It’s been temporarily closed for the entire summer and is the only staples under an hour away from golden. You say it’s for safety, what are you doing rocket science in there? It’s been over 4 months open up again.
The iPad cover that I purchased was covered with cardboard. When I got it home, I discovered that the cover had been damaged. When I went to return to cover a week later, I found that the store was closed for construction. When I called the online Staples #, I was told to return it to another store and that I could not return the item by mail. I am 78 years old and I refuse to drive miles across heavy traffic and use expensive gas to return the item. Presently, it is a disputed charge on my credit card.
I had registered my account so i can print items easier. I tried to long in and my email was not in there system even though i had registered it. So the manager was no help. Dont get things printed here.
Went to an Office Depot that had 4 workers standing around, which didnt offer any help at all. I had to ask for an 11x17 binder and it wasnt even there! Went to Staples and they asked if I needed help right when I walked in - and also had what I needed.
Two stars because they printed what I sent them. I also wanted to recycle an old printer and a coffee maker. Their website specifically says coffee makers up to 40 lbs, but the cashier told me no. No explanation or apology or solution. Then I had to wait for my print with no acknowledgement. And the worker’s mask was pulled down while she ignored helping me. Just overall bad service.
My first visit to this store and I found all of the employees to be very friendly and helpful. One of them even offered to carry my new printer to my car. Now thats service!

I love working on my projects for work here. Sydney and Maria are always so helpful. Today, Sydney helped me with everything from start to finish (and I was here for hours!) all while taking walk-up orders and fulfilling online orders. She is the best!
Due to being from out of state, I decided to pick up a printer at this brick and mortar location instead of ordering it online through amazone. The price of the printer was identical and they had the item I wanted, but they tried to plug me with buying printer ink and also buying insurance plans.I politely refused both options initially, but they kept insisting and at some point even stated, The printers are made to break. I understand that retail stores recoup money through ink purchases and also through insurance plans. But accosting potential big spender customers who have the income to purchase at the higher end of the spectrum is not how you maintain repeat business or keep repeat customers.I think that the reason why this behavior is being pushed is due to corporate pressure, but have some human decency to realize that when someone just wants to pick up a printer through an online order and they tell you No that it actually means that I dont want any other products from the store and being insistent on not ringing up my purchase when I have a credit card in my hand and obviously want to leave the store means that I really am not the customer you should be trying to bilk.
My business recently moved into new office space and we spent a lot of time looking for the perfect chairs. After trying a few other stores, we ended up at Staples. I was really impressed by the selection and helpfulness of the staff. I worked with Jacobi and Kyle to find the perfect chair that worked for everyone in my team. They also helped me pick up everything else I needed for our office.The price matching was something I wasnt aware of - if they carry something that another company sells for less, they will discount the price and take off an additional 10%. We ended up saving a few hundred dollars on a new printer and 6 glass marker board for our office.The whole team was great about jumping in to help make the check-out process smooth which was great since I bought 3 car loads worth of supplies. It couldnt have been easier. A big thank you to Jamar, Jacobi, Jordan, Kyle and Mark for making this a fun experience. Ill definitely be back.
I been coming here for 3 years, it’s always a hustle to get the pages print on your own, I usually skip it and ask them to print it for me and all the young a kids that I have met here are very helpful, they know it’s though for us older people to make sense of the new technology or the changes on the cell phones we use. Shout to all the kids and employees ! You kids are life savers! Ty

My experience was fine. The store was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. I do kind of wish there were more options to choose from, I was looking for envelopes. Maybe I should have gone to a party store or craft store? I didnt have time to shop around, and I was able to find something that would work for my project just fine
Employees are very friendly and helpful. The reason for 1 star is that I visited this location twice over about a months time. Both times I was not charged correctly. Each time, I was charged higher than the marked price. The first time I was walking to my car and doing the mental math and discovered the discrepancy. They didnt know what to do and later even told me two different prices for identical items. They couldnt explain why two identical items would ring up differently. The second time, they returned the difference to me after I showed them a photo of the price on the shelf. Why is it my job to tell them the advertised prices? Pretty shady business practice and enough that I will no longer be shopping at this location. Who knows how many people are secretly being overcharged and not noticing.

Needed boxes so I called to see if they had them in stock prior to driving. Rude ! As if I’m an inconvenience to her having to answer the phone. Told me I can drive there and find out. I told her I’ll take my business elsewhere bc she’s too hasty & rude. I would never talk to a customer in that manner. I also would never want to work with coworkers that are so lazy they put all their work on other people. How does she have a job in customer service?? Ive recently returned to this Staples after a bad experience at Office Depot, and I have to say theyve really turned it around! There seems to be new shift leads and managers around, and their staff has been very helpful. Only 4 stars because no one seemed to be around when I needed help loading a large ream of paper into my cart so I struggled to do it alone, and I couldnt find anyone to ask for an item I needed help finding. Otherwise, the cashier was pleasant and very helpful. Ill be coming back, as long as things stay like this.
I am so sick of being nice. Every time I try to get some support they act like they dont understand me. They never fix anything right. I wish I never bought my devices from them!!!! They stole my money. I just want my money back becuz they are refusing to fix my problem. They charged me now 2 times for the same thing. They keep saying it is fixed. It doesnt even make any sense, why did you charge me two times!!!!
I wouldn’t recommend using the self service printer. There are far more requirements and instructions that they don’t tell you about until after you waste your time and money on documents that don’t print correctly. Customer service was unhelpful and I won’t be returning to Staples because of it.
Great quick service. They have a phone repair if you get your phone wet here. Cost was 69 99. But if it cant be fixed they dont charge you. Thats awesome customer service for me

The store had exactly what I needed (new charger for my laptop). The staff was extremely helpful to me because I couldnt locate what I needed. The store is clean, well organized, and well stocked.

