I couldnt have had a better experience than I had at Emich Chevrolet. The fairness of my trade-in value and the customer service I received from Angel, Fritz, and Andrew was excellent. Much of the transaction was done online, and Angel had all the paperwork ready to go, so my time at the dealership was short. I cant recommend Emich more highly, and I love my new car. Thank you!

Only thing i wish, that would improved my experience, if we could call ahead before we come and get on a Waite list. Like the restaurants do. This would help me when my time is limited due to my work situation. My understanding is that if we are coming for repairs that we can then make an appointment.

We had just started a road trip across the country when our new truck’s engine light came on up the mountain pass. Called and spoke with Russ in the service department, he said ‘swing in and I’ll take a look’. We arrived and within 30 minutes had a clear diagnostic reading and could get back on the road. We wanted to tip as he would not take payment for the service, he wouldn’t accept anything. If you are looking for excellent customer service in a world of disconnect, Emich is your next stop. The sales woman was also very kind and wished us a safe trip. Our experience was great and we felt safe to keep on trucking!

Came here to get a key made from scratch after losing my only one. They made the process painless. They told me what I would need to bring as far as paperwork, and then made me a key and instructions on how to program it myself. Top notch staff. Rico and John are the best.

Very nice staff, very clean place. Had a front end alignment done, was completed in a very timely manner, good price. Didnt like the fact I didnt get a print out of the alignment adjustments that were needed and whatnot to make it true again. Most alignments Ive got done came with a print out of all of the adjustments made, kind of just proves it was completed and what was done because its tied to your VIN.Will def go back tho

Good, friendly people. But, seriously, given how dealerships service departments work, how can I actually know what was done to my car? Its completely possible that Im totally ignorant about what was actually done! For more than 50 years Ive done most of my own automobile maintenance and Id really like to see whats done to my car. At dealerships this is impossible, and it makes me want to seek alternatives.

Engine light came on, on my 19 Colorado diesel. I was from WV towing a car trailer. 5 other Chevy dealers could not work on it due to a backlog on diesel work. Emich came to the rescue and got me back on the road. I was stranded. Made it back to WV, 1500 miles towing, with no problems. Truck ran perfect. 2 thumbs up to Emich!!!

My Chevy Malibu was having an issue that said SHIFT TO PARK even though I was in park. It would not let me shut off the car until the electronic system recognized it was in park so this had to be repaired. None of this was my fault. When I goggled it, it seemed to be a common problem with the Chevy Malibus. I took it to the dealership to get a diagnosis, the diagonisis was the Shift Harness had failed. While my car was at the dealership I called GM Customer Service to see if they would assist in the repair. The repair was $316.00 do you know what portion GM said they would cover? $16.00 - I told them to keep it. Obviously they need it more than me. Very disapointed they dont stand behind a faulty manufactoring job. I had my car repaired, I paid for the whole repair and now GM is $16.00 richer. GO GM!!!!

There are some great people at Emich. Unfortunately, Joe in service is confusingly unprofessional.A separate associate had discussed and emailed me a quote for a repair, which I naturally thought would be honored when I arrived. Upon arrival, that associate was not in, so I was sent to Joe. There was a mistake in the email quote, so Joe insisted on charging me 50% more on the repair. I asked if he could just call the associate who had discussed the job with me so we could clear everything up, but Joe refused and became instantly agitated that I asked. No, I will not call him. Hes new here and I dont have his phone number, etc. I suggested someone must have his number, since he was an employee...but Joe continued to become more angry and rude. This was extremely confusing as a customer. Wouldnt it be easier to just figure out the mistake together, with the original associate or a manager, than to get mad at a customer? In the end, Joe ordered me to “go take a seat in the waiting room,” after which he seemingly moved on to other tasks. Eventually, the other associate arrived, and we handled everything smoothly.

I really like my poor old car but she is getting old and needs lots of TLC. She was protected with seat and floor protectors even though she wasnt as clean as could be. Everything was explained to us as to what they were going to do and what might need to be done. Prices were explained and we were given options. The service area was very clean and well run. We will be back.

The employee the helped me was FABULOUS! I have not owned a car in almost 20 years and have hated navigating all that it involves. I came in for an oil change and she not only explained that process (and was able to confirm it could be finished in the time frame I needed,) she also helped me understand other services you provide. I believe her name was Brittany. She was working at a small desk opposite of the row of desks in the Service area. Based on her friendliness, patience and her ability to make me feel like my business was appreciated, I will be back!

The issue with my vehicle was a complicated one. It wasn’t very clear cut and it took awhile to get to the bottom of it. Jeff (Service Manager) went out of his way to help me. He communicated with me regularly, he was professional, knowledgeable, proactive and kind. He stayed committed to the process of getting my car fixed from beginning to end. It would have been very easy for him to give up and/or be frustrated but he did not. Even though it was frustrating to have my car out of commission for so long- it was worth it in the end. Jeff deserves every kind of recognition and appreciation you can give him. He is a true asset to your dealership.

