the text messages. Sometimes you don’t know who I calling so having this option is great to respond too.
I went in looking for a Ram recently and Mike Smith was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He was able to guide me not only on what was available, but on the right truck for my needs. Will continue to buy my vehicles through him
Just when I thought the days of sleazy car sales was over, Pine Belt showed me that they were alive and well. I was referred by Costco and went through the entire internet buying process, including a quote for my trade-in based on a full description and photos from every angle. I drove an hour on Saturday morning thinking I was picking up my new Jeep only to be offered $2,000 less on my trade with no reason given. My trade was exactly as I described it. Then I was accused of lying about my trade-in quote, which was confirmed when I called the Internet Sales Team. An all around bad experience. There are enough Jeep dealers around. I suggest choosing a different one.
I am overwhelmed by their kindness and commitment to their customers. Elio was my sales person and he was awesome in helping me get an affordable used truck. Matt, one of the managers, also helped me big time. Ill defintieky be back.
I just want to start off with a Huge thankyou! today because i brought my truck in for service today because the Buhler dealer that i bought my truck from in Hazlet refused to try and fix my concern i had with my vehicle and tried to tell me nothing was wrong with my door and also tried telling me it was out of warranty with the 12/12 but in fact it was covered under the basic 36,000 mile warranty! I was extremely happy with the service performed and that they went above and beyond and made me a very happy customer i will now be bringing my truck here for any service needed along with my familys other three vehicles! i would much rather travel the extra miles to get the proper service and honesty that comes with this dealership! i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!
The service representative Anissa that helped me today was easily the nicest, most professional, and most knowledgeable one that I have ever encountered through the years at Pinebelt. I was very very happy with the service I received today!
Robert L. was a caring and accommodating salesman for trading in my Jeep lease and finding me the car of my dreams! Robert listened carefully to what I wanted and was able to deliver in a short period of time. He prepared most documents prior which made dealership time down to a minimum. The process was seamless and easy. Thank you Robert for keeping me in the wrangler family and helping me.
First I want to say I went to several dealerships before coming to Pine Belt in Lakewood. I had horrible experiences with each one. When I got to the dealership the car I wanted to look at was all ready to go. Mike Weeden and Brian Cosgrave made this process so smooth and honestly enjoyable. I left Saturday and the car was delivered to me on Monday. We did all the paperwork in the comfort of my home. Brian answered any questions I had and showed me how to use everything in the car. I have to say the process was truly enjoyable and I hate shopping for cars. I highly recommend this dealership, and even more so highly recommend Mike and Brian for all your needs! I am in love with my new car!
After about two solid months of calling dealerships, researching car websites and actually visiting several. Ive been to dealerships from the Poconos area over to the top of NJ and all the way down to Delaware. Out of all these dealerships BSing me around and lying or doing their little weasel tactics I almost gave up. I then visited Pine Belt which is local for me because I live in Ocean County. A young guy named Mark Fratto (I think I spelled it right) showed me around. I thought to myself this guy must be new because hes too normal and not pushy. It was actually nice for a change. I then called a week later and spoke with Marjorie and she broke down all the rebate and incentive nonsense that dealerships fool you with. She broke it all down to me and showed me the actual price before I even went back. My wife did not want to go because she is just not a fan of that area. I told her, well were going because theyre the only damn one who were honest with me. So we went, I asked for my guy Mark (Please ask for Mark Fratto, hell look out for you) and I got my dream truck (2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn Blacked Out) which is actually my first pickup too, LOL. Long story short is this place is a hidden gem. Just go, sit with Mark and youll see theyre actually straight up with you with no BS weasel tactics. Thank you Pine Belt, Im for sure going to recommend you guys.
I purchased my first jeep renegade about 3 months ago from Eugene P of Pine belt Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram of Lakewood Eugene made my purchase pleasurable and problem free not only is he a great respectful salesman but a caring professional individual i was so pleased to do business with him that my two sisters returned to the same dealer and requested that they have Eugene for there salesman as well he also made there two vehicle purchases easy and pleasurable i highly recommend him for any sale that you would have he cares about making the purchase and the client highly satisfied, Because of him i will definitely return when my lease is up for either another lease or a purchase of the one that i have now, Thanks Eugene
Chris Purdie helped me find my dream car, while staying in my price range. He was so helpful, and understanding of the fact that I am still in school. I will never go to anyone else to buy a car. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I am so grateful that buying my car went so smoothly. I am a happy customer, that will be returning in the future!
Provided w a loaner for a recall. Friendly service and staff.
Anissa was super helpful and accommodating when I had to bring in my wrangler for servicing multiple times. She is very knowledgeable and professional and resolved a stressful situation calmly and easily!