I paid for my laptop to fixed at that store in Lakewood then someone there shipped it to Colorado Springs. I just spoke to them and Stephen told me its ready to be picked up. I have to pay them for it to be shipped back to Lakewood or I can go there and get it myself!!?! I called the store in Colorado Springs and spoke to their Assistant Manager she said they dont send computers to other locations. Now theyre saying how come I didnt pay them for the insurance to cover loss or theft like its my fault and I partially to blame.
The gal in the printer department was not friendly. She barely got up from her seat. She seemed like she didnt want to be there.. Customer service makes a big difference!!
I went to the store today because I needed to purchase a large box to send back my Sonos surround sound and I asked one of the associate which box I should buy and he told me to buy 24’ by 24’ without even showing me. I will never go back to shop at this staples ever again. I’d rather go somewhere else than here.
I brought my laptop in to be looked at, because it was blue screening and making weird noises when it was turned on. I took it to tech center and the tech was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I think his name was Eric? Im not sure, but hes extremely tall. He had it fixed within a couple hours and when I picked it up it was running as if it was brand new and no longer making weird noises. I would recommend this store to anybody who needs their computer serviced, and ask for Eric.

DO NOT go here for any printing needs. They will mess it up and waste your time. There is a perfectly good Office Max a block away that will do a much better job at pretty much anything.
Store locations like this one (and the beyond disgusting treatment & overall experience my family & I recieved while shopping there) are the perfect example of why Google & Yelp should allow customers the option to give a ZERO star rating. I sincerely believe that Staples is an all-around great company. Ive been loyal to them for 8+ years & usually buy 80% of alll our work & home office needs from them. But if yesterdays dumpster fire display of customer service & customer satisfaction by that complete joke of a store manager was ANY kind of indication as to what direction this company is heading- count me, my family, my friends, & coworkers- OUT! Its sad, but also not a shocker, that all it takes is 1 rude, tactless, disrespectful, obnoxious, & 1 very selfish unprofessional jerk of a leader to allow his own conduct unbecoming, as well as his appalling attitude to trickle down to his entire team & surely ruin what was once a good & thriving thing. I cant ever stress enough how bad the entire interaction was. From A to Z, it literally & easily had to be the absolute worst retail experience of my life!
Associate was hitting on my girl. Geeky guy with glasses. Couldnt even ring the stuff we needed in a timely matter. Completely unprofessional. If you dont want this I would suggest leaving yours in the car otherwise it might become a problem.

Three cashiers in empty store and they asked us to wait until one of them will finish typing something. Two others were just looking at us. Didnt apply my companys corporate discount because apparently I need to have a reward card which is never required for my discount in other stores.
The employees here are awesome and so are the sales, they actually have the items marked down without hiding the cost difference in other items.

The people that work here are rediculous we got business cards printed and they didnt print what we gave them on our business cards they dont care about quality all they care about it getting it done quick and when we confront the lady there she said it was all our fault and there was nothing she could do. Its like take pride in your work you should want to make it right. Dont let the customer leave pissed sorry but 1 pissed of person creates 100s you just lost out on all those potential customers. Goodbye rude employees.

Very poor customer service, and either lack of knowledge or lack of care. I hadn’t been to Staples in about a year, but I used to recycle ink cartridges through their rewards. Stopped in today and aside from asking the cashier how his day was going, twice with no reply. I asked if he could see for credits in my account. In an aggressive tone he informed me that it is my job to track my credits through my email and that he could not give me any information, etc... Pretty much “no, and don’t ask again” was his tone. According to Staples he should’ve been able to see if I had any when I checked out. I don’t understand the need to treat customers so disrespectful. Never shopping here again.

The print center literally has no clue how to operate their equipment, or a computer. They have no idea what they are doing. Please focus more on training your employees Staples.
I have been a regular customer for 2 years and they have lost my business. 2 months ago they got a new printing manager and the place has gone to crap. Most recent 2 times I went there I waited a hood 20 minutes l to be told they could not complete a print job I have had done there on a monthly basis for the last 2 years. I am never wasting my time there again.

I have been printing items there for over 3 years and have never been treated as badly as I was last night. Their printing team has changed every month for the last 5 months, there is always someone different these days. A new guy Dan came up to help me, he didnt listen to what I needed because he was too busy assuming what it was I was asking for. When I finally was given a chance to explain myself without interruption he told me that I needed to go on the website to place my order and if I wanted my stuff done as a walk in then I would have to pick it up the next day. I explained to him that he was contradicting everything I had ever been told before by other employees and that I would wait like I always do for my printing. He looked at his watch, shrugged, and said, well its not my problem if you choose to wait all night. I was shocked this was coming from him, he was an older man that looked like a gentleman but was very much not. I will now be taking my printing and business elsewhere.

Very friendly customer service, however poorly calibrated machines. The document I printed was very heavy with photos and they all had a green tint to them. Not good for a professional trying to showcase their work.