Service took longer than I was quoted (which I get can happen, not normally a big deal). However, when I was finally called at 445 pm, I was told they couldn’t even do everything they said they would do because “Chevy doesn’t make the after market trailer brake for my model yet”. I feel as though that is something they should have known beforehand (or at least figured out earlier than 445 pm, never mind during the 2 weeks leading up to my appointment).

I called two weeks ago and said my air conditioner was not working. The person stated they were two weeks out on appointments I asked could I take my car to another dealer. They said No. I asked if this would be covered by my warranty he looked and said they need to look at it first. When I got there he stated my warranty expired 4 days ago. It was very upset that I couldn’t of gotten in before it expired. I never used the warranty once and there dealer told me it was for 120k but I only have 69k miles. It was only for 6 years I have bought numerous cars from Emich and when it was Luby. The service department had never treated me so bad. I will get it fixed somewhere else.

Worst experience ever buying a Silverado with a sales men there named Bart Johnson. He ran my credit 5 times with different banks without notifying me of course he just wanted to make a sale but the part that made me mad was that he ruined my credit with 5 different inquiries I have to wait for 2 years for them to disappear now. I have never had such a bad service experience. I got bad vibes when I dropped off my vehicle and no one acknowledged my presents for 7 - 10 mins standing 5 feet away and directly in front of them. Its been 2 days without my vehicle. Need to communicate better. Start with getting back to your customers instead of them having to call you 3- 4 times.

I brought my truck in for a transmission issue, I explained to the service advisor that I had no other means of transportation and yet they kept my truck for 37 days. They didnt even look at it for a week and a half. If they were so busy, they should have let me know and I would have brought it back when they could work on it. They fixed a window switch and an airbag recall, the rest of the time the service advisor said they were waiting for the part. It only took one day to fix the transmission issue. I spoke with the service advisor and service manager about my displeasure, but all I received were empty apologies. Needless to say I will not be returning to Emich Chevrolet, and will strongly urge others to avoid this place. I hope all Chevrolet dealerships dont operate this way. If so I may have sacrifice my love of Chevy for a better car company.

My first (and last!) service experience here has been awful. I dropped my 2021 Suburban off on Friday for a 10:00 a.m. appointment. By 3:00 p.m., I had heard nothing, so I emailed. The advisor told me the vehicle was still being serviced and wouldnt be ready till Monday as we had discussed. We had not talked about me leaving the vehicle--but okay, fine. By noon Monday, I had again heard nothing. So, over the ensuing five hours, I called the advisor (twice), emailed him (twice), left a message for the service manager, and Tweeted dealership. Finally, calling the service department yet again, I got the advisor on the line. He couldnt review the work done because he hadnt talked to the service tech. Unbelievable!

I am not sure the name of the guy I spoke to in Service (old guy, white/gray beard), but he was dismissive, unhelpful, and shut me down as soon as I walked up. I ended up calling the Chevrolet dealership off of Colfax, and the guy from Service over there was able to solve my problem in 20 seconds over the phone.

I’ve had many experiences with the Emich service department and they have done a very good job. I’ve had one experience with ordering a new car, put a 2k deposit down, and after waiting almost 2 years they called me to place my order. I went and got my money back. During those two years I ordered a new Tesla and received the car five weeks later. I’ve loved my Tesla. When one company takes two years versus another company that fulfills your order in five weeks, you see why Tesla is number one car company in the world. Emich is cool. Chevy… not so much.

She helped me find something fuel efficient that could also accommodate my height 64. We walked straight to the vehicle model we discussed and were able to adjust the seat to make sure I fit. After that the test drive went great and I was ready to buy. She helped me through the contract process and was able to meet my monthly budget that I set. My husband was looking for a new truck. In doing a search online he found the best priced truck was at Emich Chevy. From the moment we got to the dealership we were treated great. Angel was our salesman and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! He helped us get set up for the test drive almost immediately. We were able to strike a deal. We picked the truck up the following day and they had detailed the truck again even though it was very clean. They also filled the truck up from empty. Horrible customer service. General manager could care less about customers or resolving issues. When discussing the issues the general manager he could not articulate the issue and kept referencing parts on the vehicle they didn’t even work on. I was told they could careless about my business and to go somewhere else. Do not purchase a vehicle or use this dealership for service. My issues are not resolved and now have to pay another dealer to do the job Emich was incapable of doing.