John Stendardi was a great person to work with. He didn’t try to pull the usual car salesman tricks and really listened to what I needed. Not once did he try to get me to look at a truck I didn’t want and when I said this isn’t the right truck for me we moved on. I highly recommend asking for John if you are shopping at this dealership. His manager Mike was very good too for the brief interactions we had.
Love my Ram! Michael Smith was the most knowledgeable person I have encountered. He knew my Ram inside and out and helped me. He listened to me and help make the best choice. Even sent me pics and put together a video highlighting my truck.
Anissa was great!! Got me in/out and kept to the promised timeframe
After vowing years ago to never return to this location due to a less than satisfactory experience, Chris P got me back! Staff was courteous, professional, engaging and fun. Showroom and areas were clean and sanitized. Way to go, Pine Belt, and thank Chris P for saving a customer!
They did not honor there internet price; however, we reached a number that I was happy with... But, once the paperwork went to the finance office the agreed amount changed drastically. Then with all the supposedly chaos trying to get me approved, running my credit through 13 banks, they come back saying they got me the best deal they could. A High APR even with my good credit score... So the chaos with the insurance company sending my new cards and binder, I was just signing paperwork to get things moving because I had been there for many hours by then... In the end once I got home and had a chance to review the paperwork I noticed the bad business they conducted in that back office without informing me of the these numbers they were pushing forward to banks without my consent.... Will never recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been here twice in the past week looking at a jeep, no one approached me. I walked around the showroom, full of workers, and no one asked if I needed help with anything or greeted me.
Anissa is super sweet and very helpful. Easy and fun time at service.
Never wrote a review before and Im very disappointed. Been a loyal customer of the service dept since purchasing my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Last night, 2/5, came home and the car sounded horrific with rust water on the garage floor. Called to have someone look at it on an emergency basis as I need the car. Could not get an appointment until 2/22. Not acceptable. The suggestion was to take it to the closest Jeep service. You are the closest. Up until today, I have been satisfied with Pine Belt. Not any more. Took the car to a local service service center and it was in bad shape. Water pump, belt tensioner and more. Unsafe to drive. I have an extended warranty with Jeep, but forced to pay $1200 on an emergency basis. This is the 5th Jeep I have owned. Maybe the last.Rick Eytel
I would stay away from this dealership. I was misled and lied to on multiple occasions. What a terrible experience.
Initially I was very frustrated. Had two cars with issues and had planned on bring in 1, leaving and swapping out later. More trips but less waitingWas assured via phone would be done in less than 1 hour, so scheduled both cars together with plan to wait but did not confirm wait time when my daughter and I dropped off both vehicles. Turns out was not true and really was not in a mood to hang around given a painful reaction to COVID shot # 2 I got day before. At 1100 was told it would be after lunch at which point indicated I was leaving. Loris Ader was able to get me and my daughter out of there within 30 min with both cars done. Excellent rescue of a bad situation. Really recommend that whoever is scheduling service try an approach I always emphasized, under promise and overperform, not vice versa
Love the service team ..... sales & financing teams needs to take some lessons
Had a great experience with the service department especially Dough for a fast service and great communication with me. Thank you so much!!
Anissa in service went above and beyond, very knowledgeable and friendly upon arrival she knew exactly what was wrong with my jeep👍👍👍👍
STAY AWAY!!!Terrible experience with them. If you are looking for honest car dealer this is not it..Here’s some points on my visit:1-Bait & Switch... saw a Ram online called to check availability, worked some numbers on the website and plan my visit.Once I got there(it was dark already) they checked all my info and the vin from the car I was looking for they went to get the car..And it was a different (cheaper w less options) one!!Once I told them, they said it was a mistake and would get me one like I saw online. After 1 hour the got the 2 car and it did have all the options but was with 5k miles on it not brand new..2-Arrogance and poor costumer serviceAfter all this happened the sales manager (David I think) came to talk with me with such arrogance (we sell 300 cars a month we don’t lie) after I showed him the numbers i Did on there(pinebelt)website that came to monthly total of $183.60 he told that numbers are wrong it’s impossible and my payment would be $645 a month for that (used car). After I told him it can’t be he went inside and magically the $645 number now became $229.3- Even if you use their website to calculate numbers they will always try to fool you!!There’s so many new car dealers around.. don’t waist your time with them.If they sell 300 car a month or not I don’t know. But the night I was there for 3 hours, 4 other customers walk out on them and went to buy someplace else!!
Fast, friendly service- even provided a Lyft
Bud experience I call for a cargo van the guy sed I have the van, I drive 1 hour I arrive and they say that it does not have, he try to show other cars very very bud.
I arrived at the service center and the client service representative was so organized. She continued to text message me updates about my vehicle . Very satisfied
Fast, efficient and fully informed. Thanks guys.
Check vehicle in right away and I was late but no issues by staff ! All problems with vehicle taken cared of with professionalism, very grateful ! My next vehicle, next year, will be a Durango or Grand Cherokee to be purchased here, thanks.
