Sitting here in ABSOLUTE AWE at the sound coming from my new Kenwood. After 3 different responses from a national audio store, I googled audio Tacoma. Rainier Audio popped right up .Wow! Logans reviews were amazing! I called, met him that afternoon and KNEW I had made best choice. Not only did he have it in stock ( all out online) his prices for much better system were way better than the entry level at other store. More importantly I could tell Logan was man of great integrity, and that he knew his stuff. He asked questions I would not have known to ask so I could have best fit for my needs and preferences. Install was seamless. He said it would be like I had a whole new car and he was right. Dont even hesitate . Just go to Rainier and know you are going to be more than satisfied.

I was recommended Rainier Audio by Tacoma Subaru to address some interior noise complaints I had on a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. I hired Rainier Audio to put in sound deadening all over the car, to replace the stock speakers with better ones, to install a subwoofer, and to address any squeaks and rattles they could find.I couldnt be happier with their work. They had great communication and kept me updated on the progress with photos and texts. And their work is top notch. There hasnt been a single squeak or rattle since we picked up the car, the road noise is probably half of what it used to be, and the speakers are much better than the stock ones.Id definitely recommend them for your car audio needs. Ill definitely be using them again in the future.

I had Logan set. my Tacoma up with a full set of 4, Alpine Type X speakers, JL Audio Stealth Box, 5 channel ARC Audio amplifier and full sound deadening treatment.Pricing was very competitive, even against online pricing! He sent me pictures through the entire build process, and wired everything to my stock head-unit via a LC7i line output converter.From start to finish, I was kept in the loop and when I got my truck back you would never know the entire inside of the truck was taken apart. I first spent many thousands at Car Toys and wasnt satisfied with the outcome. It felt like pulling teeth to get them to respond to what I was looking for and offer a real solution even though I was willing to spend more money. Over a year and a half later and multiple car toys I had talked to I called Rainier audio. At first they were reluctant to try and dabble in my system (Im sure because people buy cheap parts and expect the world). They ended up calling me back after talking about what I had and said I had the ingredients for a great system and had me come in to see whats going on. When he took a listen he dialed into the exact problem with the sound that I came in for, and put it in better terms than I couldve. I also wanted to change the sub setup. He said he would develop some options for me and gave me multiple price points to accomplish my goal after looking into my different options based on my concerns and desires and called me and explained them to me.I finally picked up my car today and he explained how everything works and made sure I was happy, and I am ecstatic. He said once the new subs break in to bring it back with my list of ideas for tuning (which will be hard found) and he will hook me up with multiple presets on my DSP to change easily for different types of music.Logans customer service is a rare thing nowadays, his attention and focus is on point, his skill with my complex system was astounding and he seems to be a real genuine and good down to earth person.Thanks for taking care of my headache of a situation! The people at Rainier Audio aim to please. I took in my wifes 2014 Durango and got a complete sound system and left very happy with the outcome. I wont go into my whole experience with them but in a nutshell their customer service is top notch. They want to give you the best experience you can have. They are all around good people. These guys are great. Very knowledgeable and even though I was only there to ask some questions and not buy anything, they still helped out a lot. Told me what my options were. Just need a new head unit with navigation, steering controls and compatible with my back up camera. They knew exactly what to do with my vehicle (planning on relocating my spare on the trunk gate of my 4th gen 4Runner) and gave tons of options. They even do financing which is a plus. When Im ready, these are the guys!

They are clean professionals in what they do but their radios are over priced and they dont install equipment that isnt theirs. The work was done in a timely manner but make sure you dont go in the day you want the radio just go there and schedule an appointment👍🏾

Had them do several things for me and my company, from fixing a dead door speaker in a company car (we dont need anything special, but my techs at least deserve a functional radio), installing GPS units, to installing a subwoofer and aftermarket head unit in my wifes Prius. The work was done quickly and we are and have always been extremely happy with the results and pricing.

Took my Ford Transit in to have them hook up the steering wheel buttons to the aftermarket radio. These guys did exactly what I needed and it was done quickly. I had Logan install a full sound system in my 2002 Camaro last summer in 2018. Not only did he go above and beyond but he also took the time to send me pictures of my installation and recommended things that I never thought of. When all said and done my Camaro looked like it came straight out of the factory with all of the upgrades.Ive been to many radio installation chains across the Seattle area and always felt that I over paid and that they had left my vehicles looking like a cookie cutter installation. You dont see customer service like this anymore.. I purchased a stereo and made an installation appointment for the next day. Prices were good. Next day I arrived a half hour early and was waiting in the parking lot for my appointment time. I havent yet entered the building. The owners son came out to the parking lot, prior to my appointment and said he could start the installation now.. wow, that was cool. Almost immediately after sitting down in the showroom, my truck was finished with the deck install.. maybe 10 min max. I guess the wiring harness was done before I had arrived, making my time at the shop as minimal as possible. I was back on the road before my appointment had even started! Install looks and sounds great. I found this place by reading all the positive reviews, and rainier audio did not disappoint. Im extremely impressed. Ive had poor experiences at cartoys. Rainier audio has gained a new life long customer..