I brought my Tahoe in to have the Water Pump checked for a possible leak. It took awhile, but I finally got Russ to work with me. He wrote up a work order and said they would call after they looked at the vehicle. When Russ called he said they couldn’t find a leak, but they did find leakage on two of the oil coolant lines. I asked him to look again at the Water Pump because I could see the leak on the bottom of the pump. He had the tech look again and called me back later saying they would have to order a pump and that it might take 4 to 5 days. He asked if I wanted to pick up my vehicle of leave it there. At first I said to leave it there. Later that day (1:47pm) I called and asked to talk to Russ, but he wasn’t available so I left him a Voicemail saying I didn’t want to leave the vehicle there and asked when I could pick it up. I didn’t hear back from Russ so I called back at 2:21pm and got Russ’s VM again. I called again at 2:57pm and still couldn’t get Russ. So I decided to just come in to pick up my Tahoe. I got there at 3:30 and went to Russ’s desk. He was there, but wouldn’t talk to me. Finally Austin walked up and asked if he could help me. I told him what was going on and that I wanted to pick up my Tahoe. He talked to Russ and asked him the status of the vehicle. Russ told him that they were replacing the oil coolant lines and it should be ready in a little bit. I was surprised to hear they had already started work on my Tahoe since it wasn’t going to be done until the following week. The entire time I waited on my vehicle Russ would acknowledge I was even there. If it hadn’t been for Austin I wouldn’t have known what was going on. I finally got my vehicle back and left.This is the second Tahoe I’ve purchased from Emich and the LAST!!! I’ve totally lost all respect and trust with the dealership. Worst customer experience ever!!!

Have been to the service department 4 times for electrical issues resulting from a piece of electrical that fell off its housing in the back. My wife spent 5+ hrs there with no one telling her what was going on. Finally we complained and their response: This isn’t under warranty…its a $80k Tahoe with less than 30k miles still under warranty. Simple fact of the matter is that Emich DOES NOT CARE about its customers. What a joke this place is…gives car dealerships a bad name. BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE

What ever you do, do not come and get your vehicle from here. Came in to test drive a vehicle and had the worst experience I have ever had in a car dealership. The Manager Ryan is a liar and provided the worst customer service imaginable. He had initially told me pricing on a vehicle and when it came down to purchasing the vehicle he retracted everything he said and tried to increase pricing by $3200. Steer clear of this place. Much better dealerships in the area.

Came for an oil change/fuel filter. Upon receiving my vehicle, there was grease on the door handle and steering wheel. Service counter offered me a greasy rag to clean it off with. I personally had to go into the showroom, find paper towels and a spray bottle of cleaner and go take care of the greasy mess myself. Not terribly impressed with Emich.

Dealership sales manager did not honor the CPO 12 month bumper agreement! Driver side rear view mirror failed. My truck had NO damage to the housing of the mirror or the mirror glass. Sales Manager suggested it could have happened while chipping ice off mirror, as happened to him...just not the case here! No need for chipping ice, my mirror is heated. Big factor in choosing to purchase this vehicle from Emich was the Bumper to Bumper coverage touted often during the sale process. During the term of this agreement the only need for coverage was promptly denied. I believe in honoring contracts, and dealing in good faith with local businesses. If damaged mirrors, a $1400.00 potential repair are not covered, than that should have been clearly disclosed during the sales process. It was NOT. My mistake was in believing what i was told when deciding to purchase a vehicle from the sales team at Emich, without hiring a contract attorney to review the Emich Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle agreement.

My experience has been very poor.  The sales staff was pleasant, but everything else since has been poor and I was lied to.  Within a few weeks of me purchasing my truck, I had camshaft position sensor solenoid malfunction.  I took it to an authorized Chevy dealership closer to where I live for evaluation.  During their inspection, I was told that the Transmission fluid, brake fluid, and both differential fluids were visibly worn and needed replaced.  Additionally, my engine drive belt is visibly cracked and also should be replaced.  They also said that there was no record in the Chevy database of these fluids being replaced.  When I purchased my truck I was told everything (including all the fluids) were checked and in good condition.  Even the 172 point inspection your dealership performed says they checked it. That means your technicians did not do their jobs and lied on the inspection report.  Now, if I have those changed, that will cost me close to $1000.00.  That is extremely unacceptable to have to pay that kind of money right after I purchased a vehicle from your dealership.  The entire purpose of me buying from Emich was because it was supposed to be a certified used vehicle and I wouldnt have those worries.  If your dealership is willing to correct this problem, I will change my view of your dealership.  Until that happens, I will absolutely not recommend Emich to anyone else in the future.

Never take your car to get serviced at Emich. After my 4th visit, and working with 2 different service people and a manager, my car still is not fixed. They forgot to change my oil and I was promised my last visit would be no longer than 3 hours. By the time 4.5 hrs. had passed, I had to demand my keys regardless of what had been completed. What I had been told was under warranty, they then said had been caused by an accident and was going to cost $2000. Emich Chevrolet is a waste of time and money! None of the service people or managers are competent in their jobs.