BEWARE!!! they only want to work with “their preferred banks for a loan” if you come with an approval from your bank they will play games!!!Very disappointed!! After sending my approval letter they tell me there’s 3 appointments! BEWARE!!!
The sale was great, they made sure to get me the vehicle I wanted and locked it up.
Outstanding experience. My service advisor (Anissa) went above and beyond to make my experience a good one! Because of Anissa, I look forward to always having my jeep grand Cherokee serviced at pinebelt!
Smoothest service experience ever! I watched the video on my phone of the mechanic’s walkthru & explanation of truck’s current state, and even paid on my phone before my Service Rep brought me a copy of my invoice.
I bought a 2018 certified pre owned Jeep Grand Cherokee last week from Robbie. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and so hands on! Not only was he genuine and funny but he did his best to make sure I got the car I wanted at the best possible price. I will definitely be contacting Robbie in the future for any car purchase I make moving forward. I highly recommend working with this sales rep!
They are awesome! I’d give 10 stars if I could
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. They will bait you with online deals and pricing that they dont live by. How does a $22K vehicle cost $34K over 75 months? That would be 50% interest. Somebody there is smoking something illegal. Not the first time this has happened either, I expect a call in 2 days telling me we found what was wrong and can now offer you what you want. Absolute crooks.
Job was completed reasonably quick. Left and filled up with gas with no problems
Excellent service! Very helpful and were great to work with.
You guys lost a lot of customers when you fired Loris. He was the advisor that had my daughters vehicle fixed for the RIGHT price. She would’ve left that night with the repair not done but he gained our trust by his actions. If we didn’t meet him, the other employee would’ve Not one of our 7 vehicles will be back to Pine Belt.
After a long search I found the perfect Jeep Wrangler here and could not be more pleased. After visiting three different dealerships closer to home I found myself at Pine Belt Jeep Dodge Ram. I have never experienced such a helpful and honest group of people at a dealership. A year later and I continue to recommend this dealership and Product Specialist Michael to friends and family.
As always we were given excellent service and attention.
I recently purchased a Subaru through Rob Tremarco (AKA Robbie Pine Belt) and the entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. Rob was professional, patient and kind every step of the way. He truly listened to all my car buying concerns and answered all my questions. I had my daughter with me and he treated her like a little princess throughout the process. I highly recommend Rob if you want a sales person that you can trust and who you can be sure has your best interests in mind at all times. My husband has since consulted with Rob on many occasions on a new car purchase and Rob has never once pressured him into a sale. He gives really good advice and we will surely come back when the time comes to purchase a new car again. Thanks Rob and Pine Belt for making the car buying process a breeze!
Absolutely the best experience in all our years of visiting different dealerships. No pressure just there to help. Robbie jumped through hoops, bending over backwards to help us figure out what was the best deal for us.Hes a rock star! Were so pleased with the car we chose and it was painless and effortless and he makes you feel very relaxed and stress free which is saying a lot since I have always found car shopping to be one of the most stressful experiences. We were undecided on models and financing and changed our minds a few times and he just rolls with it, making it even more stress free. He got us a great deal on both our trade and new car and even though we were trading in an older jeep, no one there made you feel like, why did you bring us an old car and expect top dollar. They offered us a fair price and everyone we came in contact with was outstanding. The showroom is immaculate. My husband even asked if I visited the restrooms and was amazed how clean the entire place is. My doctors office should be so clean!! Pretty sure we wont be using any other dealership in the future.
This was my 1st experience with Pine Belt and we are already looking to buy 2 more vehicles with this incredible group of people! Everyone we encountered was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was part of a big family! Robbie T was the BEST! He took his time showing us every vehicle we wanted to look at all while explaining the dynamic features of each car! He was 100% true to his word and even went above and beyond to deliver the car to my home so we were able to give my daughter the surprise of a lifetime with her dream Sahara Wrangler Unlimited! Robbie was always available for my questions and promptly returned every call! Today is truly a very Happy Thanksgiving in our home!!!
At first it seemed good and I was really excited. However, as the day progressed, my overall impressions dropped. I prefer to go to a dealer that is very transparent and honest about their prices. You should note that there prices reflect a $1000 Pine Belt Rewards customer dealer reimbursement. Some will not qualify. In other words, if this this is the first time you are going to this dealer, then make sure you add $1000 to the price that they post online. They are not very flexible on their prices. Instead they use the $1000 as a way to make you feel that they are actually taking of some money. Additionally, the salesman I had seemed to be getting frustrated and seemed to be in a rush. The manager never came to speak to us or to greet us. Overall it wasnt the worst but at least they had the car I wanted.