This review is long over due. Logan and Todd upgraded my Tundras stock stereo nearly two years ago with an amp, head unit, camera, speakers, and some dynamat. ThIs system has worked flawlessly since the day it was installed and sounds awesome. Afterward, I had them upgrade the stereo and add a camera in my wifes vehicle, as well. It too, no problems. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I had been wanting blue tooth in my 2005 car but got a bait & switch at the chain store. Rainier Audio installed the stereo that I wanted with the addition of keeping my steering wheel controls for a price that was in my budget. I was impressed because the man working there took his time to talk to me. I wish I would have got his name so I can name him by name but it was younger man. If its a father-and-son type place I would assume it would be the Son. Came here to get my sub replaced. Turns out I needed a new amp too because mine kept switching into protection from too much power. They said they were going to replace the amp and sub, took it to their shop to fix it and turns out it needed all new wiring. They did all of the labor and didnt even charge me for the wiring or the labor for it. Only for the amp and sub. Recommend to any and everyone. These guys are awesome.

I drove up from Everett to have my old sub and amp wired in and installed, but my old equipment no longer worked and they were happy to hook me up with a new sub, sub box and amp in my Audi. That is a respectable quality in my book.That being said, buying speakers is not like buying candy at a store, you cant just buy and expect it to be ready to go. The quality of installation of your audio equipment is their intentions. Depending on your vehicle it can take 30 minutes or 2 hours to install. Either way they are still fast for the quality they provide you.Respect the process and youll be bumpin in no time.

I was shopping around for some speakers and a sub in my 2011 sti for a couple months knowing my tax return was gonna be coming soon. What a great place. Todd and his son went completely out of their way.I purchased a new truck and shortly afterwards, I started having problems with a rattle in the rear passenger door when playing loud music. Under warrenty, I took it to the dealer, they replaced the speaker and told me it was fixed. The next day, the rattle was back. Needless to say, the dealer was useless.I called Rainer Audio and Todd told me to come on by. Over the next hour, his son and him pulled the panel off to find the whole door assembly to be rattling. They installed dynamat and a few other fixes and the rattle was gone. Then they shaked my hand and said enjoy the new truck without charging me a cent.Completely unexpected and undeserved. I whole-heartedly recommend these guys to anyone for stereo needs. A nice shop with a variety of stereo stuff. If you need some stereo upgrades, then you need to visit these guys!!

Call the other shops and ask them to do a safety check on your system and see how many turn you down. I went in to these guys with that issue where they checked to make sure i did it right and refused me trying to pay them for it. I ended up getting a head unit through them that was less than the parts needed to hook up to my stock radio to finish my system! Also had a steal of a deal on a better amp followed up by a professional install. They got parts in the same day too. Theyre a newer shop in the area but trustworthy work and honest help doesnt carry a price tag. Highly recommend them to anyone that wants to not only get a new system but also learn what your options are without trying to sell you things out of your budget. Thanks again guys!!!

I originally called this place to get another opinion on my stereo, that just so happened to be going out in my 2 year old SUV. I knew these guys were very friendly and professional just by speaking with them for only a few minutes. Logan and Todd quickly confirmed that I unfortunately needed a new stereo and explained very clearly why. Everything finally made sense to me and I didnt feel for one second that I was being jerked around. They ended up getting me in asap to put an awesome Kenwood 7 touch-screen w/Apple CarPlay and a sweet back-up camera, which would have cost much more for the dealership putting in the original crappy stereo that had gone out to begin with. Logan and Todd were even gonna shuttle me back and forth because I couldnt arrange a ride at that moment. I got constant updates by text message on everything that was going on. I couldnt believe that I went into this so stressed out and came out of it with complete peace of mind and got exactly what I wanted in the process. These guys are good trust me. As a company when a shope has on the website they are a dealer for a product they should have it instock to show or at least take the time to talk to you about it.They couldnt even take the time to answer any questions all he did was try and rush me out the door. I was ready to spend some money. I feel bad for the company that lost a sale not the shop.

I took my 2016 Toyota Tundra Platinum to them for sound deadening of the doors. This was going to be my first step in making a great sound system in my truck. The stereo in my car is a top of the line JBL system, but has recieved a fair amount of criticism in the Tundra community.Well, after the doors were stuffed with sound deadener, it now sounds PERFECT. In fact, when I picked it up, they told me Id mostly be wasting money on doing more upgrades on the sound system unless I wanted really heavy bass. Refreshing to hear that kind of honesty.I chose Rainier Audio due to the positive Google reviews and the convenient location relative to where I live and work. Very happy with the price and service that I got. I will most definitely use them in the future for any audio needs I have.

These guys are a joke. I came in asking if they had any ferrals for 0 gauge. They said l, no we just shove it in we only use ferrals on speaker wire... So I asked if they test amps. And they said yes, that it was $35. I said. Cool. I told them that it powers on, its not protected, but there is no sound signal. They said sure, we can figure it out. its $35. So I said cool. They plugged it in, on their show room floor, and said yep, no sound signal, its $35. Like are you serious Batman. I just told you that. Thats their bench test no ohm meter, no O-scope. These guys are a joke. I would not recommend.

WOW! Todd said it was going to take an hour or so & made sure I was comfortable. About 30 mins later, he says Logan is done! He offered to help me pair my BY and thank goodness he did because our truck is so old the newer stereo was routing the incoming voice thru the tweeters, making it sound tinny and far. After another 15 mins of troubleshooting, Logan figured out how to wire it so the phone call would come thru the right speakers. FANTASTIC JOB! Really sweet guys and very reasonably priced!

I was looking for a bluetooth stereo and back up camera for my Jetta. I went to a few local shops and found Rainer audio off facebook. Being a smaller shop and newer in the area, they really went above and beyond to take care of me. The installation was clean and professional. Logan walked me through all the features and even installed two USB ports that look factory so I can charge my phone when the car is off. I am very happy with the new kids on the block.