My truck is paid off.And they brought the truck out and it sat there for maybe 15 minutes, and my service person was nowhere to be found to check me out. Another took care of it for me. So less than Ideal but not a deal breaker, just a little annoying. I will probably be back for next service

Do not take your vehicle to Emich Chevrolet Service department for any repair. They worked on my 2017 Silverado in June of 2021 to replace a pinion gear seal, cost was about $380, first quote was $175. The torque on the crush sleeve was not torqued correctly according to the Chevrolet deal who made the 2nd repair 3 weeks after Emich repair. Now I have to have the differential rebuilt for $2700!!! Emich should have checked out the differential in more detail or not over torch the nut holding everything together. Now of course Emich believes they did everything right, wish they would take accountability when mistakes are made. Poor management.

My service representative was professional. I was even ordered a Uber to get me home. The work was done in a timely fashion and I was checked out quickly. It was an unbelievably excellent experience. I have owned many luxury cars but I would say your dealership has handled this exchange better than any of them

Mike and the crew did a great job servicing my vehicle, in spite of waiting for Wheels Inc to approve every item. Mike went the extra mile and changed my air filter himself to expedite my vehicle service, due to Wheels last minute approval for this item. Rather than send it back to the shop to be serviced again. Ill be back again soon, for my Fleet maintenance !

First time getting a vehicle serviced at the dealership and it was not the most pleasant experience. I was underquoted on the price of my service, and had a service writer forget to input the service I had requested. When I got my vehicle back, they handed me a list of things they had inspected, but seems like it was just a feel - good form to paperclip to my invoice because they hadnt checked the fluid levels, tire pressure, or mentioned the trim clips they broke. It was a frustrating experience to say the least.

The vehicle that I bought from Emich had 2 large chips on the drivers side windshield that didnt show up until the first rain. The auto glass repairman said that the chips had previously been sealed.They also ignored my repeated phones calls inquiring about getting a 2nd key.

JD WAS AWESOME. He AND the entirety of Emich Chevrolet had treated us with utmost respect and absolute flawless customer service. The process was as painless as possible without considering working with the bank, where JD still did everything within his power to get me a good deal. I can’t emphasize my appreciation, nor can I tell enough people about how much I love my car. It’s made my commute a hell of a lot easier and I would be in a big hole financially if it weren’t for this dealership (thanks a lot, Fox Rental).

I brought my 2016 tahoe to Mike on monday didnt hear from anyone. I had to call on Wednesday by the end of day just to find out they were waiting on approval from warranty. After that I got a call that maybe friday I would get my vehicle back.More communication would be better.

Bought an 83k car. For starters - I received it on empty and had to get gas 5 minutes after leaving. They charged fees that were not disclosed up front in the deal even after the price was discussed, further - they lied about it being a single owner car. I am the 3rd owner instead of the 2nd, and no one pointed it out on the CarFax until after I called to ask about it. Sure, I should have seen it, but I also took their word for it when I saw it was all clear. I was even given the whole story by two different people from the dealer about the original owner who supposedly bought the car from them, and then sold it back which apparently wasnt at all true. Makes no sense. I dont trust them any further than I can throw them at the moment.

Need to note that this review has nothing to do with the Chevy brand of products or the sales team at Emich Chevrolet. This is in regards to their service department.I would regularly bring my girlfriends Cruze in for oil changes here since the price was reasonable for that service.That was until they claimed that the entire oil pan had to be replaced. It turns out that the drain plug had been stripped beyond repair and would continue to leak..This car has only ever had certified GM technicians change the oil and perform whatever maintenance was necessary. Obviously a technician stripped this bolt beyond repair and the service department attempted to pass on this damage bill onto my girlfriend.I asked to speak to a supervisor about this but this request was denied??!0/10 would not recommend getting your vehicles serviced here. Cannot trust the mechanics at this location. Id advise you to go elsewhere.

Robert did a very good job getting our warranty work done that was not through Chevy before the weekend saving us a lot of money on renting a vehicle and having our car return Friday afternoon on his day off he made sure it was done and Jim did a really good job of delivering the car to my wife and She commented how friendly Jim was and how much she appreciated the level of service and professionalism

Best experience Ive had at Emich.  Very fast and efficient and everybody was friendly.  The lady who handled my service checked me in quickly and when cat was ready she processed my private offer without delay.  I didnt want to wait in the waiting room as it was crowded so I walked around...the other service employees were fun to talk with and they even showed be the the new vette being prepped.  Really great experience. Ill take my car in more often if this is the normal.
