I love how knowledgeable the staff is about the products available. They are so informative friendly and generous! The products are also great and they have a good selection for varying desires/needs!

I saw this shop some months back and didnt go in because I didnt recognize some of the brands from the window. Now some months later, I am obsessed with Korean skin care as their innovation is likely 7-10 years ahead of the US. The Face Shop carries so many products from the $20 range to more high-end if you want a treat. You may not recognize some of the ingredients because they are very advanced compared to US brands, but Korean products are unbeatable. I was a little leery to go in because I know less about the products that other medical grade US products, but Hayley is very knowledgeable and helped me pick so many great products! I cannot wait for my next trip in!

Highly recommend for all your facial needs. I’ve been on a research for natural high quality skin care products and Korean skincare is highly known for it. This shop carries many and it’s so hard to decide to buy just one because I want almost everything. They have great pricing too. I would recommend everyone to shop here rather than your drug store products

First time in the store and my experience was outstanding!I went in because I had 10 minutes to spare before another appointment and came back because of the care and attention I received from the associates. Alex was phenomenal! I had so many questions and Alex took the time to walk me around the store and explain everything so I understood what a skin routine looked like, and most importantly (for me) what ingredients went into everything. I am just getting into a skin care routine so many of the ingredients go over my head.The reason I came back and will keep coming back was because of the excellent care and knowledge their associates provided!!

Honestly had one of the best experiences! Walked in and was greeted by the friendly staff. They’re very welcoming and the ambiance of the store is refreshing. They provide a wide variety of products from skin care to make up.Sung, the Assistant Manager was so helpful. He has so much knowledge about all their products and helped me based on my skin type.I purchased about 15+ face masks. They are AMAZING!! They have a whole wall for face masks: based on different scents, type of masks that target brightening, moisturizing, hydrating and many more! The masks ranges from $2-10 and there’s a deal where if you buy 10, you’ll get 2 free.Highly recommend coming here! They have another location in Aurora.

This store is so cute, every time I go I always find what I want. Jennie helped me out so much this round, and she always had the sender to my questions. Also, if you don’t know what you want, they would diffidently help you out :)

I love the skin care quality, quantity and price range. I do wish staff wasnt so in my face when I go in though. Asking if I need help finding anything or have questions more than twice, in a 10 min span, is ridiculous.

This shop is amazing and everyone should visit. The service was phenomenal. She led me around the store and showed me all they had to offer. I had tried a sample of the rice face wash I was given a month earlier. This tiny sample lasted me for a whole month and made my skin feel the cleanest its ever felt. I had to go get myself a full size. So I went and discovered even more amazing products wonderfully displayed and demonstrated on my skin. I purchased a white jewel pearl peeling/exfoliating product, a moisturizer sunscreen, and a mascara. And with my $50 purchase I got a FREE rice face wash that I loved so much. Im so pleased with my purchase. These products are so inexpensive for the quality I am shocked I have never heard of this before. If you want to treat your skin right go to the face shop!

The woman who helped us was absolutely amazing. She made sure everything was going to be right for my skin type, informed me on lots of useful tips and how to properly manger your skin, and she was a lovely women in genreal. Everyone there is so kind and they just have your best interest in heart. 10/10 I totally recommend going there

This place is Korean skincare and makeup heaven!! I stepped in and was immediately greeted by Shyna and she told me all about the store. I instantly fell in love with her energy, excitement, and knowledge of the products. She showed me the best deals and told me exactly what I needed for my dry/acne prone skin. I bought almost everything she showed me and I’m in love with the products! My skin has never looked better! I can’t wait to go back to see Shyna, I’ve never had better customer service in my life.