3 days agoWe went to see a Town and Country minivan advertised online on several sites. I had been here before while looking for a different car a year ago. Nothing has changed. It still sucks. They couldnt find the folder with the vehicle info, without that, they couldnt tell me about it, or the price, or what they could do about the price. So were all clear, its Nov 30th, the last day if the month. The day every aweso.e deal is done to get the sale in for the month. The sales man looked for about 10 min, in that time I walked the showroom, used the nathroom and had 2 cups if freecoffee. Those were the highlights. The salesman came back wreaking of alcohol, it was 11 am. If I was on vacation that would be cool, but I have my wife and 2 children under 3 with me. We left. This place sucks. Heres the dealer tag to show proof. Had cash in hand.
OVERALL Review : Honestly I wouldnt recommend going in dealership just email them online and avoid going in until you got your final price.Walked in 2 weeks ago looking for a SXT Challenger for a friend, he kept asking why my friend wasnt here and I told him they were working... ANYWAYS I asked a few questions on a certain vehicle. I was VERY specific to make things super easy for the salesman gave him all the information. He looked super disinterested the entire time as if I wasnt a true customer, I gave my information and he just walked away. LIKE WHAT lol not even a bye. He did nothing he told me he would do with the information as he said he would before walking away.My questions :Do you have this car in stock. Here is my price range (His question What is your price range)Do you have any base models without any added on perks. Can you let me know when or if you have this car in stock. Can you keep my communication through email. (Reason why I didnt give a phone number, I get enough spam so I dont pick up calls anymore from random numbers and my voicemail is usually full)
On April 29, 2020 my girlfriend and I had the pleasure of purchasing two vehicles from the Pine Belt car dealership family. I assumed that purchasing a vehicle during a global pandemic would be a nightmare, but, in fact, it was the complete opposite! All it took was a few phone calls between the expert staff, specifically Ryan Concord and Rob Dosil, and the paperwork was done and we were ready to head over and pick the vehicles up, all within 1 day! The process was painless and to make matters even better, expert Geo Padilla was an added bonus as he knew everything there is to know about one of the vehicles and answered every question we had without hesitation. The entire process was extremely painless and I think it took longer to drive home than it did at the dealership. I cannot say enough positive things about the dealership, its employees, and the experience as a whole. If youre even thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, I would HIGHLY recommend this be your first stop but dont blame me if you end up enjoying the car buying experience more than your car.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Very detailed and quick service.
Went in to buy a 2019 Dodge and we were $1000 off in price - they dont budge. Left and bought a car at another dealer same day. They will never see me again - a loyal multi Dodge owner. Robbie the sales person was good and hassle free but, management not flexible or wanting to sell a car they have owned for (7)+ months. Funny thing is that, they have a 2020 with basically the same MSRP with a bigger discount. Makes zero sense, oh well, very happy with my new car and the transaction at the other dealer was seamless! Shop around folks, makes sure you are getting the best and a transparent deal.
Awesome, easy car buying experience, and great customer service. Thanks Lucas!
Purchased a car at Pine Belt Chrysler yesterday with the help of Robbie T. He was patient and helpful through the whole process. Keeping us informed each step of the way. Thanks Robbie for making a difficult task much easier. Very satisfied!
Amazing service, very professional...my service advisor Anissa was great! I will definitely come back!
Quick and professional!Doug at the service desk was great!Highly recommend!
I had a nice experience here. I worked with Chris P. and he was very helpful and down to earth. I knew I wanted a Jeep but I wasnt settled on which model so we tested a few and I never felt rushed or pressured. He got me a good deal and now I am in love with my first ever Jeep. They do however need to get a new insurance guy. He was very slow and way too chatty considering we had been there for 6 hours at that point. Wonderful experience otherwise!
We love out Ram 1500 Limited. Amazing truck! Great place to buy from. Michael Smith made our purchase so easy. He gave us a cord to project the phone and sent a video of the truck! Great experience!
I will definitely be back and purchasing from Robbie T! I came in with just wanting to look at a few cars and to get a better understanding of what they had to offer. Even though Rob knew he wasn’t making a sale that day, he took the time and sat with me to review all my options. Was incredibly professional and you could tell really cared about his clients. When the time comes for me to purchase a new Jeep I will be going directly to Rob!
Service Dept. was excellent. Courteous, professional & work done on time!!
The team at Pine Belt were fast, professional and courteous beginning to start. Great job!
I have always dealt with the most obnoxious salesmen when Ive gone to purchase a vehicle. This time it was a true pleasure!!! Billy Sherman was hands down a fantastic human being to deal with! He was attentive to our needs and wants and did everything he could to put us in a perfect car for our Family. While waiting for finance he was always looking to see how he could make us more comfortable while we waited!! Down to earth and motivated to not just sell cars but to sell you the car you want and not the car that can make them the most money!! Thank you Billy!!
