Ordered online for mothers day. Never got a shipping tracking # several days after order. Went to website and theres a generic message saying all April orders are delayed. Emailed about the order and get another automated email about delayed shipping. I had to reach out to them vs them emailing me days ago.This was supposed to be a mothers day gift and obviously wont make it on time. 1 star for poor communication and lack of follow through.Had to order last minute from somewhere else and pay expedited shipping because of efairies delay.

I placed an order for 1 item on May 30th. Its now going on 10:30 PM on June 5th and STILL, I see no signs that my package has been sent. Though they had no problem taking my money right away. My daughters birthday is on the 10th and what I ordered was to be a very special gift to showcase in her bedroom. I ordered several things from a variety of online sellers on the same day as this order. Ive received them all, while the status of my eFairies order remains a mystery. The site only says that its awaiting fulfillment. Why does it take this long to mail out an item that you state is in stock? Ive sent 2 emails on the matter and neither have been responded to. I called both phone numbers during their scheduled business hours and surprise, surprise --- no one answers and the automated voice says that the mailbox is full. Of course it is! What kind of business is this? Certainly not a good one! Obviously, proper and efficient customer service is not a standard for them. This is beyond ridiculous! I want my money back!EDIT: So I just read many of the reviews and have discovered that those who visit the store are treated well and have a wonderful experience, while us online shoppers are treated like forgotten garbage. No one greets us, no one answers our questions, no one thanks us for our purchases, and no one resolves our issues. Basically, no one working at the store gives a rats a** if we ever get what we paid for! Why have an online store if you dont care enough to correctly service your online customers??? In-store customers get the delightful and magical fantasy experience while online customers get the shaft!UPDATE: In June, I filed a complaint with my card issuer regarding this matter and thankfully, they refunded my money. Then I was able to purchase the exact same item from an Ebay seller at a similar price. It looks beautiful in my daughters bedroom.Just so everyone knows, today is August 3rd and till this day, not one person from efairies.com has ever contacted me to explain, apologize, or anything.

Placed order on March 26th. However, out of an order of 4 items, 1 was refunded, (out of stock) 2 were broken, and 1 arrived safe. Noticed broken ones were only shipped in original packaging from supplier, while the item that arrived safe was reboxed (original box was placed into another box with additional packaging. As per the return/refund policies, I took photos of damage the day they arrived and emailed. (April 1st) no response, tried calling, no response. Emailed again on April 6th, no response. Got an Emil requesting reviews on items on April 6th late night. Still have yet to get a response on the damages but it is now after the 7 day limit according to the policies on the site. Going to have a very sad spouse when I have to present broken figurines for anniversary next week!Second star is for the one that arrived safe was gorgeous, hopefully it will at least put a smile on her face.

This place is wonderful! They are the nicest people I have met in a while. Very helpful and friendly. They have a lot of product, if you saw something online but not in the store, just ask! We will come back again. Thank you :)

Loved, loved, loved going here. Atmosphere is so peaceful and music softly flows. Fairies and Dragons galore enchant this very store. Peace reigns here and waters from fountains tinkle. If you look closely fairy steps you see sprinkle. If you truly believe and listen, you might see their wing color glisten. So in the land of endless fairy, your wallet will be lighter and your hearts will be merry.

Ordered on the 17th of November, still haven’t received my order and customer service is not answering my emails.

This is a magical store!! Youll find everything you never thought youd find for anyone you can think of. There are always new items every time I go, and they always suprise me with not only what is on display, but with the online store as well. Its top notch.

We were on our way home from the 8th grade graduation of our daughter. We were so excited when we saw the store on the corner in Lakewood. Me my wife and my kids all decided that we would go take a look. When we entered the store we were greeted by 2 smiling shining faces who are happy to answer any and all questions that we might have. My five kids all bought their own trinkets from the store app for pleasantly surprised when they got to have some fairy dust put on their hand. I bought a fairy wall bored 4 rules of a fairy garden, my wife got a wind chime and a calendar fairy homes for this year. We would most definitely recommend this store to anybody who loves the Faye community or the magical community. This is a place of peace and tranquility.

So many cool little things. I like that they have a bit of everything from costumes and figurines to pens and charms. We got a mermaid necklace that has a mood-ring type charm. Very neat store.

My daughter was truly amazed by this store. It’s a fun place to visit plus they have an online store.

What can you say about this store other than good things? The owner IS the fairy godmother. This store is magical. She has items for fairy gardens, costumes for little ones, a huge fairy-wing selection, decorations for the homes, signs, and books. If you need fairy, gnome, or other related items, GO. NOW. You wont be disappointed.

This is such a unique and awesome store. I could spend all day and all my money here. Its a small space but really packed with wonderful choices!! Its like walking into Narnia or something crazy. My dream store for real.

Went in the store just to see what it was and the owners never looked up from the computer not once to say anything and another woman who worked there who was right in the entrance when we walked in completely ignored us and when we tried to ask a question she went to the back. The store and Parking lot was completely empty you would think they would have wanted our business

Earlier today I went to visit the store for the first time. It was magical! For all of one minute. Then the Fairy Godmother walked up saying that they do not allow pets in the store, something that is plainly stated on the front door as you walk in. I had two friends with me and one of them was holding the others alert dog. A service animal. When we mentioned that he was a service animal, she started looking at his tags and asking for papers. We do not carry his papers with us, because a shop keeper or other such person cannot legally require them. For another thing, it is because its none of her business what his job is, simply that he has one that he preforms. Yes, he is a small dog, and yes he was in someones arms, but it was rude and off putting to have someone essentially walk up to us and assume immediately that we were breaking her rules. Rules that Im certain are in place for a good reason, after all there are plenty of breakable things in the shop. But I will not be back, and I will warn anyone else with a service animal off as well. She mentioned that a family member has a guide dog and so she knows all the rules and regulations. But she did not behave as I have come to expect from people who respect said rules and regulations. Nor as someone who respects and understands that not every service animal does the same job. They dont all have to be big dogs to do their job, and every service animal is custom trained to their person.

We dropped by the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 4:20 and were disappointed to find the store closed with hours posted until 5pm and no closure notice. I rarely get up this way and had checked the hours beforehand.The selection that we could see through the window was very nice, but prices were not visible.Options range from cast resin to what appeared to be porcelain figurines.

Oh the miniatures!! I could spend a thousand dollars in this store just on miniatures! They have fairies, unicorns, gnomes, wings, dragons in all shapes and sizes.

Oh my God, this store is so sweet! You get your hand stamped in GLITTER with your receipt.
